Open letter to the ISGE

Dear Gentlemen of the ISGE,

IHRT is recognized to be a "stanch human rights advocate/activist" organization for persons afflicted with ARD, and in that, at times persons within the medical community who display unethical and immoral behavior involving ARD patients will be a "target" of our interests.
In the event that these behaviors are proven factual, the way that IHRT deals with the issues are via public format as it is our opinion that persons afflicted with ARD have a right to be warned about perpetrators against ARD victims. Education and awareness is out greatest weapon against repeat injury and insult within the medical community, as well as any potential successful interventions for ARD..

It is through our advocay in a public format that ARD patients will be better able to protect themselves from being taken advantage of or abused while in a desperate, vulnerable state of mind and health while seeking medical intervention for ARD.

Today IHRT is addressing you gentlemen because of our concerns with a posting that was published in the "Endogyn.com" web site belonging to Daniel M. Kruschinski stating that he was elected to "another 4 year position on your ISGE Board of Directors." (See post below )

Elected again to the ISGE...
Posted Wednesday, March 21, 2007 @ 03:07 AM Last Monday evening I got a call from Japan to congratulate me on the election to the Board of the International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy (ISGE) for a term of 4 years again.
I personally was not able to attend the meeting of the ISGE, but am very honoured to function for another 4 years to this society, especially in teaching and training endoscopy in developing countries, where laparoscopy is more needed.

IHRT continues,
Though IHRT does not believe this post to be fact as IHRT finds Kruschinski to be less then credible, to say the least, nonetheless IHRT will take the above post at face value.
IHRT must tell you that the ISGE is looking to be impaled with hardships that come with the acceptance of someone with the "despicable and corrupt reputation" associated with Kruschinski.
In the event that the above post is true it also speaks poorly of the ISGE and it's membership.
IHRT's opinion is that to allow someone of such ill-repute as Kruschinski to be allowed to retain a membership with the ISGE, let alone sit on it's board of directors will only create a "downward spiral" for the ISGE.
His presence with your organization will be it's downfall.
IHRT hopes for the sake of the ISGE and it membership that Kruschinski's post is not true as written in "Endogyn.
It will be confirmed in time.

IHRT is of the opinion that it is also important to acknowledge all persons who take part in the miss-representations that unwittingly perpetuate the unethical behaviors of unethical persons within the medical arena. IHRT will rightfully confront, and/or expose them as well.
IHRT is also of the opinion that it is important to expose any unwitting parties who are miss-representing things in a public format. Once miss-representations are discovered and proven, IHRT expects proper attention to rectify it in a timely fashion. In the event these miss-representations are not rectified or removed, then these miss-representations become willful perpetration of fraud by the organization in which they appear.

In the ISGE web site you will find some of these "*miss-representations," and IHRT is hopeful that by bringing them to your attention, you will address them with an open mind, research your words to validate them as written and either remove or correct any miss-information found within the contents. In the event you find IHRT's claims to be fact and do not take action to correct your miss-representations as shown in this email, you are perpetrating a fraud not only to the public, but against every member of the ISGE.
And they will find out about this.

IHRT asks you these questions of the ISGE:
Where is your validation when accepting and printing this statement regarding "Daniel Kruschnski's" promo for the ISGE election of board members as found in your ISGE website?

What did he invent and where can these patents be found?
Who submitted this information to the ISGE?
Where these claims accepted without prejudice and research?

"(2) He established the Lift- Laparoscopy, a new concept in gasless laparoscopy."
What did he do to "establish" this?
When did he establish this and where did he establish it?

(3) He heads the Centre Of Endoscopic Gynaecology (Endogyn)
Where is this "center" located, gentlemen?
Do you have an address for this "center?"
What does Kruschinski do at this "center?"
Have any of you been to his "center" within the last three years?
Is the "center" referred to in this ISGE promo the same one as found in the signature in Kruschinski's recent post?

Isn't it true, gentlemen that an "Ltd." business cannot be used when indicating a medical business/facility in Europe?

In closing, IHRT asks you gentlemen just how much do you know about your members, or want to know about them, and whether or not you take serious consideration as to what kind of person your membership allows?
IHRT is of the opinion as are many, that Daniel Kruschinski carries with him a form of poison that will spread through your organization like leprosy and it will also impact the financial support the ISGE will seek at some point in your future.
There is no doubt that this email will eventually get into the hands of persons associated with the Bari Congress and Companies who might be willing to make the step to finacialy support the ISGE on condition that the Society is restructured and gains stability.
Of course, there is always the possibility, rather "probability" that this information will also get the attention of Mrs. Storz, your highly respected sponsor. A person deserving to know what is going on with organizations she is associated with.

IHRT does wish good things in the future of the ISGE, as in an honest effort to respond to the needs of persons afflicted with ARD, though we do not expect that in reality.
IHRT knows 100% that any association with Daniel Kruschinski as a member will hinder any progress in any area, as it should with people of that caliper in it's membership. It is just a simply fact!

IHRT does not write these words today without making a serious efforts to assist the ISGE in any way that it can, if it can, who knows, but for now, IHRT's words to you are serious and IHRT expects consideration of our words regarding Daniel Kruschinski, Germany.

The ISGE is best served to heed IHRT's words when we tell you that there is no "Center for Endoscopic Surgery, Ltd," no "Endogyn," no "Endosurgery," no facility, no building, no "Abdolift" no nothing!
Gentlemen, anything associated with Kruschinski are only words on a web site, and again, the ISGE has been taken in by Kruschinski.

IHRT encourages the NEW members of the ISGE in Europe to contact the Germany Prosecutors office in Hessen and ask questions regarding Kruschinski. Contact the German Medical Board as well. These things will be easy for you to do to validate your remarks as posted in the ISGE, and IHRT asks, " why wouldn't you?"
