Hallo zusammen, ich brauche eine Info für eine Frau: sie muß sich auch mit dem Thema Gebärmutterentfrenung beschäftigen, hat noch dazu ne zyste am Eierstock und wird jetzt von ihrem Gynäkologen nur in Richtung OP Per Bauchschnitt beraten. Sie hat gehört, daß es die OP Methode gaslose Laparaskopie gibt, möchte sich nach Möglichkeit auch so operieren lassen, wenns geht. Ich weiß nicht, wo hier oben in Schleswig Holstein nach dieser Methode operiert wird, selbst habe ich mich in Rotthalmünster operieren lassen. Sie ist Kassenpatientin, für sie kommt eine Privatfinanzierung der OP, bzw die weite Reise und Kosten etc nicht in Frage.
Gibts da eine Information für sie ? wer operiert hier auf Kassenbasis gaslos, bzw wer kann empfohlen werden ??
Ich habe vor meiner OP so gelitten unter Angst und Sorge und bin jetzt so zufrieden mit allem und würde ihr so gern etwas entsprechendes sagen. Kann mir jemand Infos geben ?? Ich finde, Frau muß zusammenhalten

Three shocking medical cases?

1.) Some years ago, a Colorado physician, using a mirror, removed his own appendix after notifying the news media. Though the surgery was successful, the medical community was not impressed with this surgical tour de force. Not only did his colleagues not fête him, they quickly revoked his license to practice.
Why such Draconian justice at what seems, in the end, little more than a sophomoric prank? Worst case scenario, he could have killed himself, thereby permanently, as it were, revoking his own license. The answer, of course, is that though he had endangered only himself, his judgment was no longer credible. Perhaps, next time, he would choose to remove someone else's appendix while blindfolded, or deliver a baby while standing on his head! Furthermore, his behavior reflects poorly on the entire medical profession.

2.) A surgeon in Kentucky who branded the initials of the University of Kentucky into a woman's uterus before he removed it defended his actions and said he was simply marking the midline of the organ. "I felt this was honorable since it made reference to the college of medicine where I received my medical degree." Though this action did not endanger the patient, it did show a serous lack of compassion and respect for this patient and could very easily affect her emotional and psychological well-being. Of course, this surgeon’s judgment was no longer credible, which was proven after nine other women asked to join the lawsuit after discovering that they too had been branded.

3.) A surgeon in Germany performed “clinical studies” on unsuspecting patients, who were not only charged for the surgeries, but were led to believe that the surgical technique being performed on them was a validated treatment that was safe and had already been proven to be effective. What is particularly pernicious about this case is that the irresponsible physician put innocent people at risk, as when the results of the “study” were revealed, they were NOT as effective as were hoped, but instead exacerbated most of the patients' conditions. Interestingly enough, the result of these studies determined that the robotic apparatus used in these surgeries was NOT being used as it was intended by the manufacturer, but was GROSSLY misused by the surgeon. The “Abdolift” has now been discontinued for sale and is no longer being produced by the company. Of course, this surgeon’s judgment was no longer credible, after violating his obligation to his patients and placing them in dangerous situations for his own gains and purposes. Where would he stop in performing untested surgical procedures in unregulated environments on unsuspecting patients if HE felt he wanted the studies?

Contrary to the ever-increasing numbers of true believers in society today who enthusiastically pursue medical interventions believing the surgeon is a “God,” and placing all their trust in them without question, many find out that the they made a big mistake! Many often ignore “red flags” that come up because they are desperate for the medical intervention or perhaps are simply too ill to take control. Many do not ask questions and present concerns to the surgeon. Even worse, patients take the word of others without checking the history and reputation of the surgeon, only to find out too late, that there were serious issues known all along about the surgeon, and could have easily been checked out by the patients themselves.

People have died — and continue to die — from medications and surgical interventions that are not regulated; others have lost the opportunity to undertake validated treatment because they trusted the wrong surgeon, lost precious time and money, after going to an unscrupulous surgeon. (This is not to say that validated treatments are always perfectly safe or effective, but at least they represent the best we can do.) The case described is the reductio ad absurdum of the tendency.

What we learn in the cases above is that the irresponsible physician does not endanger himself; instead he puts innocent people at risk, and without any sense of concern for their well-being. The drug may be toxic or the surgery might produce morbidity, thus the physician’s obligation to the patient is violated. Since the issue involves ill people seeking treatment from the only source known to them, and whom they trust, the physician’s obligation to society is also violated.

When a physician creates a situation where his practices are not trusted, the physician has, by his actions, struck a blow to the credibility of his medical profession and, thus, has violated his obligation to his peers and the profession as a whole. In the same way, he has eroded his own hard-won reputation, thus violating his obligations to himself. In short, one cannot envision a clearer case of unethical behavior as we see above in these 3 cases of injustices done to innocent, desperate suffering people whose only action was to trust their physician.

YOU might very well have been an unwitting test subject at "Endogyn" in Germany who were not given the opportunity to say yes or no to undergoing an untested, unregulated surgery, and a surgery that cost you thousands of dollars!

• It’s impossible to avoid conflicts with the psychopath. He only understands how to solve conflicts with power and manipulation.
• If you work with a psychopath, it’s important to set limit to what you’ll accept. Psychopaths are good at advancing in the workplace.

No matter how much you may wish to have people believe that you are an innocent victim of IHRT, the facts speak the truth.

Let's look at your behavior and see who was the perpetrator of it, you or IHRT?:

1. THE most egregious and criminal behavior is that you did experimental RESEACH SURGERY on patients without telling them they were in a research study. Then you published the RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH, AND CLEARLY STATED IN THE ARTICLE THAT IT WAS A RESEARCH STUDY.

2. YOU made the claim that EVERY pt. on whom you did an adhesiolysis was adhesion- free after the end of their second look.

3. YOU allowed your patients to post on your web site that they had a"miracle" cure from a surgery with you, when you yourself know that the nature of adhesions is that a pt. can feel better for several months or even six months to a year, only to have adhesion pain return, as was the case with many or MOST of your patients.

4. YOU did not list how many times patients on your "Pt. Contact List" returned for multiple surgeries, thus leading prospective new patients to think that everyone went only one time to you for the magic cure.

5. You removed the contact information from your Pt. Contact List, of patients who had bad results.

6. You breached pt. confidentiality so many times on your web site.

7. YOU exploited vulnerable patients for advertising by putting pictures of their surgeries in your web site, without their permission.

8. You breached Pt./Dr. boundaries by taking pts. out wining and dining.

9. YOU breached Pt./Dr. boundaries by taking pts. shopping and touring.

10. You called your patients names and exposed their personal medical information on your web site.

11. You shared your serious personal problems with patients, in an attempt to get them to be your "friends".

12. YOU claimed on your web site that IHRT would be sued and shut down after you elicited patients and Doctors to listen to you. But it never happened.

13 YOU stated on your web site that you were opening sites for surgeries in Spain, in the Caymans, and in England, but then you did not do it.

14. You demanded "cash only" payments from patients, from the very beginning!

15. You mis-used the abodolift , you used it in ways not recommended by the manufacturer.

16. You made false claims that you OWNED the Rondell office building and apartments.

17. You published a photo of youself sitting on a boat saying "Do I look like a person who is bankrupt and wants to die"? (yet now you state that you were bankrupt at that time and still are).

18. You told the world that you INVENTED the abdlolift, which you did not.

You did all these things Kru, not IHRT.
IHRT had nothing to do with your activites that led to your fall from grace.
Just look in the mirror to see who is your own worst enemy.

Kru States That He Did Nothing Wrong or Criminal

Dear Dr. Kruschinski,
Interesting post by you on your Endogyn message board today.
We have just a few comments:

1. You state you did not nothing wrong or criminal.
How about the fact that you did RESEARCH on patients, and did not tell them they were in a RESEARCH study, and you did not get their permission to be a research subject?
How can you consider that "not wrong"?
You obviously do not have a code of professional ethics. Your code seems to be "if I can make money, it is OK" .
Until your article was published a few weeks ago, you continued to say "It was not a study. It was not research".

Your patients remember the things you put in writing, and even if you later removed it from your message board, it is all cached.

2. You continue to blame your problems on IHRT, and take no personal responsibility.
How about Ayursan? What happened there? You stated you were doing surgeries there and then suddenly, you were DISMISSED, and you moved on to some other place in Germany. IHRT had nothing to do with you being dismissed from Ayursan.

3. You mention that you invite past patients to complete follow-up questionnaires. That is a good idea, however IHRT has been informed that you do not send these questionnaires to the patients who have told you they had bad results.
Thus, not a valid research tool!

4. Today you blame IHRT as the reason you left Emma Klinik in Selengenstadt.
Have you forgotten that you put in writing on your own message board that you left Emma because you found a place with better standards of care?
Have you forgotten that you stated on your own message board that you can go back to Emma any time you want?

5. And the question that has never been answered......why did you need to have American patients coming to you?
If you are so famous and so brilliant, and so talented, why were there not plenty of European patients with ARD coming to you?

If you are continuing to do surgery in other locations, good luck to your patients, they will need it!

6. And a note to those patients who had good results. Are you aware that numerous pts. who did not get good results , and communcated that to Dr. K or to other people, were sent demeaning and/or threatening e-mails by some of Kru's loyal followers?

IHRT is watching for this upcoming meeting where we see Kruschinski scheduled to present on, of all things "Gasless Laporoscopy!"
(These following schedules of Kruschinski's lectures are so ridiculous that IHRT can hardly believe their eyes when they read these things! Either someone is really off base here and lives with their head in the clouds, or they are oblivious to the current "Kru" status within the medical community, such as that he is no longer practicing medicine!

Maybe the organizers of these meetings are just severely behind the times of how much progress is being made for persons afflicted with "Adhesion Related Disorder" but the good news is that WE know the areas in which that is happening and do not have to depend on Doctors for that!


IHRT will help educate them to the "Kru" facts.....

There IS no such procedure as "GasLess" laporoscopy in Kruschinski's current or future practice, as he has no practice, no research, no statistics, no office, no patients, no abdolift, no nothing! "Kru" is a now a nothing, a non-entity, to those who are wise enough to have figured him out!
Maybe one of these organizers should ask Kru where he intends to secure an "abdominal wall lifting system" and how he got his "statistics" for his "gasless research presentations,"
such as experimenting on unsuspecting patients to Endogyn from 2003 - 2006!

"Gasless" laporoscopy is a NON issue, defunct, gone, poof, scrapped & abolished for use in adhesiolysis procedures in progressive countries!
(Unless you are looking to secure this procedure in a country that has no other means to perform a surgery because Co2 is not available!)

So, what is the interest in this subject now? There is no reason at all for this subject to be presented let alone discussed! If this is how these Doctors fill their time at these meetings, it is pretty desperate and they need to turn to real issues with real means of producing on them..unlike anything "Kru" can offer!

"Kru" flew to China after he was "fired" from Rotthalmünster-AyurSan, leaving behind his belonging, (which are cluttering up a desk there.) Today"Kru" is in Belgium where he is back within range of the police in Germany, and of course, under the ever watchful "eyes" of the IHRT spys!

What IHRT knows to date is that "Kru" and Michi were living in an apartment above an insurance company in Passauer Straße 22, 94095 Rotthalmuenster, Telefonnummer 08533 91 86 57, but as of last week his cellphone was unavailable, (he was in China) however, today it is again in service, (as he is in Belgium.)

IHRT's take on this is that "Kru" knows he is getting deeper in financial trouble not to mention medical trouble, ex-wife trouble, mistress trouble, business trouble, rental trouble, not to mention the Mercedes issue, and on and on, and he needed to "escape" in an attempt to get away from all his woes, a common criminal mindset! With cooperative efforts from his cohorts in crime, they planned his escape into China, having him hang around there for a few days then fly into Belgium, to the PAX meeting which starts tomorrow. "Kru" is in Belgium, and though he is on the docket as a speaker, IHRT highly doubts that the PAX will have Kru speak on an issue as antiquated as "Gasless" surgery, as what's the point of that, and we do see him spending lots of time on a computer today!

IHRT predicts that "Kru" plans to drive back into Germany, avoiding airports where his passport can easily be spotted as a criminal, and he intends to find another "hiding" place in Germany thinking he will be able to manipulate his future and not be brought to justice for his crime spree! Did he plan to use China & Belgium as part of his escape back into Germany and in hiding with Michi...IHRT will watch this as it develops!

IHRT's message for "Kru" is this.....you can run and you can hide, but you are not doing surgeries on unsuspecting victims anymore, and for this we have accomplished our task! However, if you think that you are not being watched, then you know little of what can be accomplished in Europe when you want information...Mata Hari may be long gone from this earth, but who is to say she didn't have a Granddaughter!

Will you really ever know when she might be around or in which form she will appear....perhaps working in a German Bakery or perhaps appearing as a friend to you, but not!

4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
 
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

Tale after tale retold by them of how everyone IS adhesion free at their second look surgery and extolling the evils of carbon dixoide as if they held a bio-engineering degree from MIT.
They would just parrot whatever Kru wished.

These Rouges were Kru's confidants and they knew the score long before IHRT existed.
The drinking, debauchery, psychosis, Kru's claims of suicidal tendencies. I could go on and on.
They let those things slide, and kept a sociopath and his scalpel together to experiment on the unsuspecting and innocent victims of ARD.

The truth from any of these players would have spared so many, but the chose to look the other way....towards the mirror and their own sick needs.

Their motivations for this behavior are unimaginable but if they led you to Germany you have every right to demand an answer from them!

As long as they got their Kru "fix".
As long as they were the big fish in a very small pond?

Perhaps they did not truly believe the miracles they purported to receive, as each of them silently slithered back to have subsequent surgeries with Dr.Kruschinski.

( Melissa Steward had the dreaded abdolift umbilical adhesion at her second look surgery during her initial trip to Germany and claims to have PCOS, ya, whatever Melissa um er Karen er Laynia and I can't even remember the names you used on the old ARDchat message board to argue about Dr. Alan Johns. Anyhow, I am unsure if she skulked back to him, maybe she did and maybe she did not. If she did, nobody is saying. )
This is the most egregious example, as a mother used her own child to get a Kru fix!

They wrote under their own names and then used pseudonyms to make it seem that there were absolute throngs of people getting well from surgeries at Endogyn, Emma Klinik with Dr. "Miracle Max" Kruschinski.

They infiltrated and harvested patients for Dr. Kru from all former safe havens on the internet for adhesion sufferers.
They left damage and destruction in their wake without a second thought of the repercussions of their actions.
As long as they were pleasing their MASTER.

Tactics included kindness or intimidation and even the use of the Lord God himself to suit THEIR own agenda... the continuation of Endogyn and Kru.

Each new patient would keep Endogyn alive a little longer as the desperate hopeful person wired their cash ( begged and borrowed) directly to his bank account. Like an pyramid of loosely placed bricks. It was bound to crumble.

Hundreds of patients and obscene amounts of cash. Sports cars, wining and dining, mistresses, frequent trips and vacations First Class All the Way, ect, ect.

Kru plowed thru the money like a hot knife thru butter yet was insatiable and demanded more lambs to the slaughter. They were delivered to him too.

Did Kruschinski ever report this money to the German Taxman? I'm thinking probably not.

The Rouge's Gallery personal agendas kept them harvesting innocent, desperate, suffering, hopeless people. Kept feeding Kru his cash and stroking his already enormous ego.

Where are they now?
They are constantly going thru the pages of our websites. Right here, right now as you read this yourself, know that Helen and Lisa and the gang are reading right along with you. Kru too and his son and half of Germany.

Yet the Rouges' Gallery and their family of websites are as I said, eerily silent.

Kru did RESEARCH on pts. without their permission

ATTN everyone who had laporoscopic adhesiolysis in Emma Klinic between 2002-2004 by Kru.

Did you know that 35 of you were RESEARCH subjects?

Did you sign permission to be in a RESEARCH STUDY?

How do you feel about the fact that you were NOT informed that Kru was EXPERIMENTING on you?

Because you were a "research subject", do you feel that perhaps Kru should have paid you, rather than you paying HIM?

Kru announced today 9/8/06, on Endogyn.de, that this latest article, authored by him and four others, has been published. Click on the link to UMP. There you will see the Abstract and the complete article.

1. In this article, Kru admits that he was doing RESEARCH. He uses the words "design", "study", "prospective analysis", "bias". Each of these words indicate that what Kru did was "RESEARCH".

The "design" of the "study" was to use abdolift, spray gel, and special surgical scissors to do adhesiolyis of abdominal adhesions, to do a second look after 7 days, and for some of the pts., a third look within the first six months.

The term "Prospective Analysis", if used correctly, would means that he predicted before doing the procedures what the results would be.

However, as the article is written, he actually did a "Retrospective Analysis", meaning that he did the surgeries, and then analyzed the results.

The article admits that there may have been operator "Bias" because there was only one person doing the surgeries, and only one person rating the adhesions using a rating chart that he states "we" developed, and only one person doing the second and third looks.

2. The article reports on the surgery of 35 pts. from USA, UK, and Germany, regarding their first and second look, and for five of those patients, their third look (which occurred within 6 months of their second look). He states that all 35 patients had adhesiolysis with spray gel, between 2002-2004.

The article does not state that they were the FIRST 35 patients, or which 35 patients. (In other places on his web site, he reports that he did adhesiolysis surgery with spray gel on many more than 35 pts. in that time frame). Also, Kru wrote on his message board a few months ago that the report would be on the FIRST 35 patients, but the report does not say that it was the first 35. It could be about any 35 of the patients who had surgery between 2002-2004.
The article states that there was one "operator" (surgeon), and one person who rated the adhesions, and one person who rated the results.

To those who were there, you know that Harry was NOT in the OR, that Homberg was NOT in the OR, and that NO "scientists" were in the OR.

It was only Kru. In the article, Kru says that "we" did this and that, but in reality, it was only him doing it all.
Kru doing the surgery. Kru rating the adhesions. Kru rating the results at 2nd and 3rd look.

Five authors are listed for this article.
It is possible that five people collaborated on writing this article, but all the data was collected by a sole person, Kru.

The article states that there was no control group, and that there could have been operator "bias", and that no long-term follow-up has been completed, but that it will be.

Even people who have not had the opportunity to take a college course in "Research" can determine that this article is reporting on "research" experiments.

Remember when Kru loudly and repeatedly proclaimed on his message board, "There was NO STUDY. It was NOT RESEARCH". That was in response to a person who was asking for data to back up his claims.

He removed all of that correspondance from his message boards, but IHRT has it all CACHED.

PS: Dear readers: Please notice on his ENGLISH Endogyn message board, Kru tells about new pts he is doing surgery on in Germany. However on his German Endogyn message board, he does NOT mention that he is doing surgery on pts. What could be the reason that the German readers are not being given this information? IHRT thinks it might be because it would be too easy for the German pts. to verify his claims of doing surgery. They could very easily call the hospital in Passau, or even go there and find out.

Kru is a liar, again!!

This recent post by "Kru" shows how "desperately needing" he is of attention, as he is NOT performing surgeries anywhere on anyone at anytime!

Note that "Kru" makes "claims" of having patients from other countries!IHRT asks him to answer these questions; Who is "WE?"
Patients are coming to, "who" for a surgery? Patients are going "where" for a surgery and most important, "why" would any patient come to Germany for a surgery! What does it offer anyone that differs from anywhere else? You perhaps "Kru?"

IHRT encourages anyone who questions our claims that Kruschinski is lieing in this post, to contact Rothmunster, and ask if you can schedule a surgery with Kru, call Mrs. lotz and ask that same question!

The REAL fact of the matter is that Kruschinski can't perform surgery at in the UK, Schärding-Austria, Offenbach, Rotthalmünster, Eilenriedeklinik Hannover, Klinik am Zuckerberg Braunschweigm, Mallorca / Spain, Emma Klinik, at any time!

"Kru" hasn't done ANY surgeries this week at all, anywhere, he is a liar!
"Kru" will NOT be offering surgery in Spain in October 2006, liar!
"Kru" does not perform surgery in Hanover or Braunschweig, liar!
"Kru" has threatened to commit suicide more then once, but he hasn't, liar!

the last few weeks there were some more adhesion cases; just last week we had a very severe adhesiolysis in a male Patient from Vienna, he will have his seocnd look tomorrow. Also a german lady, who has got a big laparotomy for endometriosis and developed extreme adhesions, has her 2nd look laparoscopy tomorrow. A lady from US has her first surgery on Tuesday. Another german lady has a hysterectomyx tomorrow. Two 3rd looks are additionally on Tuesday. A busy week...
