edit EndoGyn-Endoscopic Gynecology Centers

EndoGyn - Endoscopic Gynecology Centers develops new techniques for minimal invasive surgery*, like gasless lift-laparoscopy for the laparoscopic treatment of diseases of uterus and adnexa. These surgeries are performed using endoscopy to leave minimal scars and tissue damage on the body.
This is a laparoscopic technique avoiding insufflation of carbon dioxide to expand the abdomen with successful results for adhesions, endometriosis, fibroids, adnexal masses and hysterectomy. ( If your having a surgery with cold Co2 then you have time traveled back to the late 1980's, co2 is heated, humidified and most of all it is sterile. There more ways than Wednesday to get infections with room temp air.....oh and Kruschinski uses co2 anyhow to start his procedure ya big sillies)

"The main purpose of our websites is to provide information, on how a laparotomy (abdominal incision) could be mostly excluded in laparoscopic surgery for benign diseases with the technique of Lift-Laparoscopy" says Dr. Daniel Kruschinski, Head at EndoGyn Ltd.
edit Special Treatments at EndoGyn
Gasless Lift - Laparoscopy

The laparoscopic procedures are difficult and risky to do with long instruments. Therefore worldwide only 10 % of the surgeons are performing laparoscopic surgery. *
But EndoGyn does not use such instruments. They use only those instruments in gasless Lift which allow tactile sense in order to minimize the risks. Advantages of using this method for the patient is that by dispensing with insufflation of carbon dioxide, there is less pain after surgery.* The shoulder pains generally evident after endoscopic procedures are avoided or greatly reduced. The patient needs less pain killers compared to laparoscopy with gas.* The recovery period is shorter, with the patient returning to normal activity faster than after laparoscopy with gas. In short the operation is safer and less time consuming with quicker recovery time. *

Adhesions

Adhesions are common after 93% of all surgeries with laparotomy. There are three kinds of adhesions. Pelvic, abdominal and De novo adhesions.( whaaat lol) At EndoGyn the specialists for adhesions are recognizable by a concept with special surgical techniques,
(YIKES, I KNOW)

they know adequate adhesion barriers and successful treatment is done in many cases.

Hysterectomy
A hysterectomy is a major surgical procedure performed to remove the woman’s uterus (i.e. womb). It is one of the most common operations performed on women all over the world. At EndoGyn Hysterectomy is carried for various problems with the women’s reproductive organs. An expierenced gynecologist decides what type of hysterectomy a patient requires and whether the other organs like the cervix, ovaries and fallopian tubes need be also removed or not.

Fibroids

It is a benign uterine growth inside or outside the uterus of the women causing heavy menstrual bleeding. There are different kinds of fibroids and at the EndoGyn Clinic different kinds of treatments depending on the type of fibroid are utilized to reach the best results for patients.

Endometriosis Endometriosis is a common condition affecting women. It is chronic, very painful and often progressive disease. ( ...and I, Dr. Kruschinski couldn't recognise it if it was gnawing on his ankles)

The causes of endometriosis are unknown. It has so many symptoms that diagnosis at times is very difficult. You can get more information about this at EndoGyn by one of the specialist there.

Dysfunctional uterine bleedings (Menorrhagia)

If a woman suffers from heavy menstrual bleeding, there is another option. It is called MEA or Microwave Endometrial Ablation. ( a great way to get adhesions some say.....keeps em coming back I suppose) At the Endogyn there is the MEA system for treatment. The MEA System is a third-generation thermal ablation device intended to treat menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding) due to benign causes in pre-menopausal women for whom child bearing is complete. The system is designed to ablate the endometrial lining of the womb.

Adnexal Tumours Adnexal tumours are swellings which arise from any of the adnexal organs i.e. the ovaries or tubes etc. They could be unilateral or bilateral. Tumors are excessive and abnormal growing cells which appear as swellings or lumps. They could be benign or cancerous.

Female Sterilisation (Essure)

At last, women and their partners considering permanent birth control have a new option. It's called Essure. Essure takes about 35 minutes, does not require general anaesthesia, and provides birth control without taking medicinal hormones. Best of all, you should be on your way about 45 minutes after the procedure.

edit Philosophy behind EndoGyn
The concept of Endoscopic Gynecology is to organize the chain of hospitals(EndoGyn has three working Gyne centres and one is about to open soon).* It was founded in January 1998. EndoGyn clinic has carried out about 4500 operations. The evolution of the technique of "gasless laparoscopy", has made EndoGyn one of the international top Gyne centers for endoscopic surgery. *
edit About Dr.Kruschinski

Dr. Kruschinski is one of the leading physicians of EndoGyn.( Heck he's the only one lol) On admission as faculty member to the faculty of medicine of the private Herdecke University he was made head of the Institute for Endoscopic Gynecology.* He has performed many successful operations in different international locations, like Osaka (Japan), Colcata, Cochin, Mumbay, Goa, Jamnagar, Jodphur (Inda), Cuenca (Ecuador), Asturias (Spain), Moskau (Russia), Luisville (USA), Dubrovnik und Zadok (Croatia), Cairo (Egypt), Oradea (Romania).

From 2007 onwards he has been working as the medical director of the Endoscopic Gynecology Centers (EndoGyn Ltd.)*. The idea of endoscopic surgery is getting reality. Furthermore Dr. Kruschinski has also devoted himself to advice doctors in less developed countries in lift-laparoscopy. ( as if the third world doesn't have enough troubles without Kruschinski scamming them)
edit Why Come to EndoGyn? That IS the question...LOL
EndoGyn in the past 15 years.....hmmmmm have developed an abdominal wall lifting system, that enables surgeons the same vision as at laparoscopy with Carbondioxide, namely the Abdo-Lift. Steven Eubanks, MD, Professor of surgery states in "Much Remains to Be Learned": "One would hope that studies such as this (Laparoscopic associated hypercoagulable state leads to thrombosis, Ikeda et al, 2004) would motivate clinicians and investigators to pursue a deeper understanding of an approach that affects several hundred thousand patients each year.
edit Book about Adhesions and Related Disorders

Knowing that there are so many people who suffer the painful condition of Adhesion related disorders, a book on how to deal with these...ummm deal with lol, lol, lol has been written by Karen Steward. The book is about a mother and daughter's 14-year search to find out and conquer the true cause of her illness. Read More about book on karensteward.com
edit Testimonials

I would really like to see Essure the primary way for permanent birth control. It’s very exciting to know this is here for women."

—Gaby

"My family life is very important to me. Getting back to normal as fast as possible is something I wanted. With two kids to look after, having time off to recover from an operation would have been a big disruption to our family.""

—Karen

After the caesarean birth of our two children, my dear husband decided that after my numerous operations, he would take control of our permanent birth control and have a vasectomy! Four referrals later and me still taking the pill, I decided it was time to act."

—Amanda

Adhesions cause pain, infertility and bowel obstruction. They are an almost inevitable outcome of surgery.
In 1996, there were 474,000 procedures for peritoneal adhesiolysis in the United States.
EndoGyn hospitals are located in:
