THIS email stands on it’s own as the most repulsive tactic Daniel has taken it upon himself to get his patients to do! He should be shot for this alone!!

By putting money on reaserch doesn't help any individual ARD sufferer. You could make a compromise and say to him that your fundraising ideas should help to research and study all patients coming from my surgeries as gasless (and there is very much to study !!!) and THE surgeon has to win the "battle" for all the other sufferers. This would be your part in putting funds to research but
the other part, you need to make a grant where sufferere have to apply for getting the grant. There should be a commision of three individuals (I'm ready to help in that) who will decide who will get the grant as it has to be:
1) efficiacy to cure,
2) a person in financial need and
3) 3) a person who is absolutely motivated to get adhesion
