Background: The incidence of the retention of a foreign body in abdominal operations varied from 1 in 1000 to 1 in 1500 procedures. Reasons for retained instruments after surgical interventions remain unclear. One well designed and controlled study claimed forgetting instruments and sponges were more common in emergency operations, unplanned changes in the course of the procedures and high BMI. There are few if any reports regarding these errors in laparoscopic surgery.


Case report: A 27 year-old woman was referred to our department with intolerance to Gore-Tex nonadjustable gastric band implanted laparoscopically for morbid obesity (BMI 43) nine months ago. Laparoscopic debanding was performed successfully. On the next day, swallow study detected a large metal foreign body in the right subphrenic area. It was looking as a part of Abdo-Lift (Karl Storz), a tool obviously using during laparoscopic gastric banding performing in the other hospital. CT scan depicted the foreign body laying free in the abdominal cavity. This 15cm long part of broken appliance was removed laparoscopically. Presented Video shows the details of this unique case.

Conclusion: Laparoscopic instruments might be left behind during procedures in spite of small incisions using in laparoscopy. It is necessary to count and check instruments in laparoscopic procedures as in open surgery.

Daniel Kruschinski finally gives up the answers and in his own words!


The answers to the following behaviors witnessed out of "Endogyn" and ascribed to this one man will all be explained at the end of this post! (PLEASE!! Proceed with caution as this is NOT just another "issue" regarding Daniel Krucshinski, but rather one of the most reveling bits of information about him that outweighs any credentials, success or "inventions" he claims to have. ( As a matter of fact, it outweighs anything he claims or could claim about himself!)

Today, stands out as the most sad and heart retching day we have had here in IHRT! Realization hit Dawn and Beverly right between the eyes after we saw information located in the Endogyn web site that was brought to our attention yesterday!


When we scrolled down to the area of concern in the "Endogyn" web site, we were shocked, absolutely horrified at what we encountered there, and nothing really prepared us for it, yet, when we saw and read Daniels own words, we realized that we had our answer to the many things that seem to surround this surgeon when it comes to his interactions with persons afflicted with ARD!

We also realized that of ALL the surgeons throughout the world, that we are aware of, who present via a website to advertise themselves in the world of ARD, this website presentation is the worse thing we have ever encountered!

Many of Daniels patient interactions are aggressive and controlling, they are pushy at the least, it is easily recognized when he doesn’t want a subject to be on his message board, he simply shuts them down with a few course and firm words. (See below: Daniels Speaks!!! But he doesn’t answer the questions, and Karen cringes at his feet!) Even his "groupies" grovel at his feet like "Golum" of the "Lord of the Ring" movie! (See below: Gollum)


Daniel is known to publicly share some of the most personal information about a patient who is not happy with his surgical outcome, and has no hesitation to try to discredit them as being "drug addicts" "alcoholics," "hypochondriacs" or any other derogatory words he can muster as he tries to overshadow their experiences with his surgery if they are notportrayed by the patient as positive ones, and this is all in the Endogyn web site! (If he removed it from his web site, we have it and will gladly link you to where it remains.)

We find that Daniel, in absence of credentials & validations, instead uses what amounts to bribes to lure patients to surgeries at Endogyn. Visit this website and you will find a select few who post on it who never share credentials or validations of Daniels adhesiolysis, but rather, they embellish his "skills" with banter and chanting to rev up a prospective patient and "smoke screen" them from asking any REAL questions about his skills and surgical outcomes, rather they repeat information surrounding only 1 or 2 surgeries of his, and by creating a circus environment on that message board, these patients are blindsided, and pulled into the circus to such a degree that the truth about the surgeries are never really exposed. (Test this out, if you dare! However, WE can show you how they execute this maneuver!) Another sad truth is that if any of them push for real concrete answers to questions regarding his adhesiolysis or outcomes of the same, they are put down fast, and not just by Daniel, but by these few ladies who always come to his aid, the same ladies over and over again! (Most of whom are not well after their own surgical experiences with him. In fact, even some of these patients have been convinced by him that if they keep coming back to HIM, he will eventually have all the adhesions lysed, except for the ones his "hook" creates, but then again, he is upfront about that!)

We find Daniel responding to every "prospective" patient with an "eagerness" of enthusiasm and fanaticism of promises, and lots of concern and medical gibberish, at first meeting that is! The more he has the patient in his grip, the more controlling and calculating his emails become! When the patient is so firmly in his grip, he turns nasty, but by then the patients are so fearful of "losing" their only hope of ever getting well, they are stuck, like a fly in the spiders web…only, this web is "Endogyn" and there is more then one fly coming to get them! (Test this out, if you dare! However, WE can show you how they execute this maneuver!)

We also find another VERY disheartening scheme that Daniel uses on his website that "absolutely 100%" NO other surgeon in this world would ever even consider doing when addressing the agony of ARD symptoms shared by those afflicted with it! Daniel uses pictures of food, and lots of it, to lure some of the most desperate and suffering patients into his operating room!

This is one of the most despicable and cruel acts ever used to lure patients who cannot eat, from a person within the medical field, we have encountered anywhere in the world! Dawn and I can tell you that his promises of you being able to eat this stuff after HIS adhesiolysis procedure, is NOT the truth, by far! In fact, Daniel answers to no one but himself, and it is in this truth as shared to the world by HIM on HIS web site, that we now understand what can only be called "unscrupulous behaviors" exhibited by him to persons afflicted with ARD! We are certain this same behavior is exhibited in his behaviors over all as when it is a part of you, you do not change whether your in an operating room with a scaple in your hand, or drinking in a bed with someone other then your wife!!

Remember people, you can hide yourself for a while, but NOT forever! Your the same person no matter where you are and eventually, the REAL you will emerge!


All these "claims" being amde in Endogyn’s wed site are unsubstantiated, not credible, offer no validations, no credentials, material with false claims, pictures of foods are used to torment the hunger of those who cannot eat, traps are set that play on the symptoms of very ill, desperate people, and all meant to lure potential patients to an unproven surgery, to this man, and for these reasons only, "self gain and greed!"

We know this today because Daniel told us, this is because of any surgeon we have ever known in the world of ARD, Daniel HAS no scruples!" All other surgeon we know of have "scruples!" Even if they cannot offer a high quality adhesiolysis, and even if they do make the attempts at it and fail, one thing they do posses that Daniel doesn’t, is the professionalism to keep their religious beliefs, or lack of them private! At least, if these surgeons do not allow Jesus into their operating rooms to guide their hands and give strength and healing to their patients, at least they keep it to themselves!

Though Daniel makes light of our "Lord, Jesus Christ" being present at a surgery with him, for those of us who are Christian and hold in our hearts all the offers of prayers being said for us, and wishes of "God Speed" as we face yet another surgery, it IS a meaningful issue! Our Lord, Jesus, being with us during a surgery IS one of the most important things we have to hold onto when in a surgery, and though we turn to our Lord Jesus in all things, it is in this surgery where we are the most needy of his presence in our lives, as do our loved ones, so far away.

Daniel might find this a joke, and he express’s that he does not have Jesus in his life, which is his prerogative, but to make fun of this and to draw a parrel that Jesus is NOT part of his surgical team because HE doesn’t have Jesus in HIS life, well, this is the ultimate act of egotism and greed we have ever found within the medical community world wide!


We ask you to take a minute when you visit this page in Endogyn, and ask yourself just what IS Daniel saying here? Is he claiming that he alone will make the difference in the outcome of your surgery, and if so, that too okay, however, is he boosting that he is not Christian, is he belittling those of us who are Christian orientated, is a non-Christian less of a human being then HE is as a member of his Jewish faith, and does HE treat a non-Christian patient differently then he treats a Christian patient? And, yes, he would know who was who, as Christians talk freely of their Lord Jesus when facing a surgery!

It is one thing to not be a Christian, which is really neither here or there, unless you MAKE it an issue as Daniel has, however, to discredit our Lord Jesus as being an integral part of a Christians surgery, is just plan wrong, and to do it in such a public and frivolous way it is scary!!

Any surgeon who can post such a thing on his own public web site advertising HIS surgery and at the same time ridicule the Christian faith, lacks true compassion, respect, and professionalism, let alone the decision making qualities necessary when dealing with a human life under anesthetic and his scalpel!

I also want to point out that the "groupies" who lend themselves to Daniels web site not only condone this behavior publicly, as well as compromised themselves as being recognized as reaching out to others with a Christian heart!

It cannot be two ways, either you agree with Daniels bashing of Jesus, or you walk! We will know!

Most important, YOU already know!

But the good news is this,

" No matter where you go, or what you do in your life, as long as YOU have Jesus with you, he IS with you and no one can come between that. Daniel might be able to keep our Lord Jesus out of his heart and surgeries, but he does not posses the power to keep him out of that operating room and surrounding YOU with his love and the prayers of all who are praying for you!"

Jesus bashing is simply intolerable, and needs to be taken into consideration when you think about a surgery at Endogyn! Remember this, any understanding of Jesus Christ being an integral part of your life goes out the window the first time you encounter Daniel Krusinski!

God does not put people on paths, people are given a free will, they make choices, some good, some not so good, but choices, unhindered by even our Lord, but OUR choices just the same! It is sad to read stuff like the this post in Endogyn, where people who believe in Jesus simply put it ALL in his hands thus freeing themselves of all responsibility of what happens to them! In this case, this lady is well on her way to a terrible future, after being lured by false material and claims, she has fallen victim to Daniel and his "groupies!"

What she will have in her favor, and need, is her Lord, that is if she doesn’t place the blame on him instead of her surgeon, where it belongs, however, she did not do her homework effectively prior to going to Endogyn, thus she too is responsible for what is to come! Karen is a tough "spider" to avoid, so "Heart" had a formidable foe on the attack and cannot be blamed for wanting what was offered!

I hope this is my aswer, Germany that is, at least he cares and that is so much more than most doctors that I have gone to. I am excited and hope to finalize my trip this week, if money comes in. My son came home from college today and all I could say is I hurt. He said," Wow, mom, can you believe your still in pain?" Everyday I think wow, what happened to me; wish I would have never had a hysterectomy. But I believe GOD has put me on this path, and I believe that I wil find a cure. Thanks for caring.

Dear All It seems that my requests to behave nicely on this board have gone unheeded. As soon as I am technically able I will be removing all the offending posts. For fear of repetition:
1. DO NOT make accusations about anyone that you cannot support in a court of law
2. Even if you think you can make such accusations, this is not the place to do it. If you have a gripe against someone - approach them respectfully and directly. Do not use this board as a battle ground. If you think you have a valid criticism about anyone, document it carefully. Summarise the points you want to make (in one or two short sentences) and then back it up with complete documentation. Do not use inuendo. It does not stand up in a court of law. It will not stand up here. Review your case and ask yourself if you are really being to harsh on the person. Do you really have evidence to support your point? Give them the benefit of the doubt.
3. DO NOT escalate tensions by responding on this message baord. Contrary to popular beleif - I do not spend 24 hours a day checking my email and message board postings. If you see something that looks odd - please tell either myself or Tracy Joslin (tracy.joslin@adhesions.org) by email and phone. I cannot guarnatee to remove posts immediately, but we will try.
4. Avoid the temptation to conduct your war even in email. What you say will end up on a message baord somewhere, no doubt out of context.
5. We ARE NOT AGAINST DR. Kruschinski. Please stop all allegations to the contrary. My post of a few weeks ago was fully endorsed by him. He has told me that some people misinterpreted that post. Again - HE FULLY ENDORSED THAT POST. We totally resent any accusation that the IAS has been behind any some smear camapaign. It is not true.
6. We encourage Dr. K (and any other doctor doing this kind of work) to collect his data and to present them to the medical community. Both Dr. K and I fully expect that given the severity of the ARD disease, there will be patients in whom pain or other symptoms will recur after his, or anyone else's surgery.
7. A message board is not the place to conduct serious medical research. A patient's perception about their problems is easily influenced by their expectations and their impressions. By continuing to post glowing reviews about Dr. K, or anyone use YOU ARE HARMING HIS CREDIBILITY. Let me spell this out. By inflating someone's expectations about their surgery with any doctor, you are going to make them more dissapointed if even the slightest thing goes wrong. Similarly, any posting of a problem may prompt a patient to believe that their minor problem may be similar. Consequently talk of "complications" can be blown out of proportion. Nonetheless - he has a section in his message board where he invites people to discuss their problems after surgery. The section is called: "Continuing pain after surgery Here you are welcome to discuss your problems after having surgery ... "
I do not think this is a terribly good idea to have such a section, but if you are compelled to discuss problems that is the place to do it.

I have discussed this frequently with Dr. K and have stressed that we want him to collect sound and credible data. Please help him to do this by respecting the rules of this board.

8. Dr. K has shared with us (as well as posted on his own board)some preliminary results of his data. I STRESS preliminary becuase they are legitimately open to some interpretation IN EITHER DIRECTION.

It seems that there have been some 33 US patients that have seen Dr. K in the last 11 months or so. Some of them must be excluded from the analysis for good reasons (eg patients have gallbladder or appendix operations etc) , leaving 27 patients for analysis. Of these 6 of them have reported some recurrence of pain or adhesions, which is 21%. THIS IS A VERY GOOD RESULT, but nonetheless a preliminary one. We will be happy to revise this estimate when there is full documentation from Dr. K. This compares very well with another study (that we will report to you shortly) in which a US doctor performed similar procedures (using Seprafilm and conventional laparoscopy) in 19 apparently similar patients with a 24% rate of return of symptoms.The follow up there was 1-32 months. The jury is not yet in however becuase we need to see longer follow up for both studies, as well as data from Dr. K's European patients. We encourage him to collect these data. Please help him maintain its credibility by refraining from comment in either direction.

An open letter to Steward and Kruschinski

I believe you are misinformed as there is no effective adhesion barrier in the whole wide world. I actually feel bad for Covidian as they got left holding the bag by Confluent then Tyco. I feel perhaps your daughter was indeed fortunate not to have a barrier applied in the surgery you speak of.

As to the effectiveness of Sprayshield...if you read the PDF you posted...the promising results are on animals and they state in very small print
"Outcomes were assessed in 4 patients with second-look laparoscopy.6"

So four people in a prospective trial that initially (the fine print and vauge words are always suspect to me) Can you explain to me why suddenly and with no reason given did Spaygel have to be reformulated into spray shield? Are you aware that trials for sprayshield have stopped? Have you ever considered this scenario? A company in the US starts with oh, lets use a Kruschinski word, an excursion and things are not working out as planned. It is easy to get a CE mark overseas. Would you consider it possible that adhesion barriers are available overseas in an attempt for big Pharma to save significant amounts of money by seeing "what happens" over there before they invest in a full US clinical trial seeking FDA approval? That is what I believe.
Since we probably have everyones attention here, Why do you think it is OK for adhesion patients to have a major abdominal surgery in a cosmetic surgery day clinic? No ICU, no nothing...there is pathogen harboring carpeting throughout the clinic and in patient rooms for goodness sake. It is not by any means a safe place to have this type of surgery unless you can explain to me otherwise.
I would also wish you could elaborate in public why you feel an AWL is better than a pnumoperitoneum? Are you aware that Dr. Kruschinski relies on a low level pnumoperitonium to insert his hook? So you get that evil CO2 anyhow and after you go all the way to Germany to avoid CO2????

AWL in an adhesiolysis seem like a waste of time as there you are in surgery and the surgeon cannot visualized all areas where adhesions may be cut, so how many times must a person go? As many times as the unfortunate gentleman AZ was before he took his own life? Come now Karen, you must have spoken to him several times...How many times did Az have surgery at Endogyn? I count 7 but I could be wrong. I bet you know. Are you willing to share that information with us?
In your article you avoid declarative statements and say words like "they may" do this or that. Kruschinski uses this tactic as well as I have observed it over the years. If he is all you say he is then why is he not grabbing headlines in all the medical journals? Does he recieve any money from Covidian? Do you even know? If I ran Covidien I would pay him to keep quiet as perhaps he has used spaygel and sprayshield more than anyone.

I agree with your statement about "attack, attack, attack" as I have sat here patiently and watched you do it to very fragile sick, suffering people...I see you publicly berate them and harass anyone who does not agree with you and why should anyone agree with you when what you espouse over and over again has no scientific basis? I actually believe you may not have the capacity to understand what you espouse in a scientific manner.
Did you know that harassment and bullying and the usurpation of money from those who are legally handicapped is a felony? Just an FYI

Ok that is all the bad part and I only want to spread hope and education to all who suffer from ARD. I just read some very promising news about interfering with the process of fibrinolysis controlled genetically..looking to stop the scourge of adhesion related disorder by gene manipulation..now that sound promising for the time being and there are fantastic surgeons world wide that can perform a succesful adhesiolysis and I was fortunate enought to find some after I learned my hard, expensive and painful lesson at Endogyn.

I apologise to all adhesion sufferers who had to witness this and I pray you have not been upset and if you are I am so sorry but I feel that this so self proclaimed adhesion activist and self published author has an agenda other than the end of suffering of adhesion patients.
I was declared severly handicapped by adhesions in 2003 and last fall was reviewed and still considered hanicapped by adhesions. I have a yound child...school aged ( not and adult constantly refered to as a child) and I would do anything to spare my child this...yours too and that is why I take this stand against someone who is hopefully nothing more than very uninformed.

Within days, they began the smear campaign against Dr. K and me. For me, my God is bigger than the evil of men (and women). God has gifted Dr. Kruschinski. Period. He gets some of the most difficult; often hopeless cases. One woman in my area who is 46 years old was told to get her affairs in order, as she was dying from an abdomen of CONCRETE. Her organs were hardly functioning. Melissa and I attended/helped with a fundraiser for her and she went to Germany. That was last April. She doubted she would even live to make the trip! I spoke to her just yesterday and she was at the hospital awaiting the birth of her niece. This woman needs additional surgery, they all seem to end up going back or living in the stae that Kruschinski left them in when they cant come up with 30 grand or so more as happens in some cases of severe adhesions. But, she is another story of literally being pulled from the brink of death. She only wanted her life extended long enough so the grandson she is raising can get a little older. God has answered her prayers.

ARD just never quits, does it! These ARD victims have more information today then ever before, but there really is no intervention that offers them anything certain when it comes to reducing their symptoms. I wish that the REAL issues of ARD could be focued on and NOT Kruschinski, as the answer will NOT be found in Kru any different then any other surgeon in the world!



These folks are desperate and though some MIGHT feel good from a surgery with Kru for a few months the probability is that the symptoms of ARD will return over time. Like before, they say they are “cured,” or at least seem to insinuate that, but we know from experience (and so should they) that adhesion symptoms show up in due time and the cycle starts all over again. Another interesting thing I am reading here is that no one seems to realize that ALL cases of ARD are different, thus the results of a surgery will be as well! To lyse one adhesion, that is causing life impacting symptoms or a first time adhesiolysis, may very well be reduced or even be “cured,” but one never knows what the outcome of surgery will bring them. Possible a reduction in symptoms, but it could make it much worse as well.


What is the answer for all these folks who posted here….be your own best Dr.! They need to ask themselves why would one Dr. in the whole world be able to offer an ARD patient anything more special then any other surgeon? If it seems to be too good to be true, it probably isn’t true.

There is no conspiracy by the Government, and there is NO money to be lost in the USA be it a Dr., Government entity and pharmaceutical Co. It takes very little to see that an ARD patient is a Dr.’s worst nightmare as they consume lots of time and the money made by those in the medical arena is so much less then the time spent on the patient! MOST surgeons will offer a surgery to anyone for anything, but once that patient returns with that “ elusive” knowing pain, the surgeon gets rid of them and sends them to any other Dr. they can dump the ARD patient on and this continues from Dr. to Dr.! So the idea that anyone within the medical field is reaping financial benefits off ARD patients is absolutely bogus, and to even focus on such a thing is a waste of the ARD patients limited time and energy.


If anyone with ARD thinks they are benefitting any other ARD patient with their stories of a surgery with Kru, they are wrong! No two cases are alike and surgeons in the USA can and do use adhesion barriers, and the results are the same as anything Kru has to offer. The adhesion barrier he uses does NOT offer anymore positive results then any other barrier…and most important, for any ARD patients looking to secure facts from “patients and from surgeons” anywhere in the world offers them nothing as surgeons make money doing surgeries, a refrigerator salesman sells refrigerators, and his are the best available, no different then a surgeon says to sell his product! Unfortunately, when ARD patients push for others to go to a specific surgeon based on what they THINK their results were, sooner or later they realize that perhaps that was NOT such a good idea… A simple way to determine if a surgeon IS looking out for the ARD victim’s best interest is when you sit you down with the surgeon and look over your surgical history and they tell you that no matter how desperate you are in your suffering, a surgery is NOT in your best interest!


For any surgeon to sell an adhesiolysis by using desperate “patients” as his means of proof of success, having to put down other surgeons and make claims that he is the only on in the whole wide world that can CURE “Adhesion Related Disorder” without scientific proof and abstracts, is not an honorable person!


If victims of ARD want to have a surgery with Kru and spend that kind of money, so be it. Many have done this exact thing, only to find that his surgery really wasn’t any different, and “being treated with such honest caring and kindness, and for a doctor to simply believe that I am in fact, in pain, and I needed help, was a priceless relief, after years and years desperately trying to find help. His staff is professional and excellent. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable” does not an effective adhesiolysis make.


It appears that money can/will/ and has been made off these things and one thing that was certain in going to Kru, was the ARD victim’s needs were definitely being taken advantage of and that was in the number of follow-up surgeries he talked them into, each costing thousands of dollars; and by the excuses he used for returning pain such as the patient did something wrong, and worst of all, his bogus claims of success that reel in the most desperate of patients, only to dash them when his procedure doesn’t work!! What he did in his private life also shows that he is not as honorable as he appears, but even in that a desperate ARD patient will bite when they get the attention he gives them, and who wouldn’t in the world of ARD! It is only AFTER he has your money that one realizes they made a mistake, but this can also happen here in the USA !

ARD is hideous and debilitating and very, very painful, not to mention sucking the life out of those impacted with it. People die from ARD, and we have known many of them, and yet today there is little that can be done for it.


With that being said, in my opinion, an adhesiolysis, even with Kru MIGHT offer some relief for those with ARD, and, like every other surgeon, it might not, and they get worse. Either way, the ARD patient IS desperate, and WILL seek out anyone anywhere for help! They know that they are already dying, so what do we think they will do, after all we did it too!


With absolute knowledge and honesty, I can say that there IS NO surgeon anywhere I this world that offers anyone an adhesiolysis that can promise good results. I do think that there are a few surgeons who do offer a better chance then other for getting better results based on the adhesiolysis they offer, but in no way is it an absolute! This is what sets Kru in a different category them! Kru is not being honest, as usual, but soon enough it will be known by those who do go to him! Kru has been known to pay patients off offer discounts on multiple surgeries if they will promote him, so they do! For every 1 patient who claims they are pain free, 1-15 are not, but you will never see those names used as Kru’s references!


Again they are not asking themselves why Kru is NOT associated with a credible, high profile hospital instead of performing his “successful method of operating on and successfully removing adhesions from patients who suffer with severe debilitating adhesions.” If he were as successful as he says he is, then why was he removed from so many hospitals and today is using a cosmetic clinic to perform serious abdominal procedures without an assistant Dr. present, nor with any cardiac or acute care dept, etc? Easy answers, he is not credible at all.

Let’s try this one and see if people bite, “Okay, so Kru is the world best kept secret!” Is this enough to make you want to go to him?


With that being said, Dawn, in my opinion let ARD patients go to him, as with any other surgeon today, perhaps someone will get some good results from it, if not, so be it, it is their choice! Sure he will chop them up by offering everything from a face lift to breast implants or an abdominal scar revision, but they will have to figure it out for themselves if it happens to them.


Did Kru experiment of ARD patients, yes he did.


Did Kru falsify reports and articles on ARD, yes he did.


Did Kru harass patients who did not get the results he told them they would get and would not post “kudos” for him on the Internet? Yes, he did! Did Kru physically hurt ARD patients during his surgeries? Yes, he did.


Did Kru lie to his patients? Yes, he did.


Did Kru charge patients different prices depending on what they would do for him? Yes, he did!


The more you try to convince them that Kru is a screwball, the more ammunition he has to use to impress upon these people that there is a “conspiracy” and that every other Dr. in the world “is out to get him because he is so good,” and the “poor me” thing, & “I am so good that every one is picking on me, and this one, “I cannot do surgery at a credible hospital because of the things these two ladies said about me.” LOL! LOL!


Dawn, get out of the world of ARD and stop fighting to help these, post your thoughts and experiences on the Internet for them to see, but do not argue or try to convince them otherwise. This “he said, she said” thing just turns into a battle of the wits, and no one is going to change their mind about going to Kru once they bite on his bait, so let them go and deal with it later!


Start living Dawn and let them do things their way as it really makes no difference who goes to Kru or not, it is their life, and possible death. Let those ARD patients do what they want to do and though your trying to save them from harm, they need to find things out for themselves, and there is enough information on ARD in the Internet that they can be educated as to what not to allow as well as what to allow when seeking medical intervention for ARD.


ARD patients who believe the ones who toot Kru’s horn for all to see will not be interested in your words anyway, so let them deal with the ARD as they see fit. I know you are only trying to save them from more pain and suffering, but you are already doing that by making people aware IF they choose to read it.


I do not assist any ARD patients anymore as I am pain free and living my life to the fullest, as you know my adhesiolysis was without an adhesion barrier, Dr. Reich’s adhesiolysis procedure worked for me and many others, you included! We know the surgeons who use Reich’s technique, but I will never share them in public as some ARD patients might not fare as we did as this surgery is never an absolute.

As for me, I am out of the abyss of ARD and have no desire to get drawn back into it, that’s why I wanted to get well in the first place and now I can do everything, and I love it! I was blessed and now I live, and that is good enough for me. I have no desire to help ARD patients

I am a former pt. of Dr. Kruschinski, who does gasless abdolift surgery at Endogyn in Germany. My pain is much worse than before I went there. I noticed on the Endogyn Message Board that the "Pt Stories" are not updated. Some of them are dated 2003, 2004, 2005, and say that the person is doing great. However, there is mention of some of these people going back for repeat procedures, but this information is not put on the "Pt Stories". I think it should be.

Recently Linda from UK had surgery. Dr. Kruschinski wrote that on the second look, Linda was adhesion-free. They someone else said something like , "Another pt. made pain-free ".
I think that being adhesion-free on the day of the second look is great news, but that it is too soon to conclude that the person is pain-free and will remain pain free. Dr. K. himself states that a person must wait 12 weeks to know if they are pain-free, and to see if a third look is indicated.

I am looking for information from pts. who have remained improved after 1-2 years after the first trip to Germany, and persons who secured sustained improvements from a second trip to Germany that was at least one year ago.

I also went to Germany more than once. I got an infection there, don't know why. But I did not like it that Dr. Kruschinski did not wear gloves in his clinic. I also developed a hernia near my belly button, where the abdolift machine went in. A docter in US told me that the hernia could be caused by the abdolift.I am still in a lot of pain.

I went to Germany only once, but I did not have relief of pain, and I think my adhesions came back, it feels like there are more than before.I was saving up to go back there for a third look, but aFter reading a lot of IHRT, I am thinking maybe it is a bad idea to go back there. Dr.Kruschinski did not wear gloves in his clinic. Isn't that against the law?

I am very happy that others are now sharing that they are not well from a surgery at Endogyn, because I am not well either. Dr. kru told me it was from something else and not my surgery with him, but I do not believe him, I did nothing else and now after he told me I was adhesion free in my second look, I am wondering if I really was. I see dawn Rose thoughtnshe was free of adhesions too, and she wasn't and Dr. kru lied to her to.

I had three surgeries in Germany with Dr. K. The first was the lysis of adhesions and then the second look. The pain came back hard and fast even though I was supposed to be adhesion free. The third look cost me plenty even though its supposed to be "free". I had a new adhesion from umbilical area to bowel. He lysed that one out, but I now feel that I have more. I am no better today than I was in late summer 2004, which was when I went. The 2nd mortgage we took out on our house to pay for all this Germany stuff has come close to causing a divorce between my husband and I, as has the fact that I am still hurting and my husband expected a miracle because that is what was promised. There was a new girl from the U.S.(OK) there when I went in for the third look. As soon as Dr. K saw me in the waiting room he spirited me away from her and I did not see see her again my whole stay, even though I speak a little German and could have helped her and her mother. I now am to understand that she has to go back for more surgery. Needless to say I am disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

IHRT = Dawn Rose and only few others, who blame me for that they didn’t get the miracle cure of ALL the pain, even if their adhesions were gone and the special lady named Beverly Doucette tried hard to ruin me. All their lies and novella story destroyed a lot, but every end has a new begining.

What ever they wrote in their Internet-novella, mystery or imaginations, had one good aspect… I learned very much on human being and behaviour of humans under the influence of libel and slander on relations ships, whatever character they are (Partner, family, friends, kids, patients and others).

IHRT said,
"Hey, "Fat Face" too much booze??? Can you imagine waking up to THIS face!?? YIKES!!" Ms. Lotts can! Ms. Katzer can. Both wives can...and a few "Dubon buddies" can!




As the IHRT didn’t manage to make me anxious and to stop me doing surgery and they didn’t manage to threaten me with FBI or prison or law suit, they put all their energy to trash and to threaten my surrounding.

They drugged in the mud by emails, fax and writing:
1) Myself
2) my kids
3) my family
4) my staff (Mrs. Lotz sleeps with me)
5) My nurse and partner (Michaela will stop with me , because I sleep with above …LOL)
6) Karen S. (a mother of a patient, sleeps with me, I gave her a mercedes…)
7) Helen D. (is addicted to me, I brainwashed her)
8) Storz (AbdoLift makes adhesions… LOL)
9) Harry Reich asked me to remove his name from my website, after he was threatened by the german informants (Faerber Ltd.) to pay money back that I reportedly owe them (they wanted to open a medical center, I did a lot of work for them on planing OR-Theatres, wards, infrastructure, but for 2 years nothing happened, even not a digger came to dig out the whole for the building…but there was a bank loan planned, based on my income which they would get or even got …
10) Surgeons who visited me or supported me, were insulted via Internet (Koh, Maher)
11) My co-surgeons (Mettler, Goeschen) for cooperation with me
12) Hospital Rotthalmünster and their doctors were blackmailed that they accommodate a criminal doctor.
13) Emma-Klinik and the anesthesiologist were insulted
14) A non existent hair dresser named Tyfune or so …LOL
15) Former patients and patients who supportet me and their families were draggled, insulted and badmouthed
16) My dead dog Dubon ) my poor Dubon really didn’t deserve it…)
17) My German patients
18) German Medical c´Council, german ministery of health (by emails)
19) Congress organizers, because the still invited me to their congresses, even if IHRT wrote, they wont…All the surgeons are drunk and collaborate with me…LOL
20) The owner of the flat at Rotthalmünster where there was a new facility of Endogyn, and where Michi and myself were hiding …LOL, but there isn’t any hospital or anything like this, it’s only an office of EndoGyn and no one is hiding …from what or why ??? Because the german informants are making pictures … such a nonsense …I would like to have even a better one with me on it and with my ”Best doctor” Oscar ! It’s nice to be a star…
21) Now the new facility and after they discovered that it’s not like they claimed (I am in the prison or I cant work as a doctor, or I did research on human or I am out of surgery or whatever) and that I continue to perform surgery and even if Färber phones around in Germany and says that I am a criminal, it doesn’t help to stop me.
22) Research on patients …stupidity… all the patients wanted to have the surgery and no one was forced to have it
23) US patients were stopped to come for surgery, that’s true because they are probably the only ones that believe all this internet-novella and a complete nonsense that is produced by IHRT. But in the end, IHRT achieved one thing, US patients don’t get a treatment that has at least 85 % success. It will take ageas until SprayGel is going to be approved for adhesiolysis and Adept… works only on gyneceological adhesions and not on bowel adhesions…
Beverly Doucette called herself to be THE advocate for ARD patients…LOL… she and IHRT and her website adhesionrelateddisorder.com is all the same style and only PREVENTS patients, mainly US-patients to get succesfull treatment and instead going for surgeries without adhesion barriers which per se are not efffective!
She tries hard to lure patients to facilities with warm beaches and sand and no infrastructure and nono experience in SprayGel surgery…

In the end WE ALL start to laugh at the results they achieved …

At least there should be a publisher that takes this Internet-novella to publish the story as a Hollywood film…By the way, who is the owner and has the copyrights of all that crap (108 pages), me or them ??? They copied all my pictures and reserved all the names (Abdolift.org, DrKruschinski.org etcetera), so I assume I am the owner of the copyrights and can publish this Internet-novella as a tele-novella story…
It might give me a return of what I have lost…

the last few weeks there were some more adhesion cases; just last week we had a very severe adhesiolysis in a male Patient from Vienna, he will have his seocnd look tomorrow. Also a german lady, who has got a big laparotomy for endometriosis and developed extreme adhesions, has her 2nd look laparoscopy tomorrow. A lady from US has her first surgery on Tuesday. Another german lady has a hysterectomyx tomorrow. Two 3rd looks are additionally on Tuesday.
