Hell & Heroeism for a US Patient to Braunschweig

I was prepared in my mind for my surgery on Wednesday, only to be told it was moved to Thursday. I really didn't care as it gave me another day to rest. I had NOT seen Kru since the previous Monday, but I figured he was busy with other patients, which I found out later there were none!

I was uneasy because everyone seemed to be hesitant when it came to talking about Kru, and some simply shrugged when I asked where he was or if there were other patients from the USA in the hospital. I was told that a patients from the US was in Braunschweig a week or so ago but that she had surgery with the Dr.s Goeshen of Hanover, and that this patient and her husband left the hospital only two days after her surgery and went to Hanover to be closer to the Goeschen Klinik! Kru was not involved with that patient! One nurse did tell me that there were NO other patients for Kruschinski in the klinik now!

I started my surgical prep on Wednesday, and everything seemed to be okay, with the exception that Kru was not answering his phone or coming to check on me! There wasn't much I could do but trust that this was the way he did things! Come early Thursday morning, no one came into my room for two hours, and when I called for a nurse to ask questions, all she said was that Dr. Hutter would be in to see me very soon. Still no Kruschinski!

I called a friend in Germany who I had communicated with when I was home, and she too tried to contact Kru, but to no avail! She also spoke to Hutter who said that Kru did show up at Braunschweig earlier that morning and that he was "inebriated" or "DRUNK" for those who do not know what that means. He was not allowed to come into the building, and ran away when security was called! I was very upset, scared, confused, and horrified that I was now up shit creek without a paddle with my ARD, and I was nothing short of hysterical at this time! I was angry at Kruschinski, at everyone, and demanded my money back, and all sorts of things!

Dr. Hutter sat with me, and the friend who came to the hospital, and we talked about options, and an almost unbelievable idea was offered to me. I would remain on IV's, liquid diet for the day, minimum bowel prep in the evening and have an endoscopic adhesiolysis with Spraygel by a surgeon who was willing to come to Braunschweig from town near Dussledorf, a couple of hours away! I had heard of this surgeon and did not refuse that offer! Dr. Hutter also agreed to give me a significant reduced rate for the failure of his hospital to protect me from this incident! It appears that this is not the first time Kruschinski has arrived here in a drunken state, thus the reason he is on probation and not listed as being associated with this klinik!

The bottom line is that Kruschinski is NOT being honest with patients, I was a fool for his charms, lies and emails that he sent frequently! He is a criminal, and nothing but a drunk! He would not have done my operation, I found out, but only "consult" another surgeon as to how to do it, and he has NEVER even used the Abdolift in this hospital. They were shocked when I asked about that too!

As horrible as this was for me, I am not concerned about other patients, from any country, going through this, as I have been told that Kruschinski will no longer be able to come into Braunschweig and no matter what he posts in his Endogyn web site, he cannot schedule anymore patients here. And another interesting thing is that Kruschinski has NEVER set foot inside of the Hanover Klinik! Not ever!

If anyone doubts my words, take a minute to call one of these Kliniks, and you will see for yourself that he is not associated here or in Hanover!

I will be here for another week, and will have a second look by this other surgeon. I am just looking to go home soon, the care is excellent, but the experience over all is pure hell!
