Surgery in the Grand Caymans with Dr. Reich is with carbon dioxide, not the abdolift, is that correct?

I have done some international checking and found out that only Dr. Kruschinski uses the abdolift.
He seems to really believe in the benefit of the abdolift but no other doctors seem to agree with him. Interesting.

I also communicated with an international discussion group of nurses and learned that "Universal Percautions" of the necessity of wearing gloves whenever there is a possibility of coming into contact with pt's bodily fluids (injection-giving, drawing blood, changing incisions, removing surgical drains) is the requirement in Europe and the U.K. and Australia.

Dear Mildred,

Dr. Reich does not use the abdolift. He uses carbon dioxide.
Yes, to our knowledge, the abdolift is only used by Endogyn's Dr. Kru.
Different doctors, different preferences.

As for Universal Percautions, yes you are correct.

Dear Mildred,
Will Dr. Kruschinski be using the Abdolift in the Grand Caymans when he does surgery there?
He said that the Grand Cayman is going to use the Endogyn infrastructure, why is this? Does anyone know? Does it mean ALL gassless surgery there? When is he going there? I have been watching his posts and have not seen aything, but I am afraid to ask any questions as so many who post there are anxious and for some reason, answer all his questions for him.

Thank-you
Kay
