The following statements from Endogyn message boards are 100% correct! IHRT and it's "spy's" did in fact forward information regarding Daniel M.Kruschiski to the "H" hospital near Fuldi which, in all probability did affect his release from the contract he had with them.

This release was probably due to the "slander" expressed in the IHRT communication to "H"...but the "slander" itself is not what cause the contract to rescinded, it was the fact that the "slander" was found to be true!

The trolls and their german informants actually succeeded to make the hospital in H... to not fullfill the contract and to continue the cooperation for surgeries of german patients with publich health insurance...OK, any way we will always help those ppatients to be treated and there are attempts that more public health insurances will give permission for their patients to be treated at the private and exclusive Klinik am Zuckerberg at the Endogyn Adhesion center. Now about the trolls: That was not difficcult and is the usual behaviour of Internet trolls, phoning, faxing and emailing their crap and their salnderous stories and threatening with their scare tactics... Well done, they only have made it a little more difficult for german patients to be operated by EndoGyn, but we will manage that too. For international patients nothing changed and surgeries for international patients continue to be a good chance to fight adhesions by lift-laparoscopy and SprayGel. I am assumed to be in prison and / or the district police is behind me since years ...or I have lost my medical licence... It's all a big lie to try to scare patients to come to Germany / EndoGyn for adhesiolysis procedures. Anyway, the success rates of the Endogyn procedure speaks for itself and so the trolls (and those behind them) have and won't have a chance to stop international patients searching surgery with a successful surgical concept at the EndoGyn adhesion centers. And repeated surgeries in cases, where patients were operated many times by previous doctors before, and are full of adhesions, often can't be treated in one surgery (we are not magicians), but those patients have a chance of 85 % to decreasing the adhesions and symptoms significantly. In the 15 % of having another surgery for those patients with high adhesions scores is an optimal chance and avenue to get well. I don't know any case out of more than 400 that was operated on after our adhesiolysis by another surgeon and he/she confirmed reformation of adhesions on the previous surgical sites. Kru is whining about being "fired" from Fuldi before starting his "new job." Wait a minute, here is the truth about this situation.
IHRT recalls him posting that he HAS been performing surgery there for months now! Remember, he said that he was performing surgery there just last week after he returned from Naples! (Sorry Jan, no pictures from Nepal as he was busy doing surgery at Fuldi, remember?)

is what brought him down! This recent "sabotage'" he did to himself, yet he will find blame in other areas, other people and of course, maintain HIS innocence. Actually THAT excuse is getting boring, Daniel!

It is the opinion of IHRT that anyone....
and IHRT means ANYONE who would buy such a ridiculous excuse given by Kruschinski for this dismissal from his "secret facility near Fuldi" is as nuts as he is! For anyone to think a medical facility as prestigious as the Fuldi would cancel a contract based on "gossip" by who, prior disgruntled patients, and have something written in a contract about it is really off base!
Give us a break, what the heck would be written in a contract about gossiping patients....HELLO! This is so absurd that it is actually funny Daniel!
There is an old saying that goes like this:
If someone calls you an ass, you can ignore them.
If two people call you an ass, you can ignore them too.
However, if three people or more people call you an ass, you might want to
consider buying a saddle!

Anyone who does not want to believe IHRT's words as written here, well, knock yourself out going to him, and good luck trying to get there.

Over the past 3.5 years everything......
IHRT ever stated about Kruschinski points to the fact that he is indeed an ass! BIG time! Never has IHRT stated anything but the truth about him and his wheeling and dealing, no matter what those dealings were, and no matter who didn't like it, no matter who tried to prove IHRT wrong, IHRT was always 100% right on about him, and we still are.

Kruschinski IS a liar.....
Kruschinski IS also a cheat, a criminal, a poor surgeon, and a master manipulator! He preys upon the weakest of the weak, and anyone can see that his "statistics" and "research" were constantly changing depending on who he wanted to impress at the time, and few, VERY few patients secured any semblance of improved health from their experience with him! Those that did were more "lucky" then they will ever know, and soon, real soon IHRT will be bringing news about Kruschinski that will validate those words without leaving a doubt in your minds!

Even Karen Steward now states....
in her book that her daughter was never well after her surgery with Kru, better then, but not well and may need a surgery again! Karen lied to everyone one who went to Kruschinski about her daughters outcome from the surgery with the Abdolift!
All along it was Karen who was smitten by Kru because she had such a terrible non- supportive husband, and had a hard time practicing what she learned in her anger management classes!
Karen even goes as far as to write a whole chapter about a "rotten deceitful surgeon in eastern USA" who did the same things Kruschinski does, and her daughter did not get well from this guys surgery either, they even had a chef in a magnificent facility (sound familiar)....and yet Karen rags about how deceitful this guy was, yet she cannot see that she is writing exactly what Kruschinski is doing! This chapeter reads as if it were Kruschinski she was writing about! It is amazing to read, she is really one crazy lady in IHRT's opinion.

The truth of the matter is that Daniel Kruschinski is an ass, no doubts about it, and that truth is catching up with him, fast!
Kru can fool some of the people some of the time, but he can't fool the people all the time, and this time he didn't fool anyone!
Letters of reference from buddy's, falsified documents and statistics, publishing's and research papers in hand, he still did not fool them at Fuldi, he just got caught!
As a matter of fact, folks, his own posts in his Endogyn web site gave him away as Fuldi knew he wasn't doing any surgeries there, and that he wasn't doing any surgeries at Braunschwieg either, but HE said he was...HE was the cause of his fall.
Kruschinski's lies caught up with him thus leading the Fuldi facility to inquire about him at other facilities in Germany and with the authorities in Germany as well, and it was because of the answers to thier questions to other facilities that Kruschinski was refused his position as a "consultant," NOT A SURGEON!

Oh yeah, IHRT was responsible.....
!!! Oh yeah, IHRT was responsible for planting suspicion in the minds of the folks at Helios about Kru's unscrupulous activities, and IHRT suggested that they might want to "peek" in the Endogyn's web site!!
!! IHRT vows to alert every facility we hear Kruschinski is seeking employment at, no matter the country, we will be there! "Heed our words Kruschinski!!"

es hat nicht einmal Tage gehalten, dass die Damen und Herren dem Bombardement durch Verleumdungen stand gehalten haben. Obwohl sie darauf hingewiesen wurden und es im Vertrag schriftlich festgehalten war, dass diese Verleumdungen existieren und obwohl seinerzeit gesagt wurde, das mache nichts, wurde heute telefonisch die Aussage gemacht, dass die Kooperation doch nicht fortgesetzt werde... Die eingeplanten Patientinnen tun mir leid, immerhin waren es bereits neun, die schon teilweise alles mit ihren Arbeitsstellen geregelt haben. Ich bin auch tief enttäuscht und es tut mir für die Patientinnen und Patienten sehr leid, aber anscheinend kan man sich in Deutschland nicht einmal auf Verträge und Zusagen verlassen.
Und man glaubt Verleumdungsstrategien mehr als Kooperationspartnern... Sorry, aber meine Bemühungen für Kassenpatienten waren wohl umsonst, solange schmutzige Verleumder das verhindern. Wäre mal gespannt, ob positive Berichte auch soviel bewegen können wie negative... Aber wir werden gemeinsam wohl weiter kämpfen müssen. Hier mal die Klausel, wie wir sie formuliert haben und im Vertrag steht:

The Ladies and Gentlemen could not withstand the bombing with slanderousness for a single day. Although I told them that I am the target of bad mouth propaganda and we included that in the contract. They assured me that they do not have a problem with the gossip, nevertheless they called me and cancelled the cooperation.
I feel sorry for the scheduled patients, after all there were nine and most of them have already received the permission from their employer. I am really disappointed, and feel sorry for the patients. Obviously it is impossible to rely on contracts and promises in Germany.
And there is more trust in smear strategies than in cooperation partners. Sorry but my efforts for patients with a insurance from the state are useless as long as dirty slanderers prohibit that.
But we have to keep on fighting.

I cannot understand that simply! As one can as hospital, whose task is it human lives to save or to them the pain take, a doctor, who supports the patients of an illness, those often simply and simply is ignored due to of incapacity to act and ignorance of the treating physicians, who them a chance gives on a pain-free life to dismiss because they get ANONYMOUS threatening calls and letters, partially on English language, which are not fulfillable by any means realisitsch. Particularly since this message got probably also the hospital at the sugar mountain and one had there no negative effects on the hospital! I hope, which built themselves "smart" heads up there again and superior whom they help with this dismissal! The patients, who are their customers, probably not!

Posted Wednesday, April 25, 2007 @ 01:04 AM Hello and greatings from Nepal from the Internationl OB/GYN conference in Kathmandu, where I ahve a lecture about Lift laparoscopy for two hours and will be demonstrating the technique to around 300 gynecologic surgeons from Nepal.
It is impressing to see the Himalaya once in my life. I was really amazed how high the mountains are. So our German Alps with the highest about 2400 km are nothing against 8448 kilometers and the fact that 7 of the highest mountains in the world are located here in Nepal.
A really great adventure !
The coinference starts tomorrow so I can have another day off. I will be back at Zuckerberg on Monday, April 30th. Many regards from Nepal

Posted Monday, April 30, 2007 @ 00:49 AM Thanks Jan, I have taken some pictures and will convert them later in this week and post them,as till Friday, we are busy with surgeries, both at Zuckerberg but also at the next EndoGyn location in Fulda.

Even if at Saturday, when I had to go to the airport, there was some, let's say, "tense" situation regarding the crowds in Kathmandu, I will allways come back to Nepal as they really need laparoscopy to avoid open surgeries, and the technique of Lift-Laparoscopy gives them the chance to start. Und in unserer "fortschrittlichen" CH????????????? Wär schon toll, es würde auch hier mehr darüber berichtet.
