your brain seems to be damaged as you have nothing else to do than destroying a man's life. I'm not sure who is right and I am somehow not really interessted in this, but I have to trust the Dr. because I don't think, that he would be able to operate anymore in Germany if your point of view is right. It is very hard to start surgery in Germany, as there are a lot of tests and years at a university to deal with. On the other hand, I don't even know who you are. The witch??

Trust IS the issue. People went there for surgery from him because they TRUSTED him, and they TRUSTED the words and encouragement of others who had been there.
The issues are very complex.
many lies have been uncovered. Lies spoken or written by the Dr., as well as lies spoken or written by people who had surgery by him and did not divulge that they had to go back numerous times, or that they still had pain.
This Dr. says he is operating in Germany now, but nobody knows for sure if that is true, except if they themselves were the pts.
This entire thing is beyond comprehension.
If he is the one wronged, why does he refuse to state where his research is to be published, why did he change the dates on his nurse's nursing certificate?, These two things alone indicate that he is not truthful and forthcoming.
Drs. who have articles accepted for publication are proud of that. They do not say, "I am NOT going to tell you where my article will be published or is already published. Find the article yourself when it comes out on the internet."
By his many unprofessional actions, he created the lack of trust in many of his former patients.
There is one person who says she had surgery just recently. And that the Dr. told her that if she had to come back for a third look , he would waive his surgical fee AND ALSO he would waive the fee of the hospital, and the anesthesia, and for the OR.
Everyone else who went back had to pay for the hospital stay, and for the anesthesia, and for the OR, etc.
