Karen Steward's Book! What a pack of crap!
Some questions for Karen:

How, for what, where is the account?
Karen, you have to disclose those things if your using this as a selling ploy!
Are you paying taxes on the proceeds of your book?
You don't need to deal with these things, IHRT is all over it with the proper authorities in Texas!

As usual, Karen shoots from the hip in everything she does or says!
The writing style of this book is immature, ill written & at times uses vulgar language. Karen is angry at everyone, the world in fact, she is all over the place no consistent direction, no information that would help anyone let alone someone afflicted with ARD! This book is filled with so much bogus information that the name should simply be, " K. Stewards Bogus Information on ARD!"
Oh, that's right, Karen cannot make any changes to the book, she gave all the rights to the "E.L.M. Publishing Inc."
Oh, Karen IS the publishing Co owner, that's right, so she can make changes, that's good, as there will be a lot to reconsider about what is in that book once IHRT starts to point things out!
( Kruschinski does all this fraud stuff in Endogyn, so now Karen is doing it, and lying to people on the Endogyn board no less, so much for "friends" trusting her!)
The "book....."
From the "disclaimer," which does not reflect the truth of the "author or publisher" to the end pages of the book, it only serves to steer the most desperate and vulnerable of sick people to a surgery that is no longer available, by a piece of equipment that is obsolete, and a surgeon who doesn't have a license to operate on people!
It is also telling these same people that they need to stay away from ANY surgical intervention for ARD here in the USA or they will develop adhesions...and she goes into a rant about CO2 causing adhesions, which of course is false and yes, this is giving medical advice that could very well hinder patients from securing improvements for ARD symptoms by reaching out to the medical community in the USA.! A very irresponsible and dangerous thing to do, and unfair to all who suffer ARD.
This book reflects someone who is very into themselves, is not some who suffers the reality of ARD, and when all is said and done, this book reveals how Karen Steward lied to everyone in her promotions and harvesting of patients to Kruschinski by sharing over and over again that her daughter was "cured" by Kru...her daughter is not well, never was!
IHRT WILL review each page of this book, thus allowing you to not only read it here, but have IHRT pointing out the false information and providing the facts of the issues we challenge.
You do not have to purchase this book to read it, as each page will be available here in IHRT, and with the truth!
