That Storz at your "request" deosn't produce Abdo-Lift means not that it is not produced.
EndoSurgery Ltd. is the new manufacturer for the Abdo-Lift and they give you time for one week from now on, to delete all the postings where the name "Abdo-Lift" appears.
In the same time, you can delete all postings where my name, the word EndoGyn or pictures from me, my sons or my family appear or any picture that was taken from the sites of EndoGyn, as they are property of EndoGyn Ltd. and thus copyrighted.

It has been determined that Dr. Daniel Kruschinski has no authority to make a complaint on behalf of the following web site or alleged business affiliations. Dr. Daniel Kruschinski is not the domain owner for www. Endogyn.de, nor is there any registration in Germany for a company called, "Endoscopic Gynecology, " or "Endogyn Ltd.

We do not find anything that falls within defamation of character, and/or goes against Google terms of service. It is not necessary to remove these very important blogs as outlined in the attached letter by Endogyn Ltd. We really do not see any of these blogs being outside of the Google Blogging terms. The following has been found to be true:
The contact information on the Endogyn letter is not a valid contact nor is this person the "Medical Director" of the facility listed.
Endogyn Ltd, nor Endoscopic Gynocology cannot be found in the Zuckerberg web site as claimed. The email provided by Endogyn returns an automatic response in which there is no follow-up communication.
The "Abdolift" is no longer in production and the complainant does not own any copyright to it to bring case against IHRT for mentioning it in the blog. It is also deemed appropriate to use the name of the "Abdolift" in IHRT as the patients had this used in thier surgery.
Photos or operative materials found in IHRT appear to belong to a patient though they still have a "Logo" for Endogyn attached to them, however, it is thier property and was given to her by the surgeon who performed her surgery at Endogyn, again, the material, pictures are thier property and can be used by her in IHRT.
