New Questions for Dr. Kruschinski

To Dr. Kru and all Patients of his:

Dr. Kruschshinski has made some efforts to answer IHRT's questions to begin clearing his name. We thank him for responding.
Now there are a few more things to clear up.

Dr. Kruschinski has announced that he will SOON be announcing the publication of his journal article about the results of his first 35 gasless laporoscopy patients with a 5-year followup.
We have all been looking forward to reading this article. He states that it will be published in the journal called "Surgical Technologies".

However, some issues have been brought to our attention. Thank you to all of you who contacted us with your concerns.

The current year is 2006. Thus the only patients that meet the criteria for a five- year followup are those who had their procedures from him during or before 2001. (Providing information about how they are doing 5 years or more after their surgery).

Dr. K. states in one of his many posts that the first American pt. for gasless adhesiolysis was in 2002, a pt. named L.G.

Questions for Dr. Kru:

1. Who are these 35 patients that your article will report on? They cannot be the American patients, because it has not yet been five years since any of those people had their first and second look. For example, L.G. was your first American patient, and she went to you in Fall of 2002. Thus you cannot report on L.G. until 2007, five years after her surgery.
Likewise, D. R., C.M, T. F. and many others had their surgery from you in 2003, thus you cannot report on them until 2008 (providing a 5 year followup).

2. Did you use the gasless laporoscopy adhesiolysis method on European pts. before you used it on American patients? Was the time frame when you operated on them before 2001?

3. If so, have have you published a report or article about the long-term followup of those European patients? If so, where is it published?

3. Are you planning to update the Pt. Contact List to include the number of times pts. went to you for surgery and the reason, such as umbilical hernia repair, ovarian cyst removal, adhesiolysis of adhesions that could not be removed at first or second look?

4. This question is about the PT.STORIES/TESTIMONIALS on your web site.
Are you willing to contact these patients and ask them to update their STORIES, to reflect what has been their progress since they first wrote their stories?
It seems reasonable to us that these stories be updated, so that they give any visitors to your site the complete information that repeat surgeries may be necessary, and that even with repeat surgeries, some cases are so complex that repeat surgeries can be of no lasting help.

Thank you very much. We look forward to your responses.

IHRT

Are you going to demand updates on ALL websites? Seems only fair...
I guess you'll be contacting Dr. Wiseman to demand he contact all the patients on the IAS quilt to update those stories! Bombo Beach too? Let's see what others need updates...
Your 'demands' are ridiculous...Who elected you Judge, Jury and Executer?

Dr. Kru,

You either want to dig yourself out of the hole you are in and start anew, or you don't.

It seems that at this point you don't.

IHRT did not demand anything. We requested.
And you denied that request, that is your choice.

Your journal article will be very interesting reading, but will anyone ever be able to find it?

To our first questions about your article, you said that it would be published in "Surgical Technologies". A search of Google, Medline, and several other search engines did not locate this journal. Maybe you gave the wrong name by accident?

Just like Miche gave you the wrong dates of her nursing training.

You have an excuse for everything.

You were the first one to announce that you and two other doctors were going to be operating in the Caymans, with Harry, Mario and you as the surgeons, then later you publish statements by Harry that the Cayman location is "pie in the sky".

One would think that by now you would have learned that your actions make you look like a fool and a criminal.

Dear Dr. Kru and Anyone Who Is Interested:

There is a HUGE difference between you web site ENDOGYN.de and the web sites of IAS and BomboBeach.

Your Web Site and all in in it, including the Pt. Stories, and list of surgeries of "Pt.Contacts" was used by you as ADVERTISING to attract patients to have surgery by you.

The information about the type of surgery, and the dates of surgery (such as adhesiolysis 2-9-03) makes it look like everyone only went to you once.

Thus this information is incomplete and misleading. Look at the list of Pt. Contacts. It is common knowledge for those who have followed this from the beginning, that some of these people went to you two times, three times, or even four times.
But the info on "Pt. Contacts" mentions only their first procedure.

The websites of BomboBeach and IAS were not ADVERTISING by a DR. or for a doctor. Big Difference!

Dear IHRT,
You seem to have forgotten that Kru said a long time ago that this soon-to-published report is a long-term followup of pts. FIVE YEARS after their surgeries.

So obviously, it is NOT about his American pts., but about pts. he did gasless adhesioloysis surgery on BEFORE he started doing it on American pts.

Oh wait a minute, maybe he said that it was on the first thirty-five pts. Anerican patients at their "second look". If so, the report will say that 90 percent of them were adhesion-free on the second look (one week after the first look), or maybe it was 95% of them, or maybe it was 99% that were adhesion-free at the second look.

How did you get so mixed up? How did I get so mixed up? How did HE get so mixed up to be telling so many different things about his "results" to different people.

Oh heck, I guess we will all just have to wait and see what the report says. He is not going to tell us now, because it is "top secret", copyright law.

Anyway, he did 3000 or 4000 gasless hysterectomies sometime, maybe that is what the report is about, but wait that can't be right, because those pts. did not get spraygel.

Somebody, please clue me in.

Because of the world events of Thursday, no liquids may be brought on board aircraft, including hair gel and spray gel.

Thank you for the above information. We shall pack all our hair spray, hair gel, and spray gel in our "checked" luggage for our upcoming trip to the next PAX conference. These products are absolutely necessary to maintain out latest hairstyles, and also of course for the live surgery demonstration of our gasless and waxless methods.
Kru and Tyfune,
(Buddies for life).

Dear Ranae,
Sorry we cannot answer your questions, we don;t know either.

One other thing that nobody has ever been able to answer is why Dr. Kru sought out American women to do adhesioloysis.
There must be thousands of women in Europe who have adhesions and the financial means to pay out of pocket.

If anyone has an answer to that, please reply.
Thanks
