Dumb, Dumber, Dummy and Dumbest in Endogyn

Dumb, Dummy, Dumber & Dumbest visit "Sillystop Endogyn"

As the world turns in the village of "Sillystop," which is filled with "dysfunctional" Endogyn patients, we find Goldi in a hospital with a possible bowel obstruction and in lots of pain! She is on IV therapy and being considered for possible surgery! Diagnostic tests do not reveal a cause of her pain, however, as she is a past "King Kruschinski" patient, there can't be any adhesions! From her hospital bed Goldi posts her woes on the "German Endogyn" message board, and days later, up pops King Kru with no show of compassion for her, but he does give her an order to follow, after all, he IS her surgeon, isn't he?

"I am King Kru!"

The just of King Kru's order to Goldi is this, "Goldi is not to allow further intervention from the ignorant saps at this hospital without her contacting King Kru first!"

"Dr. who said what? We already had Goldi prepped for surgery, so how long do we wait for his directions?" We're getting hungary you know!"

IHRT can envision King Kru sitting in his underwear on a bed in some lousy motel with a "Dubon" buddy, reviewing his orders to Goldi, feeling satisfied, and important for a few minutes, King Kru sips his vodka and submits his post! NOT a phone call to Goldi, but a post in an all but defunct web site! Atta boy, King Kru! Use 'em and abuse 'em!

Pacification deed done, King Kru treats his "Dubon" date to a ride in his new, one of a kind "Dubon Mobile!" It must feel good to have wheels again, huh Kru! It's not the Emma Klinik Mercedes, but it gets the message across!

Now, just when you think this scenario could not get any dumber, we see Goldi go "ga-ga" because her surgeon, King Kru paid her some attention! Now, either Goldi doesn't understand German, or she is worse off then we think she is as she doesn't seem to comprehend that she was not able to go to King Kru's klinik, or secure his services at her time of emergency! Perhaps, this was due to King Kru not having any klinik for patients to go to for any follow-up or emergency issues related to ARD, but non the less, Goldi ended up under the care of some other surgeons and not King Kru! Hello Goldi!

Not only does Goldi go "ga-ga" over King Kru's order to her, she responds to it as though she expects him to walk through her hospital room door and start writing more orders and take over her case! Of course, this will not happen, and, even though Goldi presented with an emergency case, King Kru's hasn't responded to Goldi since that order was given...days ago! Hello again Goldi! Anyone home in that head?

Days pass without a word from King Kru...

"Goldi who? This lady has been laying here so long that we forgot who she is! No orders ever came for her!!! They say her surgeon is some goofy guy who thinks he is Einstein! So much for his brains!"

IHRT asks the following:

** How long will Goldi wait on King Kru before any further intervention is rendered her?

** How long will her attending physicians play the King Kru game before they do anything more, or figure Kru's abuse of patients out?

** Does Goldi, and these physicians, understand that King Kru's "gasless" adhesiolysis might not have been as effective as King Kru claimed it was!

Side note: In the German message board, Kru has posted to a patient regarding money, but not to Goldi regarding her health! Kru wouldn't be pulling a "grab the money and run out on a patient in need scam," would he? OF COURSE HE WOULD, and HE HAS!

IHRT knows all the answers to the questions that the "Goldi scenario" posed, but we will leave it to you to figure out! IHRT also knows that Grayzna, Gisela and Goldi herself will not figure this out..thus the heading, "Dumb, Dummy and Dumber!"

Grayzna shows what she thinks is her "scar" from surgery with King Kru, and says, " I was under for only 4 hours for this surgery with him! Only cost me about 10,000 EUROS!"

"Hmmm, that scar looks good to me! I think I'll schedule MY surgery with Kru"

Gisela, - not the brightest bulb in this pack of misfits to be sure, read her recent post in the American Endogyn message board: "Gee, it is so quiet on the American Endogyn message board. I wonder why? I am thinking of having a surgery with Kru cause he is so great and everyone is so well after his surgery! Well, not Goldi, or Pekie, or a lot others, but some seem to get well, so gee, now I will make plans to go for surgery with Kru! It is settled, with all the responses I got to my post, well, one from Lisa Gravens, but now my surgery plans are cemented!

So, da, which way do I go now for surgery? Da, how do I contact Kru and get an answer? Da, do I go to the same klinik that Goldi is in or do I wait for Fuldi? So many questions, but few answers...what's up, Doc!

Now, for the dumbest of them all, look who responds to Gisela!

Lisa Gravens says, slurring her words, "Ah, yeah, King Kru is soooo great, he is a miracle worker, and a "gasless" one at that! So many are well, uhm, okay, not me, but some are well, a few maybe, but anyway, Kru is our King! He talks trash about me, but ya gotta love him anyway! He calls me a drug head, but hey, gotta love his sense of humor, even if he posted those things about me in public on Endogyn, I saw it as a term of endearment, thus I remain his patient advocate!

So, Gisela, just keep trying to make contact with King Kru, and if you can find him a klinik to do your surgery in, you have made it to the best! Just look at me, okay, I am not well, but I am in love with my obgyn, and in that, I am satisfied with my trip to Endogyn!

IHRT points out that this decision by Gisela to have her surgery with King Kru was made after minimal communications in the now defunct Endogyn message board..way to go Gisela! Ever harvesting queen, the oh so smart Lisa, hasn't the brains to figure out that the "Abdolift" is now obsolete and what King Kru means when he says he is doing "gasless" operations, is that he doesn't eat any beans or broccoli before surgery's!

Let's follow Gisela as she attempts to secure a surgery with King Kru...watch this "trip" as it transpires! Did IHRT say, "transpires?" Looks like we got a bit silly too! LOL! LOL! LOL! IHRT meant to say, "expires," which is much more realistic when dealing with Endogyn!

Endogyn Surgery will be offered in Fuldi within the next two weeks! Stand by for the opening of "Endogyn Center for Endoscopic Surgery" in Fuldi, Germany!

As sad as it is to state, IHRT is has to admit that this is for real folks! Looks like Kru caught himself another group of guilibles to support him in a klinik! How long will it last, that depends on how dumb they are and how long it will take Kru to break 'em and take 'em for all they got, from both patients and klinik staff alike, before he is told to move on?

Hallo Ihr Lieben, ich bin eigentlich davon ausgegangen, dass das Jahr doch etwas bei mir ruhiger ablaufen wird, aber dem ist leider nicht so. Am Freitag bekam ich Schmerzen die sich am Sonntag so langsam zuspitzten. Ich bekam Ьbelkeit dazu so das ich mich dann am Dienstag Nachmittag beim HA vorstellen muЯte. Ich wurde sofort ins KH eingewiesen mit den Verdacht auf eine Blinddarmentzьndung. Ich lag nun da mit Infusionen kein Essen kein Trinken und bekam ein Einlauf. Die Blutwerte ergaben keine Besonderheiten die waren vцllig in Ordnung. Am Mittwoch sollte ich dann von einem Gyn. untersucht werden und wenn sich dabei etwas herausstellen sollte wьrde man gleich eine Bauspieglung durchfьhren und auch gleich den Blinddarm mit entfernen, der ja sowiso ьberflьssig ist. Habe bis abends gewartet und nichtґs passierte. Habe mich dann selbst entlassen und bin gleich nдchsten Morgen zu meinem Gyn gefahren. Ich wurde ausfьhrlich untersucht und es stellte sich heraus, dass ich zwei Zysten am linken Eierstock habe und am rechten Eierstock befindet sich eine mit Flьssigkeit gefьllte Zyste von ca. 5 cm. Нch habe ausdrьcklich mein Gyn gefragt, ob er wirklich die rechte Seite meinen wьrde, dort wo auch die starken Schmerzen sind und er stimmte mir zu. Jetzt der Hammer und das nicht zum ersten Mal, teilte ich ihm, das ich auf der rechten Seite kein Eierstock mehr habe und auch keinerlei Reste eines Ovar. Dies wьrde auch im letzten Op Bericht deutlich drinne stehen. Mein FA sagt ersteinmal nichtґs, er kann sich das nicht erklдren und sagte mir halt nur noch, es kцnnte auch mit dem Darm zusammenhдngen und schlieЯt den Blinddarm noch nicht aus. Soll das Wochenende nun abwarten, treten weiterhin Ьbelkeit und Erbrechen mit Fieber auf soll ich mich sofort im KH wieder vorstellen. Eigentlich hatte ich Vertrauen zu meinem Gyn aber bei so einer Aussage ist man ganz schцn enttдuscht und mцchte am liebsten nicht mehr dort hin. Mein FA teilte mir dann nur noch mit, wenn es nдchste Woche noch genauso aussehen wьrde mьЯte man noch einmal hineinschauen. Habe schon Dr. Kruschinski darьbern in Kenntnis gesetzt und soll mich nдchste Woche Bescheid geben. Ich habe wahrsinnige Schmerzen und wьrde am liebsten geleich fahren und soll schon bei mir was heiЯen. Wie mein HA so schцn sagte ich bin ein Mensch der nicht ьbertreibt sonder untertreibt, darum hat der mich auch gleich eingewiesen. Die Schmerzen sind sehr stark und bin ziemlich am Boden. Hallo Dr. Kruschinski, ganz begeistert bin ich letztendlich nicht, wenn es auf die Spritzen hinauslaufen sollte, da ich ja vor der letzten Op im Oktober diese auch schon gehabt habe und die extrem starke Herzrythmusstцrungen ausgelцst haben so das ich eine ganze Weile das Vamipril 120 mg nehmen muЯte. Vielleicht gibt es auch eine andere Variante. Vielen Dank noch mal fьr die Rьckmeldung. Habe am 31.01.2007 einen Untersuchungstermin und werde mich gleich danach bei Ihnen melden. Hallo Dr. Kruschinski, meine Schmerzen haben auf der rechten Seite nachgelassen und spьre sie kaum noch, mein linker Eierstock macht wohl in dem Sinne was er will, denn da ist es wie gehabt von den Beschwerden mal mehr mal weniger. Mein FA fьhrte am Mittwoch eine normale Ultraschalluntersuchung durch und nicht Vaginal, da er wohl unter Zeitdruck stand. Diese Zystische Struktur so sagte er hat sich zurьckgebildet auf etwa 4 cm und er geht jetzt von einer erneuten Endometriose aus. Auf der linken Seite befinden sich nur kleine Zysten von ca. 2 cm. So wirklich verstehen kann ich das alles nicht, soll jetzt ersteinmal abwarten und wenn die Schmerzen wieder zunehmen soll ich wieder diese Gestagentherapie machen mit Promolut 5. Von den Spritzen wurde nicht mehr gesprochen. Ganz lieben GruЯ Goldi
