Subject: Fraud by Dr Kruschinski using your names
Dear DR's Mettler, Reich and Goeschen,
I am writing to you today as I represent a patients rights group for adhesion sufferers in the USA.
I wished to urgently bring to your attention a compliant I received from a patient looking for Dr. Harry Reich.
An email contact for Dr. Reich along wit his CV and a statement he is the director of Endogyn in Germany has been in place for some time now as well as Prof. Mettler and Prof.Goeschen. in Daniel Kruschinski's website.
Dr. Kruschinski is intercepting these private emails meant for you all, and then trying to coerce patient to surgery with him. How many patients caught in this trap is unknown at this time.
Please see this email interaction as a patient tries to reach Dr. Reich for a surgery.
The people involved in the interaction with Kruschinski below, have already contacted the authorities but we wish to make you aware of this situation immediate so you may protect yourself and your potential patients by dealing with Dr. Kruschinski directly and or through the German criminal system. Please note the times of these email interactions. Rapid succession, trying to get this woman to send money to endogyn!
Harry.Reich@endogyn.com
Dear Dr Reich,
Aloha from Hawaii.
My name is Deb XXXX and I am writing to see if accept new surgical patients. I have been refereed to you from the International adhesion society.
I am told you are the very best at getting rid of scar tissue and you have the spay to stop the scars from returning in Germany. Our son is in the military, he and our daughter in law live in Aachen off base with them. We are not sure if this is close to your clinic but have no problems travelling to you where ever you may be.
Last year in March I suffered a small bowel obstruction and had emergency surgery. my doctor has told me that it was scar tissue that caused this.
I have not been well since. My health has gone down hill rapidly and I feel like I am going to have this same kind of obstruction again. Other than the obstruction I am in good health as far as all tests show. I have had 3 c-sections between 1972 and 1979 and have 3 healthily children. My weight and height are proportionate and I am 52 years old..
Dr. Schutte here is very supportive but says I need to find the best surgeon off island that I can. She will give you any referrals you need. We have excellent insurance and financial resources.
We are flexible in our travel times as we will be staying there for an extended visit.
I hope that you may be able to help us.
Please let us know what the next step would be in coming to surgery with you.
If you are not able to fit us in could you reccomend anthoer surgeon who may be willing to speak to us.
Looking forward to your reply.

Good Morning or Afternoon Dr. Kruschinski,
When would I be able to have Dr. Reich do the surgery at EndoGyn? Would any of the ladies you mention help in assiting me in setting a date with Dr. Reich at EndoGyn? I was planning on vacationing in Europe and thought that it would be a good time to have surgery and vacation. Waiting to hear back from you.
Debbie

Dr. Kruschinski,
You have NOT cleared up this situation whatsoever! You are way off in how things transpired in our communications!
This email just added fuel to an already hot fire! Trust me when I say that there will NOT be a surgery for my wife at Endogyn and we will address Dr. Reich with the reasons as to why it will not be there!
Daniel, we just sent this email out to a number of the patients on this list that you said you and Dr. Reich did (400) surgeries on:
http://www.adhesions.de/index.php?seite=verw&sprache=en&a=PatientsInfo&b=Patientscontacts&c=International
"Dear Endogyn Patient,
Would you be so kind as to share information with me on how your surgery with Dr. Reich and Dr. Kruschinski turned out? What was the date of your surgery, what did you have done, did you have Spraygel and how do you feel today?
Your assistance will help me determine if I should go to Endogyn to have my surgery with Dr. Reich there.
Thank-you
Debbie USA"
...and I could NOT believe some of the responses I got back from these patients! NON of them had surgery with Dr. Reich, only with YOU! And some said they would never have a surgery with Dr. Reich, but only with you as your the best, etc, etc...Which of these patients on this list had surgery at Endogyn with Dr. Reich? Some of the ladies said that Dr. Reich doesn't do surgery at Endogyn! Was this a joke on me or what? Where are the 400 patients you and Dr. did surgery on like you say in this email??
Also, you did not send me Dr. Reich's email until after I wrote him a second time! In fact, you did not offer ANY contact information to me for Dr. Reich until I asked you several times!! And not until this email, did you offer me his phone contacts, which I found for myself and called his office, only to learn that Dr. Reich has NOT been at Endogyn for a long, long time!
No matter what you say in this email, you did not follow this "protocol" which is to take money first, THEN set the date? We have not sent you any money and you set a date for my wife's surgery, this is not the protocol your stating in this email??
As far as your references you sent to my wife, non of them had a surgery with Dr. Reich either. We only had to ask ONE person on that list to find out "who did the surgery at Endogyn on the other references," and that was to ask Karen Steward, she will tell everything about all of them and more! Karen made sure we noticed that ALL of them had "gasless" surgery and that Dr. Reich doesn't do gasless, and on and on she went! Trust us, we realized that they all had gasless procedures without it being pointed out so dramatically! We are not interested in your answers to issues we question here, we simply state them to let you know that we did in fact attempt to secure information from these patients as you directed us to do! It certainly isn't very wise to give us referrals that only put down the surgeon we are looking to secure our surgery with at Endogyn!!
We are really upset now as you just continue to try to feed us anything you think will keep us from exposing you to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission , and you still ask for money! We would not trust you for anything!
You do Dr. Reich a dis-service, and you should be ashamed of yourself! Our intent is to report all of this to a number of US and International agencies, and then Dr. Reich will hear what transpired here in trying to secure a surgery with HIM at Endogyn where he has an email that goes to you! We suspect that we are not the only prospective patients who were taken in like this by you intercepting Dr. Reich's personal email and attempting to take his patients while having your patients bad mouth him in their attempts to have us go to you for surgery at Endgogyn! This scam is despicable and it stops with us!
The only request we have is this:
Please forward the date of the email you say you received from Dr. Reich
(> Daniel I don't have her email address. Tell her I can operate with you in Germany June 19. Harry)
You will be hearing our names again!

We have been watching him for some time as so many keep going for repeat surgeries.
He has even recently stated ans as many of his prior patients suspected that his invention the abdolift does cause umbilical adhesions ( the worst I have ever seen).
Why is the 3rd-look laparoscopy extremely important ?

We keep the confidence of patiences who were told by Dr. Kruschinski that he is a plastic surgeon, they went to him for surgery with tragic results.

Dear Dr.'s We are begging you for any assistance you can offer the victims of this man.
Prof. Mettler
Dr. Mettler studied medicine in Tübingen, Vienna and Kiel. She completed her specialisation in obstetrics, gynaecology and gynaecological laparoscopy at the Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel. During her career, Professor Mettler has worked for longer periods in Tel Aviv, Israel and in a hospital in the Peruvian jungle. She has operated in over 40 American clinics. The most highly qualified training she obtained was from Professor Kurt Semm in Kiel.
In 1976 Professor Mettler attained her postdoctoral qualification and became associate professor in 1981. She is deputy director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of Kiel and head of the divisions of gynaecological endoscopy, gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. Professor Mettler concentrates her surgical interest in these fields.
Both in Germany and world-wide Professor Mettler has contributed to the further development of laparoscopic surgery. As Professor Semm’s student, later his deputy and since 1995 his successor, Professor Mettler has regularly contributed to German and English-speaking journals. Her first publications appeared in the late 1970s.
During international laparoscopic meetings Professor Mettler has often performed live televised surgical demonstrations. In 2001 she carried out a hysterectomy in Kiel which was televised live to the 30th Annual Meeting of the American Association of Gynaecologic Laparoscopists in San Francisco. In November 2002 an operation was transmitted live to a conference in Spain where Dr. Kruschinski was operating on site. It is only the operation which is critically observed, the anonymity of the patient remains respected.
Professor Mettler has operated with her colleagues Dr. Kruschinski, Dr. Reich and Dr. Liu in many different countries. A good team can work well together under all conditions.
Her latest book “Endoscopic abdominal surgery in gynaecology” was published 2002 by the Schattauer Publishing House.

Dear Dr.'s , as Dr. Reich knows from a post Daniel surgery, I am also a victim of his.
I was not well after his surgery and I was ricuculed and belittled by Dr. Kruschinski on his public message boards after I relaesed my opertive reports where he states I never had endometriosis.
I show you this as I know you will understand the implications of the operative reports alone.
http://www.adhesionrelateddisorder.com/Dawn-Rose-Op-Reports.html
and his means to discredit me still available on his message board. This is what he does to many other patients.

DR has put her operating reports on the internet
http://www.adhesionrelateddisorder.com/Dawn-Rose-Op-Reports.html ,
therefore i feel free now to say openly my opinion and feelings, I am happy then for this chance.
I will start with Dr. Harry Reichs letter, no, it was certainly not written by me. It was written to the Doctors Council in Germany following the DR “FBI case”. The original letter is laying there.
And few more comments…
Please read the operative reports very carefully and you will notice that from all her many surgeries only two were a “success”, my surgery and the last one. Mine was confirmed by an objective second look, the other one was not.
I ask myself why then is DR complaining and fighting against me so emotionally? When I managed in the end to cure most of her symptoms??
Why is she not fighting against all the others who “missed” or not “treated” her successfully?
There might be other reasons. I will come back to it later…
In July 2003, when it all started, DR said that my adhesiolysis failed and that adhesion reformation was confirmed by a surgery in Penn. That came as a surprise as I spoke with her surgeon who said she was found adhesion free (in his procedure), means adhesion free after my surgery, you can all see that in his operative reports! Then she claimed I just “missed” some adhesions and now (what an improvement) she claims that her adhesiolysis with me WORKED but I did “miss” her endometriosis…
If that was the case, so ALL her previous surgeries before my surgery “missed” the diagnosis too, and worser, one did a supracervical hysterectomy that would certainly not be the treatment of choice in case of endometriosis.
Then again, in the last operative reports my collegues from New York described her medical problems : fibrotic nodules on the remaining cervix and pelvic floor dysfunction.
OK, what did they do for it, they resected the cervix with the fibrotic tissue and elevated the pelvic floor, simple as that, a normal procedure to cure the symptoms, nothing else. If the fibrotic tissue was endometriosis, so we would need to see the histology report to be sure, to be sure that it wasn’t just scar fibrosis, a result of the supracervical hysterectomy. If that was endometriosis, than it was there for years, even before my procedure and that then should have been diagnosed by other surgeons before.
DR came to Germany with a cane and a bladder catheter (incontinenet). She couldn’t eat anything but fluids. After my surgery she threw the cane away, she was content and ate everything (remember she wrote on our board that she went at the same day after her second look to buy a cake in the backery).
She described it as a miracle,so how could it be one if I missed her “main” problem! At least this miracle lasted at least more than 6 months.
What happened in between?
She advocated for me at the beginning, wrote always how great she feels, I got even letters from her with pics of her daughter and her dog, saying how thankful she was, me giving her daughter her mom back and wrote about her plans to support ARD sufferers by organizing fundraisers so patients will find it easier to come here to Germany for surgery.
By time she got more and more involved in the smear campaign of xx + xx against me. They didn’t like the fact that more and more success stories occurred. That, they new is dangerous as it can exclude money from a certain patients support society and from certain doctors that xx +xx supported of.
At this time I made a mistake…I rejected her as my advocate as I realised that she was trying to convince patients to go somewhere else than to Germany …
This I guess started it all…and not the (good ) result of my gasless-Spraygel adhesiolysis. It started because DR was just dissapointed and upset because I didn’t want her and only her to be “the” patient advocate…(her greatest wish)
With the other xx mentioned above, I think she had the same problem: At the beginning she wanted to establish a place for “her” doctors in Germany, then as she realised that more and more are choosing me as their surgeon, she was trying to say that MY advocate (LG) was not working properly (I have many, many long emails from her about this topic) and she suggested to do that herself (also exclusivly)
She always wanted to be the most important patients advocate and to have the knowledge (after reading the operative reports that patients had to send her …) to estimate which doctor was the right choice for the certain patient…
I have never wanted to have an advocate that is saying to patients: “your adhesions can be managed by Dr. K. but yours are too complicated for him…”
We had some arguments about that and thereafter she started the smear campaign against me and involved with that some few patients, like DR.
Thank god, the other patients were so intelligent, not to be lured and caught for this smear campaign …
Thank you
And again I refer to the other xx above: The certain society director was planning studies with me. Studies to collect all kind of data.
I was supposed to find a sponsor or he wanted me to pay to him $1000 for each of my
U. S. patients...
I wanted to perform good surgery and to support an infrastructure for excellent patient treatment and not to make surgery cost too expensive, so I rejected such an offer.
After that I was named to have bad statistics, to manipulate my statistics, to be a bad surgeon and scientist and many other names.
So it’s all about money …
Now, I hope you can make your own decision …
And … I don’t need any other website or to be brave enough to tell the truth…
Im sorry for myself to be part of such a drama, only because I refused to have these two women as my only advocates for my surgery.
Except of that, … it is completely normal that a medical procedure can’t work for everyone and for 100%, so it is not a shame to have some patients who are not satisfied…
At least I can say, none of my patients got worse after my surgery … so this is also a success…
And to the (last) surgery of DR, she must remember that her last surgery was without a second look and without a sufficient barrier, so time will tell…
I also had many patients from other adhesion specialists that were not cured after their adhesiolysis… and what ? Do I do a big thing from that ?
No this is normal, but I am trying at least to keep statistics and help those who continue to have pain to achieve an improvement by a free-of-charge 3rd look laparoscopy…
I find it now quite satisfying when I read that other doctors are starting to offer the same… so that is already a good intention to cure the patient …Excellent !
Anyway I am happy about every success story, regardless who was the surgeon !
