Daniel finally brings up some great points and pictures....

In his own words, again....

So, NOW we see how well the Spraygel is working in "gasless" adhesiolysis!!
Interesting, very interesting!! Let's look at this a moment...
More....Please see his pictures posted at:http://www.endogynserver.com/cgi-bin/210/cutecast.pl?session=st4u9lQV8HOZgm5NGQYDqRWXH2&forum=2&thread=2269# 1 & # 2
Daniel says that Spraygel, (in proper environment like gasless), has such good results." Okay, let's take him on his word here, why wouldn't we, right? He can't be ALL wrong! (pictures seen here were posted on Friday, March 10, 2006 in Endogyn!)
Karen's "rally" of gifs parading under each of Daniels posts praising his work is missing, what's up lady??
Please take a good long look at his pictures of his gasless adhesiolysis, (#1 & #2) after all that is why he is posting them, to educate us on his skills!

Daniel Kru states...
"Once again I would like to take a chance to show the difference in the results before, during and after our adhesioloysis procedure.

I would like to emphasize that the importance of the second look as adhesions are sometimes a challenging situation and not easy situation to solve.
Without an adhesion barrier, adhesions are ALWAYS reforming in the first 7 days after surgery (see also here).
http://www.endogynserver.com/cgi-bin/210/cutecast.pl?session=pGnOJYtPAJoH7uqOwxW275E9CG&forum=2&thread=1220

And even with an adhesion barrier, adhesions might reform. Only SprayGel (in proper environment like gasless) has such good results as we could show in our patients collective. But even with SprayGel some areas of adhesions can reform and thus can be taken down in the second-look with water or by an instrument without any bleeding.

And here some images from Jennifer (with very severe adhesions, "frozen abdomen) of her surgery last friday and today.

Now, look at his pictures below of an adhesiolysis WITH gas, (wonder who did this surgery) after all that is why he is posting them, to educate us on another surgeons "lack of skills" or what??

Daniel claims that the Spraygel "doesn't stick to the peritoneum, that is acidotic and hypoxemic," (pictures seen here he posted on Friday, October 29, 2004 )

Gee, the Spraygel doesn't look much different from one post to the other, if you ask us! ( #1, #2 & #3)
Did Daniel get the pictures mixed up or something here? What's what here? When was which one taken...or, are the the same picture??
Perhaps he forget he used these pictures in 2004? Hard to tell, really hard to tell!
We wish he would take videos of his surgery, but he doesn't! IHRT wonders why he doesn't offer videos, other surgeons do?

IHRT is really puzzled here...especially when we look at the last picture in this post of his gasless (#4) where Daniel's claims he has a good SprayGel field due to gasless surgery!! (http://www.endogynserver.com/cgi-bin/210/cutecast.pl?session=tMhgtLHQqGSJvgnD4MYds8mNtv&forum=2&thread=1221 of Friday, October 29, 2004)
Daniel states" and take a look after applying SprayGel in gasless laparoscopy and compare it with the gas-laparoscopy picture above :"
so we did, and then we compared them to the pictures way above here, and gee whiz, now we are really confused, and as concerned as ever as to why Jeniffer's Spraygel field in pictures #1 & #2 from 2006 didn't look like this picture #4 from 2004 and instead, looks like picture #3 fom 2004???

IHRT thinks that they see adhesions in picture #4 that were not lysed and just covered with a LOT of Spraygel ...lower right in bottom picture??

Well, anyway, this is just an observation on Ihrts part, draw your own conclusions here, and remember, in Daniels own words,
""Once again I would like to take a chance to show the difference in the results before, during and after our adhesioloysis procedure."........and he sure did!

Doc Kru states....
"Please see above what happens, if surgeons don't use any adhesion barriers...
And here you can see that even if using the best adhesion barrier available (SprayGel), but WITH carbon dioxide, adhesiolysis surgery is in most cases USELESS.

This happens after a long laparoscopic adhesiolysis with carbon dioxide gas:

and after applying SprayGel: you see only some punctual clothing of SprayGel, it doesn't stick to the peritoneum, that is acidotic and hypoxemic, It is also slipping down away from the wounded area !
