There is also a high probability that SprayGel was not used in their surgeries and it is important to know that when his symptoms and pain re-appear. They did not check with the klinik to see if in fact Spraygel was received there, they didn't have it.

Dr. Kruschinski stated that there were 2 other International patients at Zuckerburg at the time you where there 3 more coming in.
Dr. Kruschinski stated he did your surgery,
Dr. Kruschinski stated he used the "Abdolift" in your surgery, which has been discontinued due to injuring patients.
It is not against the law to accept cash payments for medical services rendered in Germany, however, it has become a common practice for Dr. Kruschinski to charge for services NOT rendered as in the use of Spraygel, not pay taxes on his cash payments, and there was no records of YOUR hospital stay being paid for by Kruschinski.
Dr. Kruschinski is currently limited from performing any surgical/medical intervention as his medical license to practice has been revoked since January 2007. The reason for the revocation, Frank, was due to Endogyn not being registered as a medical entity in Germany, not having any address or contact information other then via computer.
Dr. Kruschinski has past due charges against him from the Confluent representatives in Germany, and thus has not been able to secure Spraygel for the surgery's he claims he is performing.
Dr. Kruschinski can, if authorized by the facility, ONLY consult in operative procedures, not perform them.
Endogyn is not an Institute as claimed to be,
Endogyn is only a web site, now under investigation by the "Honor Code" that promotes honest medical web sites, etc..
Endogyn nor Kruschinski has any contact information other then cell phone and email which IS against the law in Germany....
The list of unethical and illegal behaviors of Kruschinski is a long list, and regardless of what you, or anyone else might think about IHRT, what we are stating is correct, and I am of the opinion that you did get some phone calls to your room asking you questions, be whether you knew who they were from or not, I don't know, but the authorities were there checking on your case while you were in Zuckerburg. What is most important is what you are NOT staying, like the others who went to Endogyn in 2007.

The information that Dr. Kruschinski put on the Endogyn web site regarding your surgical intervention is false as he stated it, if what your saying here is correct, and I am certain that it is. This is the reason we are asking for your assistance in this area, as Kruschinski is saying that you had a gas-less surgery with Spraygel performed by him, and, Frank, he is not licensed to be doing that. You were not aware of who did your surgery, or whether Spraygel was used or even if the procedure was gas-less, you have no more of a clue then we have about that, however, Kruschinski IS saying that about your case, and in that he is performing an illegal act.

Slander and libel can only be charged if the information being shared in a public manner is false and causes the person to lose income because of the slander. IHRT is not slandering you, Frank, your information and name is in the Internet, posted all over Endogyn and IHRT can, and will, use that information if it means to make the truth of events in Germany known. Kruschinski is less then credible in his posts, and even in your case, he grossly miss-represented the truth in his attempts to harvest patients to himself.

Your not saying that Kruschinski did your surgery nor that you had it gas-less... so IHRT will assume that you did not.
You can call us names, call us anything you wish, public or not, however, as long as your name is public record in Endogyn, everything associated with it there, can be used by IHRT, even portions of this email might used to show that even you had no clue what Kruschinski was stating about your surgery.

First read the diary of a party which actually intended to remain a small, cozy garden party. However, the morning after the night before revealed something else...

Arduously, the first sunbeams of the day cut their way through the glass roof of the winter garden. The daylight slowly discovers what the preceding night has blurred so far. A both sweetish, but also disgusting smell of beer and body fluids pervades the air. Beer on the walls, on the floor, on the ceiling; garbage and trash everywhere.
He attempts to dig his way through the chaos with awkward steps, passing by the drunk and sleeping guys vegetating on the floor. He got a f------ headache.

A moment ago, he looked at himself in the mirror. It took some minutes until his clotty eyes allowed him to watch his face (which is not a shining example of a naturally gorgeous visage anyway). This morning, however, you could even ask his favourite aunt; like everybody, she would also say: Dude, you look like f------ sh--, extremely f---- up.

Consequences of the last night of course. His headache gets even worse, when He realizes one of those free beer spongers lying there down on the floor. The closed hand of this professional player ravaged by the last night still clasps a white ball made of celluloid.
With a shake of the head He goes outside. Mischievously, the first singing birds chatter from the trees. As if they knew that He - as the host - would have to clean everything today. In the garden there is still the beer fighting arena, bravely and majestically. The sunlight discolours the ping-pong table into a bright Beck's-green. The flower bed next to it seems to be more colourful than usually, since it is now spiked with white and red plastic cups. Bilgy beer is still in a lot of them and reminds Him of the last night.
At the end, when everybody was fucking trashed and everybody was banging with everybody and the ping-pong balls didn't hit their target anymore, it was really the best party ever.

It was awesome. Only He, who now recognizes the dark side of the nightly goings, contemplates for a second. Was it really worth it? Again he looks at the ground. There is still a full open bottle of Beck's. Seductive, very seductive. This is a counter-beer, I'd like to take it right here. Finally, this party was worth it.

IHRT wonders why you posted them for the world to see, Kru tells you something to take them down.....what did he tell you Bianca? Why do his bidding still? Please get a doctor or nurse to explain the opertive reports for you.

The reason your operative reports are important for all to see as your reports show that Frau Katzer was your general surgeon for all intents and purposes.
She is not even a nurse and you can see here how Daniel Kruschisnki assumed all are fools and posted this for Michi Katzer's credentials.

"MICHI, DANIEL'S MISTRESS WAS THE ASSISTANT SURGEON IN TWO of THESE PROCEDURES! (IHRT asks you to consider YOUR surgery with only Michi, Kruschinski and the anesthesiologist. If a bowel was nicked or perhaps an artery lasered through or possibly a respiratory complication........and ONLY those three in there........well, something to think about, as Michi is NO Dr., not even a nurse, however, she does seem to be a great mistress, so you would have THAT going for you! Multiple operations for Bianca in just a few months apart! Spraygel and gasless didn't seem to do any good in Kruschinski's hands, did it! Just another thing to think about when considering a surgery with "Kru!"


5/11/2004 5/17/2004 KATZER was an operating assistant in both of these surgeries! This means she could have closed the incision, or anything else to do with handling the surgical instruments! NO mention of SprayGel in the first 2 surgeries, and it was available by 5/17/04 6/14/2005


No SprayGel (Job security perhaps?) Katzer working instruments!!!4/12/2005 is was used...The picture of it being used in the 3rd report, surgeries Katzer working instruments!!!


Even more crucial Daniel started fibbing about spraygel in your case. It was available to all of Germany at the time mentioned. So you paid to have surgery without spraygel. A surgery you could have secure anywhere and had your insurance cover you.

For those who are new at this board or don't know me: I'm David Kruschinski (gucci), the oldest son of Daniel, the Doc. I have been reading this bullshit, IHRT produces, for some years now and I allways tried to ignore it. But this time they have gone to far.
It wonders me how it is possible to put a website online where other persons are massivly discriminated. I just want to make clear, that these two liars are trying hard to destroy the hard work my father does by writing infamous lies, slander and crap and by spreading this stuff via internet, telephone and eMails.
My brother and I have a close relationship with our father, as you can see on this picture, which was taken on my prom just one week ago!
My brother, my mother and I live in a completely normal living condition and my father is supporting us.
The only ones who want to see us dead or living in a ghetto is IHRT, because their German member and informant, (who was trying to betray my father, right before IHRT caused the insolvency of my father, now wants to force an execution sale of our house and to throw us out of it!
Hopefully one day the same will happen to the members of the ihrt and their families and theirs kids, and they SURE deserve it, as they commited a real crime by their campaign.

As to Klinik Krankenhaus St. Barbara Attendorn GmbH, Kruschinski was hardly checking the place out, as e claimed on his message board.
He worked there between 2 and 3 years doing govt. hospital work before he was tossed from there.

During that time Kruschinski still found secret surgery sites where all were paid cash......the equivalent to a back ally abortions ........ He always advertised for surgical help and took who came off the street. Cash!

The high probability you never had spraygel may explain why you felt the need to go back for several surgeries!

We are sorry to announce this fact about spraygel but the truth must be told for your own and others benefits.

IHRT further speculates that Prof. Mettler supplied Kruschinski with surgical photos of spraygel being used. That all seems to lead back to the yet to be published book on lift laparoscopy.

It seems that again the internet trolls have found something against me ...
they simply found images and operative reports from Bianca, and she herself postet her operatives on the Internet for all to see that after her successful surgeries for endometriosis and adhesions...she got pregnant and delivered a baby just few months ago...

It is that simple to twist anything for bad...

and Attendorn is just years ago on my way to find a excellent facility, that I have found now in Braunschweig and Hannover.
So it's a waste of time, but anyway all what they do and try is a waste of time...
They should be more productive

Hi there,
to clarify all rumours here around the internet and to avoid more rumours. I was in treatment by Dr. Kruschinski, because I have had adhesions all over in my belly. Now I have no problems because I don't have any adhesions anymore. 4 months ago I became my little sweet daughter, you can see her on the photo. It is the opinion of IHRT that Karen has triumphed over Kruschinski.

It appears to IHRT that Karen has been able to take control over endogyn to promote her book and other enterprises.
The very last posting (it may indeed be the very last posting) appears that Karen is hawking the book.
Never satisfied with the trapped ever eager audience of endogyn.....it appears that Karen branches out on her " "Grand Internet Book Promotion Tour".

"It's just bullshit", or "An American free market failure", or "The hidden health care system"as people familiar with My Personal Situation may known, my wife, Helen, has poor health. her situation is, as near as best can be established, due to a long term failure of the medical side of the American healthcare system, with all its high technology, supposed high quality, et cetera, et cetera. in fact, almost all of the afflications she currently suffers are nosocomial. they involve operative adhesions and all that.that's not my point. that's another problem. it's a serious one, relating to medicine failing to be a science, but one not pertinent here.what is pertinent here is that my wife's condition gives a really unique insight into the workings of the American healthcare system, insurance, healthcare providers, Medicare, billing, and all. that's because during (just) 2005-2006 she had about a thousand separate and billable medical interventions or procedures (*). this is the canonical "step response" engineers use to characterize (even complicated) systems.this information is gleaned from what MVP Health Care provided as a "patient profile" for the years 2005 and 2006. this is a listing of each and every claim which was submitted on Helen's behalf to them from any health care provider.now, some clarifications. this is a complicated business.the waters are very muddied by MVP's own faux pax. in late July 2006 they declared that they had discovered they were secondary insurers behind Medicare's primary status. up to that time, they insisted they were primary. whether that was a simple mistake or a side effect of Helen's tasking their profit line, i have no idea. i do not know how anyone, shy of a court ordered auditor, might find out.but, nevertheless, MVP's actions after that "discovery" are IMO reprehensible. they withdrew all payments to health care providers for all of 2005-2006. this is hundreds of thousands of dollars, mind you. as a result, since they had been "reclassified", Medicare withdrew all their payments. all and every health care provider had to resubmit all of Helen's claims. by my preliminary counts, we're talking in excess of 2000 claims. then Medicare began paying back as primary insurer, and then MVP paid as secondary. oh, except that even in many of those cases MVP claimed either insufficient documentation was supplied, or that the health care provider (or we) had to submit a copy of the primary insurer's Explanation of Benefits. that's Medicare's EOB.the sequel i intend to post here will show that the payout rate to healthcare providers is not only miserly, it suggests an overt plan on MVP's part to discourage collecting payments. it is the behavior of a monopoly.sure, MVP is one particular Health Management Organization ("HMO"). but it is difficult to believe they are that unusual or atypical. if they are usual or typical, then it's clear there are other factors making the American health care so expensive than the standardly claimed need for expensive Rx or too many tests or people running to the doctor's office too often. there appears to be an undercover and systematic attempt on the part of some insurance companies to deny proper payments to health care providers, and, worse, impose upon them arbitrary costs and burdens intended solely to discourage them from pursuing reimbursement. if you were to examine many of the claims, you'd see MVP paying nothing or $20 on claimed from health care providers for hundreds.what angers me the most is that this is advertised by politicians as being a free market system, politicians who applaud its superiority to other models. they have apologists ready to run to their defense.yeah? then explain my wife's insurance profile for 2005-2006.the insurance companies may claim that they are "only" trying to make a profit on their business. but since when does that justify you or i taking fraudulent actions and misrepresenting the truth, simply because it is more profitable? (*) as will become ever clearer on this subject, definitions will matter a great deal. in this case, the number of medical interventions is estimated as being half the total number of billing actions from healthcare providers to insurance, where those actions have already been reduced by the insurance being secondary, Medicare being primary. this is done because, as will be seen in the sequel, the majority of billing actions are seemingly and arbitrarily denied by this insurance company.

I stumbled across your site and had to respond! I fought for my daughter's health for 14 years! American doctors failed her repeatedly!!! The insurance company paid for umpteen years worth of worthless "tests", but when I found a doc who could help her out of her trapped hellhole, they would not pay for his services! Why? Because he was in Germany! So, we had to fund this surgery (taking out a loan, because the overpriced "health" insurance company viewed this man's expertise over this illness as "experimental" and not FDA approved! Of course, the health insurance company and FDA were not hovering over a commode every day or doubled over in excruiating pain as my daughter was! Anyway,......now my daughter is living her life again. (She suffered from adhesions!!) I wrote a book...www.karensteward.com (if you want to look), as doctors hide the illness of adhesions and I intend to expose it!!YOU should write a book! Your postings here shine a huge light on the injustice of our medical "care" in the good 'ol USA....I encourage you...keep screaming, keep exposing! ......Karen

thank you, Karen. i posted the second installment today.i don't think i'm up for a book, as i've so many other things i need to do. i did forward links to and at your Web site to my wife, Helen, as well as the doc who is primarily treating her.as for me, i find the concept of a preventative adhesion gel something that i'd need more information about before i would pursue it, although the underlying problem is assuredly real. and i'm glad your daughter had success.but, basically, Dr Kruschinski has less than three dozen cases where the treatment resulted in succcess. sorry, i'm skeptical, but it's my training. i'd need to either have a definitive mechanism for how the gel inhibits unwanted differentiation of tissues, or some kind of longitudinal study for the group that has been treated. adhesions grow slowly. just because the group in question has a lot of post-operative success does not mean this treatment will prevent the adhesions return.i do agree physicians are irresponsible at wanting to sweep under the rug what is essentially an extremely painful of the medical system's standard approach.incidently, Helen's medical history began with endometriosis, too.

If we listen to his babble in his website we see that those scientific numbers change all the time. You've seen that yourself, right?

These at best may be case study papers but there is nothing scientific about them at all, in our opinion.
No standard protocol was followed and is nothing more than gibberish without actual, verifiable scientific proof.

This is easy to check and then.....finally, you just may wonder if pictures given to you were actually of your surgery.

Kru is the master of creating the illusion that he did it all when in fact this just goes to show how easily he commits, er....casual crime to get his way.

Just what is he willing to do...to vie for his own believed destiny, to be rich, famous and paid attention to?

If you do seek surgery with the elusive Kru.....his patient advocate's cover his tracks well.
You will not get what you pay for thats for sure.

What will likely happen to you is you will end up having a regular gas riddled lapraroscpy with Dr. Goeschen or Dr. med. Michael J. Hutter and no abdolift.

Unless Kru is getting his SprayGel from Dr. Mettler ( she seems to have an in with the Confluent folks)
that is uncertain too.

Kru is so found of his own bad self he believe he does not have to pay his bills like everyone else.
