Open letter to the ISGE

Dear ISGE Member,

We at IHRT are writing once again to ask you remove Dr. Daniel Kruschisnki of Germany from your organization.
According to your own bylaws a member must be "Recognized gynecologists and practitioners of related techniques of interventional medicine. " Mr Kruschinski most certainly is not. He has lied about his education, his affiliations and areas where he supposedly did study, practice and conduct research. His data is bogus and is only self published.

It would be easy enough to pick up a phone to verify all we say.

If you look at our blog sight ( Google IHRT adhesions) and on his own website, (see the message board at adhesions.de) you will catch him in the act of pretending he is a researcher involved with the adhesion barrier SprayShield TM (Covidien).

He is a confidence trickster and that you can easily verify on your own by contacting various German authorities.

We are a group of former patients and friends from around the world who were surgically experimented on without our knowledge and also paid cash for this abomination.

Mr. Kruschinski, being harbored by your organization and going off to Africa and Thailand under your auspices only lends him credence to start his ponzi scheme all over again.

We insist upon his immediate removal or public censure of this man.

We have set a date in which will will stand unified to bring attention to your organization and this atrocity to worldwide media and will seek all sponsorship of the ISGE is removed.
We are in no way making any type of threat but this is just a statement of our intentions.

It would be very sad as we do realize many good and altruistic surgeons belong to your organization but to stop patients from being harmed both physically and/or financially any further by Mr. Kruschinski, we will do the right thing and expose your group for harboring a bonified criminal.

Many time my life is in danger here, but I must continue my clinical trialss for SprayShield™ by COVIDIEN and imperative for our future here.

Anyway, surgeries are starting on next Tuesday and Wednesday with 5 patients using my new SprayShield™ by COVIDIEN. It is important to remember that since December 2008 we are using the new SprayShield™ by COVIDIEN. SprayGel™ was modified in some parts, so the resorption was promised to be shorter (5-7 days) than it was with SprayGel™(7-14 days). Actually there seems to be a better and rapid resorption of the Hydrogel and the absence of methylenblue, which was taken from the market some times ago. I think that this result in less foreign body or allergic reactions as in some cases occurred with SprayGel™. We will continue research and if that is the case, we might decrease the time between Surgery and 2nd look laparoscopy to five days, so the time necessary to stay at the hospital will be shorter. Also some complications in regard to infections might decrease with the new product.

More components were modified and I should report later in this board. For now I just wanted to show the clinical results.

Abstract
Laparoscopic removal is widely accepted as the treatment of choice for dermoid tumors. However, the spillage of dermoid content with the laparoscopic approach is very high compared to laparotomy. The potential malignancy of dermoid tumors and the rare, but difficult to treat, chemical peritonitis in cases of spillage of dermoid content should lead to an adaptation of procedures during an endoscopic operation on a dermoid tumor to comply with the precautions of the "open" technique. Lift-laparoscopy combines laparoscopy with the standard procedures of laparotomy and thus may help reduce the spillage of dermoid contents. In a retrospective study of 108 patients with dermoid tumors, the frequency of the rupture of a dermoid tumor during a lift-laparoscopic operation was examined. Among the 79 cases of organ-preserving treatment, there were only three cases (3.8%) where a rupture of the dermoid capsule occurred. Even in cases of ruptures, it was possible to avoid spillage by closing the lesion with a clamp and continue the enucleation of the dermoid tumor during a lift-laparascopic operation. After thorough abdominal cavity lavage, none of these three cases showed a cytological contamination of the abdominal cavity with dermoid cells. None of the ovariectomy or adnexectomy cases showed a rupture. Histologically, there was also no carcinoma in any of the examined dermoid tumors. By adapting the endoscopic dermoid surgery to the precautions established in an open surgery technique using gasless lift-laparoscopy, ruptures and cell spilling can be avoided to a large extent but not completely excluded. Compared with other methods, the number of ruptures and spillage of dermoids by organ-preserving treatment as well as ovariectomy is lowest using a lift-laparoscopic procedure.

Endogyn : Are German Laws strong enough to prosecute a unified group of elite propagandists?

Can they stop an unnecessary evil? Was Germany the specific target of establishing a base of operations? Is Germany a good place to “get away” with it?
May this letter find those who still care, to those with a sense of justice, to those with the determination and ability to make changes that will keep innocent men, women and children safe.

How do people embroiled in the Endogyn scandal justify their actions? It’s so very tragic society has not evolved enough and that unwitting and unwilling human experimentation is alive and well in this day and age in of all places Germany!
The similarities of Endogyn and the rise of Nazi fascists are terrifying from the perspective of those who were experimented on.
The unified front of well pedigreed surgeons, big pharma, medical equipment manufacturers, publishers and those on the fringes looking to profit financially and psychologically from perceived benefits of this Ponzi scheme. Are they too strongly banded together to be prosecuted for crimes against humanity?
The human beings left in their wake are an even bigger burden to society. The financial toll to the government of each victim’s country of origin is staggering. Lifelong medical care, broken families, misplaced children scarred for life by the intense suffering they are subjected too. These innocent patient victims are not indicative of just one life affected but entire families have become devastated. Poverty strikes and the governments of the patient’s homeland must bear the financial burden of long term care for the victims. This really does affect you then.
We are all connected and if we lose this day of justice. If no example is set. If no safety is supplied and the profiteering from the pain and vanquish of others is allowed to continue unabated then it may be you and your family who are chosen to suffer next.
May god have mercy on the souls of those listed below and may they meet swift justice or what is to become of humanity if a blind eye is turned on the whole matter. After all dear reader how could the plight of perhaps a few thousand women affect you? It could be you or your loved one next.

IHRT's belated response to FrankDear FrankDr. Kruschinski stated that there were 2 other International patients at Zuckerburg at the time you where there 3 more coming in.Dr. Kruschinski stated he did your surgery,Dr. Kruschinski stated he used the "Abdolift" in your surgery, which has been discontinued due to injuring patients.It is not against the law to accept cash payments for medical services rendered in Germany, however, it has become a common practice for Dr. Kruschinski to charge for services NOT rendered as in the use of Spraygel, not pay taxes on his cash payments, and there was no records of YOUR hospital stay being paid for by Kruschinski.Dr. Kruschinski is currently limited from performing any surgical/medical intervention as his medical license to practice has been revoked since January 2007. The reason for the revocation, Frank, was due to Endogyn not being registered as a medical entity in Germany, not having any address or contact information other then via computer.Dr. Kruschinski has past due charges against him from the Confluent representatives in Germany, and thus has not been able to secure Spraygel for the surgery's he claims he is performing.Dr. Kruschinski can, if authorized by the facility, ONLY consult in operative procedures, not perform them.Endogyn is not an Institute as claimed to be,Endogyn is only a web site, now under investigation by the "Honor Code" that promotes honest medical web sites, etc..Endogyn nor Kruschinski has any contact information other then cell phone and email which IS against the law in Germany....The list of unethical and illegal behaviors of Kruschinski is a long list, and regardless of what you, or anyone else might think about IHRT, what we are stating is correct, and I am of the opinion that you did get some phone calls to your room asking you questions, be whether you knew who they were from or not, I don't know, but the authorities were there checking on your case while you were in Zuckerburg. What is most important is what you are NOT staying, like the others who went to Endogyn in 2007.
The information that Dr. Kruschinski put on the Endogyn web site regarding your surgical intervention is false as he stated it, if what your saying here is correct, and I am certain that it is. This is the reason we are asking for your assistance in this area, as Kruschinski is saying that you had a gas-less surgery with Spraygel performed by him, and, Frank, he is not licensed to be doing that. You were not aware of who did your surgery, or whether Spraygel was used or even if the procedure was gas-less, you have no more of a clue then we have about that, however, Kruschinski IS saying that about your case, and in that he is performing an illegal act.
Slander and libel can only be charged if the information being shared in a public manner is false and causes the person to lose income because of the slander. IHRT is not slandering you, Frank, your information and name is in the Internet, posted all over Endogyn and IHRT can, and will, use that information if it means to make the truth of events in Germany known. Kruschinski is less then credible in his posts, and even in your case, he grossly miss-represented the truth in his attempts to harvest patients to himself.
Your not saying that Kruschinski did your surgery nor that you had it gas-less... so IHRT will assume that you did not.You can call us names, call us anything you wish, public or not, however, as long as your name is public record in Endogyn, everything associated with it there, can be used by IHRT, even portions of this email might used to show that even you had no clue what Kruschinski was stating about your surgery.
