Karen Steward's attempt to shut down ARD web sites FAILS again!

Year after year Karen Steward "stews" and "obsesses" over ARD web sites that provide beneficial information to persons afflicted with Adhesion Related Disorder.

Her problem? These web sites make it hard for Karen and her cohort, Con Doc. Daniel Kruschinski to profit on the pain of those who are afflicted with ARD!

No ifs, ands or buts about it, in our opinion and experience, this is the reason behind her "attacks"on ARD web sites!

For years Karen has attempted to capitalize on ARD victims with items for sale, and soliciting the sale of a book she wrote about Con Doc Kruschinski, of Germany! Karen paid to have this book published, and it bombed right off the press losing her money spent on it!

Since then Karen seeks any means necessary to recoup her losses, and YES, she will take advantage of vulnerable victims of ARD and have no problem making them victims of her greed as well!

The reasons they have always bombed was that the alleged complaints by them were always found to be invalid!  For the past 10 years Karen and Kru have banded together in their attempts to corner the market on ARD, be it ARD web sites or those afflicted with ARD, in their attempts to cash in on  ARD!

You will see here in this post in an ARD web site that the web site one of Karen's "competition" is scratched out! Not to proffesional, but hey, neither is Karen or Kru in our opinion!

The good news in Karen Steward making all these petty contacts as seen below, is that every time she does something underhanded and immoral like this, in our opinion, she feeds IHRT enough material showing exactly what type of person SHE is!

Karen is trying to paint others in a bad light, and sell her ARD loot, but all she succeeds in accomplishing is to show what she is made of.

purpose of libeling numerous people across the world, myself

I do have a case file with the FTC, as the purpose of adhesionrelateddisorder

is to monopolize a market of medicine, specifically, adhesions.

The man safely hidden behind Beverly 's skirt, is David Wiseman of

Dallas , Texas . In the link below, you will see that Beverly is tied to

David Wiseman and is the puppet in his diabolical crime of libeling

many innocent people across the globe.

Material found in this web site absolutely exposes persons for criminal activity at national and International levels, however, all material within this web site is validated and true as stated. Prior to placing material on this public web site we involved an attorney to proof material that is controversial, none was shown to be of a nature that would, nor could, prove to be considered libel, slanderous or defaming in nature.

The reason Mrs. Steward has been unsuccessful in having this web site removed after she had it investigated by all those she listed as contacting, is because there is nothing in it that constitutes breaking a law of any sort.

Though you state that you were "made aware of a defamation of character" located in this web site, you do not show where this defamation occurs within the site, nor do I know of any such defamation. If there is a specific portion within this web site that this woman deems is defaming, it would be more advantageous to direct your attention(and mine)to that particular material and location of it in the web site, which if proven to be of an illegal nature, will then be removed by me immediately. If you deem the web site to be improper, contact me with specific reasons for the action, and to give me the chance to rectify any errors. Another interesting caveat here is that Mrs. Steward seems to be confused as to whom she is accusing of the defamation complaint. Audience: Surgeons, Operating Room Nurses, and other support personnel in the Operating Room


Products:
Air- or gas-pressurized sprayers are dual syringe products that simultaneously mix and apply two non-homogeneous liquids within a single spray head that is connected to a pressure regulator and a source of compressed air or gas. Air- or gas-pressurized sprayers can be used to mix and apply hemostatic drug or biological products (products that help control bleeding from blood vessels during surgery) including fibrin and non-fibrin sealants.


They include devices such as:


EasySpray and spray set used with Duploject system(Baxter Healthcare Corporation)
Tissomat and spray set used with Duploject system (Baxter Healthcare Corporation)
Evicel application device (Omrix Medical)
FibriJet Aerosol Applicator (MicroMedics)

Summary of Problem and Scope:
FDA has received reports of air or gas embolisms occurring during or immediately after application of hemostatic drug or biological products using air- or gas- pressurized sprayers. Although rare, the reports describe air embolisms that are life threatening and include one fatality.


These adverse events appear to be related to use of spray devices inconsistent with the approved product labeling and instructions for use. In some reports the device was used at higher than recommended pressure or at a distance too close to the surface of the bleeding site.


Recommendations/Actions:
Given the life-threatening consequences of an air or gas embolism, FDA is recommending that clinicians using air- or gas- pressurized spray devices for application of hemostatic drug or biological products:


Use the applicator, spray set, and pressure control device or regulator as recommended in the labeling or Information For Use (IFU) of the hemostatic agent.
Use an air or gas pressure setting within the range recommended by the manufacturer of the sprayer.
Ensure that distance between the spray head and the tissue surface is not less than the minimum recommended by the manufacturer of the sprayer.
Monitor blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation and end tidal CO 2 for signs of an air or gas embolism.
Make sure the regulators are maintained properly and checked for safe performance regularly.
FDA Activities:
In cooperation with the FDA, Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Omrix Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturers of all fibrin sealants licensed in the U.S., have updated the Warning and Precautions sections of the labels of EVICEL, T isseel and ARTISS to emphasize the risk of air embolism and the need to use the recommended ranges of pressure and distance.


The labeling of the spray devices and non-fibrin hemostatic drug or biological products also includes information on recommended pressures and distances.


Report Problems to FDA:
Prompt reporting of adverse events can help FDA identify and better understand the risks associated with medical products. If you suspect problems with the use of fibrin sealants and/or air or gas pressurized fibrin sprayers, we encourage you to file a voluntary report through MedWatch, the FDA Safety Information and Adverse Event Reporting program1. Healthcare personnel employed by facilities that are subject to FDA's device user facility reporting requirements2 should follow the reporting procedures established by their facilities.

Surgical treatment hurts women but is allowed to continue

ANDREW GORRIE/ Dominion Post ANGRY AND AMAZED: Hanifa Koya has stopped using SprayGel after her patients required further surgery to remove scars. She says the product should be put on hold till surgeons and patients can be assured of its safety.
A surgical gel - containing a drug untested on humans - has caused excruciating internal scarring in dozens of women that could lead to infertility, claims a leading gynaecologist.
Many of the endometriosis patients have already forked out thousands of dollars for repeat surgery. Some are now pursuing compensation from ACC.

Endometriosis is a condition where abnormal growths develop in pelvic organs, causing inflammatory reactions leading to scarring and pain. It affects millions of women worldwide.
Though some gynaecologists have stopped using the anti-scarring gel because of concerns about its safety and effectiveness, others still use the treatment, Wellington specialist Hanifa Koya said.
Medsafe, the Government agency that approves medicines, has told the American manufacturer to add additional precautions to the instruction pamphlet.
But it maintains the product is safe, and refuses to ban its sale without conclusive evidence of harm - even though the gel is considered high risk under proposed legislation.
Dr Koya - who first raised concerns in December 2005 - was disillusioned at the response of health agencies, which she claimed had let Confluent SprayGel be used internally on thousands of Kiwi women since about 2002 without adequate clinical testing or ongoing monitoring of its effects.
She had spoken out because of concern for her patients and to highlight the need for immediate law changes to protect people.
"Confluent SprayGel is a product sprayed inside human beings and contains a section 29 drug (methylene blue) which has not been tested on human beings, and this product was allowed to be used ... [with] no quality assurance in terms of monitoring," she wrote to Medsafe in December.
"It's quite amazing - we're using it inside human beings," she told The Dominion Post. "I would have expected ... that they would have said, `Let's put this product on hold or start asking some questions', but that didn't happen."
Dr Koya began using the gel in October 2002, but stopped in April 2006 after her rate of repeat laparoscopies - keyhole operations - jumped from less than 2 per cent to around 10 per cent.
Women who would usually have made swift recoveries developed severe pain or discomfort after their initial operations.
Dozens of the many hundred women she treated with the gel needed repeat surgery to remove scarring - which could cause infertility - even though their endometriosis had not returned. "It's only where I've sprayed the SprayGel. It's like sheets of scarring which I've never seen in my practice."
Dr Koya said she had not repeated any laparoscopies since using an alternative product.
She complained to American manufacturer Confluent Surgical and has written repeatedly to MedSafe and the Health Ministry asking them to investigate, but felt her concerns had been ignored.
New Zealand distributor Covidien Tyco did not return calls.
Medsafe interim manager Stewart Jessamine said SprayGel was classed as a device under the Medicines Act, not a medicine.
No clinical assessment was required before its sale, though manufacturers had to ensure the device was safe. Medical practitioners had the ultimate responsibility for its use on patients.
After a review, it it concluded the gel was safe "when used as intended".
There had been no other complaints and there were no plans to restrict its supply, it said.

Too al vitim of Dr. Daniel Kruschinski! An alle Opfer von Dr. Daniel Kruschinski!Ich habe mir lange überlegt diesen Schritt in die Öffentlichkeit zu tun, aber ichsehe keine andere Möglichkeit. Dr. Kruschinski hat meinen Mann um seineTätigkeit im Krankenhaus in Rottal-Münster gebracht, und meine Gesundheitgeschadet. Die Klinik hat Dr. Kruschinski rausgeworfen, weil er schlimme Dinge gemachthat. Die Gründe die er auf seinem Messageboard angegeben hat sind unwahr. WennSie mehr erfahren wollen, rate ich Ihnen die Klinik anzurufen. Das schlimmeist, dass mein Mann diesen schlechten Menschen auch noch empfohlen hat.Kruschinski behauptet immer dass er allen nur helfen will, dabei sind das nurTricks um das Vertrauen zu erschleichen, und dann die Menschen auszubeuten. Erhat keine Skrupel, noch nicht einmalseiner eigenen Familie gegenüber, die er ausnützt.Ich wurde selbst von Ihm operiert, und werde das mein Lebenlang bereuen. Er redet immer von Studien, aber er hat überhaupt keine Beweisedass er Verwachsungen heilen kann. Und das Gel wirkt nicht. Ich habe auchseinen Versprechungen geglaubt jedoch wie so viele andere wurde ich auchenttäuscht, und es hat alles nur viel Geld gekostet. Er ist halt sehr geübt imAusnutzen von Menschen.Als er endlich meinem Mann das Honorar bezahlen sollte, ist er ekelhaft vulgär geworden.Ich habe noch nie solche schlimmen Sachen gehört. Er war vollkommen betrunkenund widerlich. Ich weiß dass Dr. Kruschinski mich jetzt als geisteskrank darstellt,wie er es mit vielen anderen Menschen auch schon getan hat, aber nachdem ich gelesenhabe, dass er jetzt sogar, Selbsthilfegruppen aufsucht um Patienten zubekommen, habe ich mich entschlossen mit meiner Geschichte an die Öffentlichkeitzu gehen.Ich kann nur jeden warnen Dr. Kruschinski zu vertrauen,und auch nicht auf Frau Miltenberger zu hören, die völlig besessen ist. Siemerkt selbst nicht wie sie ausgenutzt wird, lässt sich von Dr. Kruschinskilenken wie ich und mein sich früher auch einspannen ließen. Mein Mann hat über1 Jahr mit Dr. Kruschinski gearbeitet, nein für Ihn geschuftet, und als Danknichts bekommen. Endogyn ist eine einzige Lüge es ist nichts als ein Trick um chronischkranke Menschen um ihren letzten Groschen zu bringen. Um zu beweisen, dass ichnicht Lüge und auch keine Geisteskranke bin, habe ich hier das Dokument veröffentlicht.Ich kann nur jeden Menschen vor Dr. Kruschinski warnen. If this is supposed to be my right ovary that would be impossible as it was removed in 2001.
Possible reaction to spraygel? It is stated in my operative report along with the statement I had no active endometriosis. I was very told in front of my companion that I NEVER had endometriosis.
I never had a drain. I never had a drain introduced to my body and bear no scar from one anywhere. I have never had a post surgical drain in my life.

Surgery prior to going to Dr. Kruschinski





Here is the surgery I was lured and coerced into by using fraudulent information. Then I wired cash to an account provided by Dr. Kruschinski.
I was used as a surgical experiment similar to what Holocaust victims went through at the hands of Josef Mengele.
I was lift by my mid belly section by a corkscrew like hook and then had huge quantities of a foreign substance Spraygel instilled in my abdomen only to repeat it all in a week so he could see if idea worked on me.....it didn't. It caused blisters and raw, red inflammation where it was applied.
I was told by Dr. Kruschinski that I never had endometriosis (and I should sue the other 2 doctors who had diagnosed Endo both histologically and visually in surgery) and I was totally adhesion free.
I was cured!

A few short months after Dr Kruschinski's experimental surgery I was Angel Flighted to Pa. to have surgery performed by Dr. Harry Reich and Dr.Clark Gerhert.

I was going to die.

I believed that Dr. Harry Reich did this surgery gratis out of altruism but have since learned otherwise......I think the IRS should audit him as he took cash from Endogyn too.

With Dr. Mettler by their sides they had a great gig going.

So sorry to spoil the party.

Dr. Gerhart was honest and straight forward.

I will always be grateful to you sir. Dr. Gerhart accepted me as a medicaid patient.

How can this evidence be refuted?

How many Americans were harmed is unknown but extensive.

Sick, agonised and desperate American women were the specific targets of this all cash ponzi scheme and patients paid for known surgery and were experimented upon instead.

I know so many who were doing ok until Germany. Now they languish in even more agony than anyone could imagine. There are things worse than death they would tell you.

To the German Government, why are you pretending the Americans don't exist as you finally take Dr. Kruschinski to task?

Are you to leave those women like they are? Too bad for them that they happened to have this happen to them in Germany?

To not prosecute for the crimes against humanity to the women and even some men of The United States of America would be like the days of the SS and Nazis......getting away with murder.

In this day and age to not make amends to these victims would be unspeakably evil.

Teaching Lift-Laparoscopy to surgeons in Myanmar, (Burma)...

Many time my life is in danger here, but I must continue my clinical trialss for SprayShield™ by COVIDIEN and imperative for our future here.
