No matter how much you may wish to have people believe that you are an innocent victim of IHRT, the facts speak the truth.
Let's look at your behavior and see who was the perpetrator of it, you or IHRT?:
1. THE most egregious and criminal behavior is that you did experimental RESEACH SURGERY on patients without telling them they were in a research study. Then you published the RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH, AND CLEARLY STATED IN THE ARTICLE THAT IT WAS A RESEARCH STUDY.
2. YOU made the claim that EVERY pt. on whom you did an adhesiolysis was adhesion- free after the end of their second look.
3. YOU allowed your patients to post on your web site that they had a"miracle" cure from a surgery with you, when you yourself know that the nature of adhesions is that a pt. can feel better for several months or even six months to a year, only to have adhesion pain return, as was the case with many or MOST of your patients.
4. YOU did not list how many times patients on your "Pt. Contact List" returned for multiple surgeries, thus leading prospective new patients to think that everyone went only one time to you for the magic cure.
5. You removed the contact information from your Pt. Contact List, of patients who had bad results.
6. You breached pt. confidentiality so many times on your web site.
7. YOU exploited vulnerable patients for advertising by putting pictures of their surgeries in your web site, without their permission.
8. You breached Pt./Dr. boundaries by taking pts. out wining and dining.
9. YOU breached Pt./Dr. boundaries by taking pts. shopping and touring.
10. You called your patients names and exposed their personal medical information on your web site.
11. You shared your serious personal problems with patients, in an attempt to get them to be your "friends".
12. YOU claimed on your web site that IHRT would be sued and shut down after you elicited patients and Doctors to listen to you. But it never happened.
13 YOU stated on your web site that you were opening sites for surgeries in Spain, in the Caymans, and in England, but then you did not do it.
14. You demanded "cash only" payments from patients, from the very beginning!
15. You mis-used the abodolift , you used it in ways not recommended by the manufacturer.
16. You made false claims that you OWNED the Rondell office building and apartments.
17. You published a photo of youself sitting on a boat saying "Do I look like a person who is bankrupt and wants to die"? (yet now you state that you were bankrupt at that time and still are).
18. You told the world that you INVENTED the abdlolift, which you did not.
You did all these things Kru, not IHRT.
IHRT had nothing to do with your activites that led to your fall from grace.
Just look in the mirror to see who is your own worst enemy.

Reasons already used for Endogyn "closing one place, opening in another":
1. Nurses gave post-op patients the wrong kind of water to drink.
Can you imagine how angry that made him?
2. A big argument about money.
Even though it was "resolved", he has not gone back there.
3. The place was dirty... there was blood on the floor in the OR.
So, he found a place with better housekeeping standards.
4. Director did not like Kru.
5. Unresolvable reimbursement issues because the pt. was in the hospital 14 days, had lots of antibiotics, had two surgeries.
6. Cayman location idea found to be "Pie in the Sky", even though Kru announced the location himself.
7. No reason given for not opening in Mallorca.
8. No reason given for not opening in England.
Novel ideas still available for if/when he gets booted from Brown Sugar Mountain:
a) Dining Room Chandelier was not properly dusted daily because the ladder was broken.
b)High quality food was not readily available for "Dining by Daniel."
c)Pt. fell while doing the "Samba with her Surgeon" in the ballroom, causing adhesions to re-grow.
d) Bicycles lent to patients were found to be in poor repair, causing a bicycle collision while patients were touring the area between their first and second looks.
e) Tour guide forgot to show up and busineess slacked off.
f) Three female patients got into a howling, scratching catfight because they all wanted to sit next to "their" surgeon at the "Captains Table".
You know what's really interesting about all your stupid comments from the past months:

Well, you do have a point about Kru showing up in China and also in Belgium.
He did pull a fast one on IHRT!
Curiously, how can a person who has declared bankruptcy pay for a flight to China, hotel, the conference fee, and meals?
Speakers do not get paid to present their papers at conferences. They have to pay the conference attendance fee, just like all the other attendees.
Maybe he had some cash hidden in an off-shore account, or under his mattress, or maybe he got a new credit card, or maybe somebody else paid for the trip.
To be bankrupt in Germany does not mean, that you can not continue working!

IHRT takes all the "credit" for Kru going to China AND Belgium, and that is because WE put the pressure for him to show up at these places by insisting he would not go! By going, Kru placed himself in the kdst of his fellow surgeons, who probablky looked at him in disgust! IHRT knows that those ussuals in the "circle" of Ob/gyns that band together (not doing much as far as ARD is concerned, but a reason to party and travel for the "cause" of patients no less)know that Kru is a "freak" and do not favor him being around them!
IHRT thought they ALL deserve to be together, so we put it on Krus head to produce or prove us wrong, which he can seldom do!
Perhaps Kru's close coddler Koh paid his way to the Pax as they are both members in that one! and they DO like to be together

If you IHRT idiots think you can steer Kru to react in a certain way, such as to travel to another country for a doctors conference, you are only showing yourselves to be as arrogant as he is.
What did your spies say about whether or not he gave his presentation in China or Belgium? Did he? How many people came to his presentation? did he fly first class? What airline? How many drinks did he have on the plane, and how many each day at the conference?
What, your spies did not find that out?

Kru did NOT give his "presentation" at either congress, it would be fruitless as any information he might present to anyone, anywhere is obsolete, as is the Abdolift and "Kru" himself!

We are amused by him, but anyone can see there is nothing "made up" about his activities, just made humourous to amuse us., however his activities are a bit unbeleivable at times, true, but way out there!

Yeah, IHRT heard that from "Kru" too, and more then once. We are still waiting, want to wait with us? How about holding your breath until we are "tried, convicted and placed in a maximum security prison?"
All I can say is that if this is the best energy you can come up with in your defense of "Kru," you need a pill or something as you appear to have no strength to take your next breath, your boring!
Put a little effort and tell us something we do not already know, as I am certain IHRT is telling you much you do not know....and as for "Kru" defense, take a look at his most recent member in Endogyn, a low class hood who is offering loans with the interest being your hand or eye! (Probably the same ones who beat "Kru" up April 2005!)
