Interesting article published!
In an article titled "Lift-Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy as a Routine Procedure", it is reported that one surgeon (the name of the surgeon is not mentioned) did 403 gasless hysterectomies between 1998 and 2004, using the abdolift. Spraygel is not mentioned. The article states that these patients were in a "study group", but does not mention if they gave informed consent to be in a "study".
The aim of the study was "the evaluation of gasless-laporoscopic total hysterectomy with a bipolar diathermy-scissors, designed originally for conventional open surgery, with regard to operation safety, operation time, costs, hemostatis, intra and postoperative complications, and convalescence time." This article does not mention the word adhesions.
The article has five author names listed in this order: Kruschinski, Homburg, Wockel, Kapur, Reich. The words Institute of Endoscopic Gynecology, Endogyn, Seliegenstadt, Germany appear under the authors' names.
This article was published in a journal called Surgical Technologies, 2005 edition.
What is most interesting, is that Spraygel was not used or even mentioned. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Why not?
If surgeries without an adhesion barrier can lead to adhesion formation, why would Kruschinski do surgeries without Spray Gel?
When was Spray Gel approved for use in Germany? At least by Fall 2002, perhaps before?
Want to read this article??
Go to Endogyn.de Home Page. Click on UMP. (on the left side of the page).
The five author names are interesting. First there is Kruschinski... it can be assumed that he was the surgeon for these 403 surgeries. Next is Homburg, Kru's wife at the time. Homburg is listed as a biologist, although the article does not mention any biological or histological data. It may be that Homburg wrote or edited the article? Next are Wokel and Kapur, listed as Assitant surgeons. Last is Reich, listed as Director of Endogyn. It is not stated what role any of these five people had in this study.
Kruschinski had access to Spray Gel , but he did not offer it or use it. Why?

What Kru says about the abdolift you might want to know.......
Disadvantages of gasless laparoscopy using AbdoLift
In case of expanded adhesions, the insertion of retractors is more difficult. If the upper
abdomen does not contain any adhesions, the retractors can, initially, be inserted into the
upper abdomen to carry out the adhesiolysis in the midabdominal region and partially in the
lower abdomen. In some cases, adhesions in the midabdominal region and lower abdomen
can also be removed using an initial low-pressure pneumoperitoneum, after which gasless
laparoscopy can be used. Patients with a combination of being overweight (over 95 kg) and
having a height of less than 155 cm cannot be operated on with the current models as the
abdomen can hardly be reached and the intra-abdominal room does not adequately unfold
due to the weight of the abdominal wall.

Why?
To have surgery with Dr Kronpass?
Kru never asked me about my height or weight before I agareed to go there, oh no.
Maybe that is why my lower abdomen still is in severe pain. Do I weigh too much or am I too short?
How tall is 155 cm.?
He just told me that he took away ALL adhesions, and then when I had to go back, he said that he had left so that were down low, because they were too hard to get to.
Why did he tell me one thing at the time of my second look, and another thing on my third look?
What happened to Pekie? She seems to be in bad shape?
Dr. Kruschinski's latest endogyn message contains several horrible-looking photos of surgically- removed diseased body parts. These photos are shocking and disgusting, in my opinion. They gave me nightmares.
I wonder if the pt. gave permission for her photos to be put up on the message board for the entire world to see?
How will she or her family feel when they see these photos?
What was the reason he published these photos?
Shock value?
Even though her name is not listed, her age and the date of her surgery is, and she and her family no doubt knows these photos are of her.
So if these photos were actually taken last Wednesday, now the ENTIRE WORLD has the opportunity to view them.
Dr. Kruschinski used very POOR JUFGEMENT in publically displaying these photos on endogyn, in my opinion.
What next, photos of an autopsy?
Well, a quick look at endogyn reveals "what next". A lady whose colon was accidentally sewn to the abdominal wall. Kru fixed her right up, applied spray gel, and now she is eating a huge chicken, pototo and vegetable dinner, with a large ice cream sundae for dessert.
But she is not smiling.
Did this lady give her informed consent to have photos of her insides on internet display? Did she give premission to have her photo taken of her holding a fork and knife in front of a food-laden dinner plate?

The surgery procedure my wife needs cost $11,634.00, the Spraygel adhesion barrier could cost up to $2000.00 depending on how many kits are required, Round trip tickets to Germany to have the surgery done right, $780.00 thanks to the help of KX Old but smooth, any extra days needed in the hospital 680.00 euro per day($881.14 U.S), any procedures that may need to be done while my wife is having the adhesions removed will be extra at who knows how much but Dr. Kruschinski of the Endogyn clinic in Frankfurt Germany said we should have at least 2 to 3 thousand Euro extra when we are there. Thats $2500 to $3800 US. If you have any questions regarding the fundraiser I'm doing so my wife can live a pain free life and my kids can play with their mother again, I'll once again leave my number

What happened to Joe Purcell's wife?
Did she make it to Germany? Was she one of the lucky few, or one of the unlucky many?
