Significant Clinical Result in the Treatment of Adhesions with the SprayGel Adhesion Barrier
http://www.spraygel.com/spraygel/significant.htm
German Case Provides Freedom from Pain for the First Time in 22 Years for a Canadian Woman
Waltham, MA (USA), April 24, 2002: Confluent Surgical, Inc. announced today that the SprayGel Adhesion Barrier, their flagship product, exceeded the clinical expectations of a leading German gynecologic surgeon in the treatment of a patient suffering from adhesion-related pain for twenty-two years.
Matthias Korell, MD, Privat Dozent of Gynecological Surgery, Duisburg, Germany, is recognized for his expertise in preventing and reducing adhesions in the abdomen and pelvis that result from previous open or laparoscopic surgical intervention. "The SprayGel Adhesion Barrier exceeded my expectations in reducing adhesions and represents a big step forward in treating patients with adhesion-related pain," says Dr. Korell. "We could see a complete adhesion-free abdominal wall one week after performing adhesiolysis." Adhesiolysis is the surgical removal of adhesions. "Having treated this patient since July 2000 for adhesion-related pain, this is the first and only time that significant improvement from pain has been recognized."
The patient, a Registered Nurse and mother of six from Calgary, Alberta (Canada), has had over twenty abdominopelvic surgeries in the last twenty-two years. As a direct result of these surgeries, she had developed adhesions. These adhesions severely impacted her lifestyle as evidenced by her inability to lie down or raise her arms above her head without pain. "The pain controlled my life, resulting in the loss of my job and dramatic feelings of isolation. Other products for adhesion reduction have been used during my past surgeries, but the pain would return in two to three days," said the patient. Eight days after Dr. Korell's use of the SprayGel Adhesion Barrier, she refers to her case as "a miracle - I feel very good with an overall sense of wellness and, for the first time in years I have complete mobility without pain."
Dr. Korell further stated, "there is no risk of the development of severe adhesions unless she has another traumatic surgery. While this case is of an extreme nature, the performance of the SprayGel Adhesion Barrier supports the benefits of the prevention and reduction of adhesions in routine gynecological surgery that may result in adhesion formation."
Adhesions and fibrous bands of tissue between adjacent organs of the body are typically caused by surgery and are directly related to pain. Adhesions can start to form within three hours after surgery and will cease forming when the sites of surgery heal, typically within seven days following surgery. It is estimated that adhesions affect over five million women and men worldwide and that the global market potential for total abdominopelvic adhesion management is estimated at approximately $2.6 billion (US).
Evidence of adhesion prevention and reduction is discovered when a surgeon takes a second look at the surgical site through a laparoscope, an instrument used to perform less-invasive surgery.
Amar S. Sawhney, Ph.D., founder, President and CEO of Confluent Surgical, Inc., said, "we are very pleased with our clinical results in Europe to date and believe that cases such as Professor Korell's represent additional evidence that differentiates the SprayGel Adhesion Barrier from all other adhesion barrier products on the market today."
The SprayGel Adhesion Barrier received CE mark in November 2001, and has been introduced in major markets in Europe. Based on a European clinical study, the patented and proprietary synthetic material of the SprayGel Adhesion Barrier has been shown to reduce or eliminate adhesion formation following abdominopelvic surgery. The SprayGel Adhesion Barrier is not commercially available in the United States.
Confluent Surgical, Inc. is a privately held company developing products based on its platform of in-situ polymerized biomaterials and associated delivery systems. Abstract No: 78
ADHESION PREVENTION IN ENDOSCOPIC SURGERY WITH SPRAYGELM. Korell
Dept. of OB/GYN Klinikum Duisburg Zu Den Rehwiesen, Germany
http://www.comtecmed.com/cogi/cogi3/abstracts/78.doc
Introduction: Adhesions are very common after nearly every type of intraabdominal surgery and can lead to severe problems like sterility, pain or even life threatening bowel obstruction. Many different agents for adhesion prevention are studied, but failed to show efficacy in clinical routine. Recently a new product SprayGel - based on polyethylene glycol (PEG) - is available for endoscopic use. We have investigated the results of SprayGel in patients with high risk for postoperative adhesions. Method: 37 patients with extensive adhesions (n=17), severe endometriosis (n=16) and/or uterine myomas (n=14) underwent endoscopic surgery in our departement. At the end of the intervention SprayGel was placed on the area of serosal defect respectively arround the suture. The results were examined during second look laparoscopy 1-4 weeks postoperatively. The findings were scored in no, mild or severe adhesions. Results: There were no side effects or complication of the SprayGel use. Until now, we could perform second look laparoscopies in 34 patients. In 14 cases, no adhesions were found. In 13 respectively 7 patients we have seen mild respectively severe adhesions. Conclusion: In respect to the severity of the treated cases the results of SprayGel are very promising. The specific advantages over the currently available barrier methods are a site specific effect, the lack of drug reaction and the ease of use. Prospective randomized trials to clarify the efficacy of SprayGel are planned.

The most ridiculous and dangerous form of harvesting patients to Endogyn seen yet....

The following post by Kruschinski, Keith and Bonnie Thompson (of the USA) is the most repulsive mode of harvesting patients to Kruschinski that IHRT has ever seen!

It is a deliberate attempt to "scam" innocent, vulnerable and desperate ARD victims to this criminal and fraud artist! All one has to do is surf the Endogyn web sites to know this whole thing is a sham, a web site only type of scam!

The few people who align themselves with Kruschinski and post things such as this post, are perpetrating a criminal offense, no different then Kruschinski is! They, along with Kruschinski, miss-represent the issues and highlight things from their trips to Kruschinski in an attempt to make things look wonderful, accommodating, offering a most sensational medical/surgical intervention, all of which it anything but!

May the blood of the innocent be on the hands of those who post stuff such as this!

IHRT will always offer up facts that will allow patients to consider the absurdity of posts coming out of Endogyn and also to point out that patients do not always see beyond what they find to be important. Most patients to Endogyn are blindsided by the fast talking Kruschinski and of course, their hopes of securing a successful surgery...however, like Bonnie Thompson, have had to make a number of return trips costing lots of cash and still remain in a compromised physical condition from adhesions!

What the post does NOT say is what is important to take note of:

NO mention that Kruschinski himself performed the adhesiolysis,

NO mention as to whether the adhesiolysis was performed using the now obsolete "Abdolift"

NO proof that "SprayGel" was used in the procedures

NO proof the photos alleged to be the patients are really the patients!

NO "videos" of the procedure being offered

NO operative being shared for validation of procedures claimed by patients as being performed by Kruschinski. (In fact, what IHRT has NOT seen in Endogyn is ANY operative reports being displayed to help prospective patients make an informed decision, given all the "slander" surrounding Kruschinski, wouldn't that be a good validation to see?)

NO mention of who is assisting in these procedures! (Remember, his "mistress/ nurse/surgery assistant" Michi Katzer was NOT a nurse, yet she assisted in many of your surgeries!!!! And Michi has now fled the country because of fraudulent medical documents created by her and Kruschinski!!

NO mention of who does the billing for these procedures

NO mention that MOST patients to Kruschinski have returned multiple times, thus increasing the cost,

NO mention that MOST patients have had to return as the procedures, even with SprayGel, were not successful! (SprayGel is only as effective as the surgeon is good!)

NO mention of pre-operative diagnostic tests, EKG, bowel X-ray to rule out tumors, and/or miss-aligned intestines from adhesions!

NO reports on what blood tests are being done!

NO mention of any diagnostic reports IF they are being done.

NO mention of any medications a patient might need to discontinue well prior to a surgery, and for lots of reasons!

NO mention of how often Kruschinski visits his "patients."

NO mention that Kruschinski does not currently carry medical insurance as required by the German medical Board to practice in that country.

NO mention that Kruschinski doesn't offer any current address for communications, ONLY an email address and cell phone.

NO concern that this surgeon asks for CASH payments, and does his own receipts without anyone overseeing that activity! ( In the USA all of you would be screaming "LAW SUIT!" )

NO concern that there are NO preparations for any "emergency" that might come about during the adhesiolysis, nor pre & post operatively! (In fact, Bonnie and Keith, and recently Sandy, all from the USA, bit when Kruschinski told them that in HIS adhesiolysis there is little "concern" ("regard" is more like it says IHRT) for anything to happen to his patient!

NO mention that the rates your paying Kruschinski, almost insure that you will be a return patient, so it is rarely the costs mentioned in this post. (It wasn't for this patient posting !)

NO mention that in the USA, where you get a better surgery than Kruschinski's, that insurance does cover much of your expense...unlike your costs in Germany!

NO mention how miss-leading this post really is, being that THIS patient, among many, is a repeat patient!)

Well, let IHRT share about the women who was having her operation with Kruschinski and he hit an artery in her peritoneal cavity with the laser, and as her abdomen filled with gushing blood, he could not control it! What saved this ladies life was when another surgeon stepped in and stopped the bleeding! In fact, Kru was drinking before this surgery! THIS is a FACT!

Another FACT is when a US patient woke from surgery only to find herself the ONLY patient on the whole floor! Kruschinski eluded to her that she had to hurry and send her money if she wanted to be scheduled in!

Another FACT, a US patient, a returning patient 3 times, had to argue with Kru as he was wheeled in the operating room to take care of this problem this time, and do a video, neither was accomplished!

Another FACT, a US patient was asked BY Kruschinski how much SprayGel he used on her in her surgery!!!!! That alone is absurd, however, she didn't have an adhesiolysis, but different, non invasive procedure that did not require, "SprayGel" in that procedure!

Another FACT is that there ARE MANY dangers in an adhesiolysis procedure, like:

Nicking a bowel or any other organ within the peritoneal cavity!

Reactions to anesthesiology, to medications, to many things in a hospital!

There can be cardiac issues, oxygen issues!

There are infections to contend to due to dressing changes, etc..!

There is always a danger in an "illius" or "bowel problems" from the surgery itself!

There are detoxing issues due to lack of or changes in medications!

There is some danger in the lack of communication in a foreign country when seeking medical intervention there.

IHRT has been accused of "attacking" Kruschinski for lots of reasons, and yes, IHRT does have lots of reasons for "attacking" Kruschinski, however, IHRT prefers that what we do be called INFORM people about the inconsistencies that are constantly coming out of a bogus web site......

**Where a surgeon advertises surgery , yet is without any insurance or license to practice medicine,

**Has no address,

**Accepts, prefers, cash payments,

**Moves from Klinik to Kilink, (14 to date and with Fuldi, 15)

**Has been caught frauding documents for his mistress, and himself,

**Displays a bogus business that is not registered anywhere in Germany,

**Uses an "Ltd." as an attempt to make his logo look real, yet knows an "Ltd." is illegal to use in Germany when referring to any medical practice!

**Has copycat web sites (Endogyn & Endosurgery) in his attempt to scam people into thinking he is a busy, thriving medical institute, which was proven otherwise,

**Portrays himself to be: Prof. med, when he isn't, just a wannabe,

**Has missing pages in the web sites,

**Is constantly arguing on his message board,

**Publicly belittles, threatens, and posts information about his patients!

**Makes up so many things that he actually admits to other things while doing it!

**Is drunk most of the time

**Has made so many "promises" to his patients that one cannot remember them, however, has anyone received the "Questionnaire" he was sending out last December? (A patient made up that questionnaire)

**Uses patients to do his clerical work, and soliciting for him, (Asking a patient to translate a book about him for his other patients to read! OMG!)

**Accuses patients who post to his pubic message board of being "trolls" when they are in actuality, patients suffering ARD! (Paranoid)

**Uses his sons in an attempt to "personalize" himself with patients, easier to get them to do his bidding, and, be more forgiving when the surgery is not successful!

**Publicly slanders patients who bring up any issues that their pain is back following a surgery with him!

**Miss-represents the returning number of patients to "Endogyn" following sloppy surgeries by him.

**Coerces patients to post on his behalf, claiming miracles, and 100% recoveries, and all of this within the first few weeks of an adhesiolysis! (We all know that this time span speaks nothing about anything after an adhesiolysis!)

**Entices and rally's patients to post, attack, or praise him in his message board.

**Has posted bogus articles, plagiarized many others.

**Claimed articles were from an "Adhesion Lab," run by his wife, Shirli Homburg, when there was and still is no adhesions labs anywhere in the world, let alone Endogyn!

**Claims himself an "Adhesion Specialist" when he is the furthest thing from that, by far!

**Claims his surgical procedures are "experimental and justifies that by saying that his patients suffer anyway, so what he is doing to them can't make any difference to them anyway!

**Claims he does this stuff because of his upbringing in a home with an "Auschwitz" prison camp survivor, his father!

**Is a drunk, and has performed surgeries after drinking!

**Wined patients at bars the evening before and or right after surgeries with them

**Has talked to his patients a bout sex and described his own sexual liaisons with his nurses and patients!

**Allowed his son, Gucci, to post vulgar comments to female patients via his web site.

**Allows his son, Gucci, to post in the web site using profanity and discussing personal family problems with the patients!

**Kruschinski has posted provocative pictures of his oldest son, advertising him as a DJ for gay bars, on the Endogyn web site!

Well, like Karen said in her post on Endogyn..."Here is a portion of an email I recently received: "Dang...this doctor must be outstanding! These IHRT people have devoted years of their life to him!.........."

What IHRT devotes our life too is YOU, the unsuspecting, desperate and deserving of more then what you get from Endogyn and Kruschinski, as what you get from IHRT is ...the truth.

Maybe when he kills you or your loved one, then you will realize what IHRT has been trying to tell you, until be wise, be careful and be warned about Daniel Kruschinski of "Endogyn Ltd. - Germany! Address unknown! IHRT also urges you to email the following for information on Kruschinski:

Federal Minister of Health http://www.bmg.bund.de/nn_617014/EN/Service/Contact/Contact__node,param=.html__nnn=true

IHRT will continue to challenge posts out of "Endogyn, " we will continue to present facts and validations of what we say in IHRT, and we will continue to encourage any prospective people considering a surgery with Kruschinski to think long and hard on our facts...as your decision will cost you more then money! Be an informed consumer...no matter the surgeon or location, but be warned about THIS one!

Information provided BY KEITH AND BONNIE 3-28-07

Information for anyone who may be considering traveling to Endogyn in Germany for surgery to remove adhesions. If you are planing a trip to see DR Kruschinski in Germany to have surgery to remove adhesions, the following information may be helpful in planning your trip. This information is based upon our personal experience with DR Kruschinski, the Klinik AM Zuckerberg, and its staff for the removal of adhesions. The Klinik AM Zuckerberg is the private hospital facility that DR Kruschinski currently provides his professional services at. This information is current as of April of 2007, but is based on our visit in January 2007. When planning your trip over seas for surgery, you should be aware that very few insurance carriers will cover the cost of this surgery. Most insurance policies cover the cost of medical care including surgery over seas but only in the case of an emergency. Since you will be planning your trip to Germany, you will not be able to inform the insurance company that it is an emergency. Unless you have special medical insurance that covers you any where in the world, (which is offered but is really expensive), you must plan on paying for all cost related to this surgery out of pocket. Your first thought, like ours was, is going to be that there is no way you can afford to pay for surgery out of pocket. Although the surgery is not cheap, the cost of the surgery in no way compares to the costs of medical procedures that are done here in the USA. You will be paying one total fee of 8500 euro which will cover the cost of DR Kruschinski, the anesthesiologist, the operating room, recovery room, all medical staff required in the operating and recovery room, all medication, bandages, and disposables required for the first and second look surgery. This fee also includes the following during your 14 day inpatient stay in the hospital, at "The Klinik AM Zuckerberg." You will receive 24 hour nursing, all required medication, bandages, disposables, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Television (local channels only), telephone (local calls only), Bathrobe, linens, towels, bath soap and shampoo, fresh fruit, bottled water and fruit juice daily and the taxi ride to and from the airport in Hanover to the Klinik AM Zuckerberg in Braunschweig. The only two items that are not included in this fee are the cost for the spray gel and the tip used to apply the spray gel. The cost of the spay gel and tip will be between 169 and 1101 euros depending on how bad the adhesions are and how many kits of spray gel are required. The cost of the tip is 87 euros and the cost of each spray gel kit is 169 euros. The amount of spray gel usually used is between one and six kits. If you would like to bring someone with you the cost of the second person will be 80 euros per day. This fee includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The person accompanying you will be staying in the same room as you. If you go by your self you will be sharing a room with another patient. If you want to reserve the room as a private room you will have to pay the additional 80 euro per day. The only other possible cost that one should be fully aware of when having surgery for removal of adhesions, is the possibility of complications with your surgery, and the requirement of other type of surgery work or medical treatment that would have to be provided. If complications did arise during surgery, those costs will be in addition to the costs identified above. The risk of complications is low according to DR Kruschinski, and the anesthesiologist, however there are risks as with any type of surgery. To convert the euro to American dollars you can simply go on the Internet and click on a currency converter. Just convert the Euro to the American dollar. As of March 20, 2007, the conversion of 8500 euro to American dollar is $11,310.69. (1 euro = 1.33067 dollars) Again not cheap but when compared to the cost of just the stay in an American hospital, the fee is quite reasonable. When you are ready to book your surgery date you must contact DR. Kruschinski via e-mail or telephone to find out about the availability of the date you would like to have the surgery. When you have agreed upon a date you will have to wire the total fee of 8500 euro to DR Kruschinski in advance to hold the surgery date. When the payment is received he will reserve the room at the Klinik AM Zuckerberg, reserve the operating room, reserve the anesthesiologist and make the necessary arrangements for the taxi to and from the airport in Hanover to the Klinik AM Zuckerberg. I am sure that your first thought will be, can I trust Wiring a large sum of money to a DR in Germany that I have never met? The answer is yes. We did and many others have, and we received nothing less than the medical services and accommodations that we were promised by DR Kruschinski. If you feel a little uneasy, you should call as many of the patients on the contact list and speak with them until you feel comfortable. You should be aware that the conversion rate listed will most likely be a few cents higher at the bank when you wire the total fee. DR Kruschinski will give you the Bank information when you book the surgery. To wire the money its as simple as going to your bank and telling them how much you want to wire (8500 euro) and giving them the Bank information that was provided by DR Kruschinski. The Bank will charge a fee for this service, its usually around $40. To pay for the cost of the spray gel, the spray tip and any spending money you may want to bring, you may find it easiest to order euros from the bank just before you go. It takes about 4 days for you to receive your order. If you are more comfortable with travelers checks you can order euro travelers checks from the bank also. Just be aware that when you come home if you want to exchange your euro at the bank for American Dollars, you will be charged a fee for the transfer for the travelers checks not the currency. The fee could be as much as $75. When planning your trip you will need to book airfare between the USA and Germany. Our flight in January with a few months advance booking cost us $462pp round trip. We flew from Newark, New Jersey to Amsterdam and changed planes with our final destination Hanover Germany. It is my understanding that some airlines do fly into Hanover direct but it is only during the spring or summer season. During the winter there is no direct flight from the US. Another option is to fly to Frankfurt and change planes there. Depending on the airline the cost is about the same. If you do choose to go during the season (may thru Sept) it will cost more than in the winter, probable double the air fare. When you are booking your flight, plan on leaving between 4pm and 9pm at night. Most flights leave at night which will put you in the airport in Europe between 6am and 9 am. The time difference between the East coast of the USA and Hanover Germany is 6 hours ahead. When you book your flight give your self enough time between flights. Amsterdam airport is very large and it will take you some time to get to your next flight. It is one large terminal, it will be a long walk from one gate to another. You will have to go thru customs about half way thru the airport terminal. You have to do this regardless of where you are going. When you get to your gate you will have to take a bus which will take you to you plane out on the tarmac. You will have to go up a small flight of stairs to get on the plane. This plane is not a commuter plane, it is roughly the size of a 737. Frankfurt airport is not as large, however it is still quite a long walk from one gate to another. The flight to Amsterdam or Frankfurt is about 7 hours and the flight to Hanover is about another 2 hours. When you book your flight make sure that you tell the airline that you will need a wheel chair on the return trip. Also if you are booking a flight on an airline that uses the 747 ask for a seat that has a bulked in front of it. It will give you a lot more leg room. If you are flying on an airbus there is no bulkhead so the seats are all the same. Don't worry about the long distance between the gates on your return trip home. The airport in Hanover is very small. It is a short distance between the entrance where the taxi will drop you off and any of the gates. It is a short distance between the gate and the airplane. When you arrive in Hanover airport you must take your baggage to the center area and have it screened by the x-ray machines. After your baggage is screened you can go to the airline counter to check in. You have to have your baggage screened first, you cannot check in first. When you arrive in Amsterdam you will have to walk down the stairs and get on the bus. Because you will need a wheel chair you will sit near the front of the plane so don't worry about finding a seat on the bus because you will get off first. When the bus gets to the main terminal just look for an airport employee who will be waiting for you They will escort you to the escalator up one flight to the next floor. At top of the escalator there will be a golf cart to take you to your gate for the return flight back to the USA. If you are in Frankfurt you will need to ask for a wheel chair when you check in at your airline counter. If you need assistance an airport employee will push you to your gate. You will have to go thru a security check point in Frankfurt airport also. When you are on the plane home for the US just confirm with one of the flight attendants that they will have a wheel chair waiting for you. When you get off the plane the a person with the wheel chair should be waiting. This airport employee will push you thru customs to the exit of the airport. Remember even if you feel OK, you should use the wheel chair. Don't take any chance of overdoing it by walking. It is a lot of walking and you just had surgery. Besides it will speed up the process of going thru the airport and customs if you do use the wheel chair. When packing for your trip, you will just need comfortable clothes to wear on the trip to and from Germany. While in the Hospital you will need comfortable clothes to wear that will not rub or put pressure on the incisions from the surgery. There will most likely be 4 small incisions that are made for the surgery. One in the belly button, one just below and one to each side. You should pack some clothes to wear if you feel up to going out, just to sit outside, take a short walk or if you feel up to it take the train ride into the city. The seasons in Germany are just like the seasons on the East coast in the New Jersey, New York area. You can use that as a gauge for what type of clothes you should pack. Although there is a TV in your room, the only English speaking channel is CNN world news which repeats its self about every 30 minutes. We suggest that you bring a lap top or portable DVD player with your own selection of DVD's. You will not need to pack all kinds of clothes so this should leave you ample room to pack the DVD's. You will also need an electric converter for the DVD player, computer, shaver, etc., when you are there. You can buy a converter at a place like Target or a luggage store for about $10. Don't forget to pack the converter. You will not be able to use any electrical device from the USA unless you have the converter. If you are planning on calling home to speak with your family and friends, You can rent a cell phone from a company called Roadpost in New York City. The are also on-line or you can call them at 1-888-290-1616. You can rent a cell phone that will work in Germany and you can purchase a package for a set number of minutes. There is a shipping cost of $25 which is in addition to the package you buy. The cost of their packages is listed below. There are also other cell phone rental providers you can use or you can purchase a sim card for your phone. Just make sure that if you do purchase a sim card that your provider has the rights for the phone to work in Germany. I believe there are also prepaid cards that you can buy to cover the costs for phone calls from Germany to the USA using the phone in your room. When your surgery is scheduled you will be arriving on a Saturday with your first surgery scheduled for Monday. The second surgery will be on the following Monday. You will be scheduled to stay for 14 days. The first day when you arrive it will take about 45 minutes to get to the Klinik by taxi. There will be a representative from ENDOGYN or the Klinik AM Zuckerberg waiting just outside the door after you collect your baggage in Hanover Airport. He or She will help you with your baggage and drive you to the Klinik. After you arrive you will get settled into your room, have a physical, give blood for blood work, meet with DR Kruschinski and then you may rest from the flight. The second day you will start the prep for the surgery that will take place the following morning. The following pictures were taken when we were at the Klinik AM Zuckerberg in January 2007.

(IHRT add's that there are NO pistucred posted in this web site!)

That part that Keith actually wrote..........

INSERT PICTURE 1 THIS IS A PICTURE OF THE FRONT OF THE PRIVATE HOSPITAL "KLINIK AM ZUCKERBERG" THIS IS THE PORTION OF THE HOSPITAL WHERE THE PATIENT ROOMS ARE LOCATED. THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL BE STAYING BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR SURGERY. THE FIRST FLOOR OF THIS PHOTO IS THE DINING ROOM. THE SECOND FLOOR AND THIRD FLOOR IS WHERE THE ROOMS ARE LOCATED. THERE IS A LITTLE GRASS PARK IN FRONT OF THIS SECTION OF THE HOSPITAL. THERE IS EVEN A PUTTING GREEN AT THE FAR END NEAR THE STREET. PICTURE 2 THIS IS THE SECTION OF THE HOSPITAL WHERE THE OPERATING AND RECOVERY ROOMS ARE. THIS SECTION OF THE HOSPITAL IS LOCATED JUST TO THE LEFT OF THE PICTURE ABOVE. THE OPERATING ROOM IS LOCATED IN THE LOWER LEVEL, JUST A QUICK RIDE DOWN THE ELEVATOR AND A FEW FEET DOWN THE HALL. PICTURE 3 THIS IS THE STREET THAT THE DRIVEWAY FOR THE KLINIK AM ZUCKERBERG IS LOCATED ON. THE GRASS PARK IN FRONT OF THE FIRST PICTURE IS LOCATED JUST TO THE LEFT OF THIS PICTURE. THE HOSPITAL IS LOCATED IN A VERY QUIET UPSCALE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. IT IS VERY SAFE AND CLEAN. PICTURE 4 THIS IS AN ELECTRIC TRAIN THAT IS A 5 MINUTE WALK FROM THE FRONT DOOR OF THE HOSPITAL. THIS TRAIN IS IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THE PICTURE SHOWN ABOVE. YOU WAIT FOR THE TRAIN IN THE GLASS AREA LOCATED ON THE LEFT OF THE PICTURE. THIS TRAIN RUNS ABOUT EVERY 8 MINUTES AND YOU CAN TAKE IT TO GET TO THE CITY. THERE ARE THREE TRAINS THAT YOU CAN TAKE. THE NUMBER 1,4 OR 8. IT COST 1.90 EURO TO RIDE THE TRAIN AND YOUR TICKET IS GOOD FOR 90 MINUTES FROM WHEN YOUR PURCHASE IT. IT TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO GET TO THE PART OF THE CITY WHERE ALL OF THE SHOPS, STORES, CHURCHES, SQUARES AND MALL IS. IT IS NOT A LARGE CITY, ITS IS A NICE SIZE, ONE THAT WILL NOT OVERWHELM YOU IF YOU ARE NOT USE TO GOING TO A CITY. MOST OF THE AREA WHERE THE SHOPS ARE IS WIDE COBBLESTONE SIDEWALKS WITH STORES OR SHOPS ON BOTH SIDES. THE TRAIN RUNS ABOUT EVERY EIGHT MINUTES COMING BACK IN THE DIRECTION OF THE HOSPITAL ALSO. THE TRAIN STATION NEAR THE STORES IS LARGER, BUT IT IS STILL OUTSIDE UNDER A GLASS CANOPY. WHEN YOU GET ON THE TRAIN YOU NEED TO GO TO THE FRONT OF THE TRAIN AND GIVE THE DRIVER THE EURO. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 1.90 EURO EXACT THEY WILL GIVE YOU CHANGE. YOU JUST PUT YOUR MONEY DOWN ON THE LITTLE PLATFORM JUST TO THE RIGHT OF THE DRIVER. HE WILL COUNT IT AND IF NECESSARY GIVE YOU CHANGE. HE WILL ALSO PRINT OUT AND GIVE YOU A SMALL TICKET. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THIS TICKET HANDY WHEN YOU ARE ON THE TRAIN. THEY HAVE UNDERCOVER POLICE THAT WILL GET ON THE TRAIN PERIODICALLY AND ASK TO SEE YOUR TICKET. CHANCES ARE THAT YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING BECAUSE THEY WILL BE SPEAKING GERMAN, BUT WHEN THEY SHOW YOU THEIR BADGE, JUST SHOW THEM YOUR TICKET. IF YOU GET CAUGHT WITHOUT A TICKET IT IS A 40 EURO FINE, AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE 40 EURO THEY WILL ESCORT YOU TO A BANK, SO DON'T LOOSE YOUR TICKET. THE TRAIN IS VERY CLEAN AND HAS SEATS YOU CAN SIT IN ALSO. WHEN YOU WANT THE TRAIN TO STOP AT YOUR STATION, YOU WILL NEED TO GET UP PRIOR TO GETTING TO YOUR STATION, (SOMETIME AFTER YOU LEAVE THE STATION JUST BEFORE THE STATION YOU WANT TO GET OFF AT) AND PUSH THE BUTTON THAT IS LOCATED AT ANY ONE OF THE DOORS. THIS WILL TELL THE DRIVER YOU WANT TO STOP AT THE NEXT STATION. IF SOMEONE ELSE IS GETTING OFF AT YOUR STATION ALSO, AND THEY ALL READY PUSHED THE BUTTON, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO. IF YOU FORGET TO PUSH THE BUTTON AND THE TRAIN PASSES YOUR STATION, DON'T WORRY, JUST GET OFF AT THE NEXT STATION AND CATCH THE NEXT TRAIN BACK THE OTHER WAY. REMEMBER THE TICKET IS GOOD FOR 90 MINUTES FROM WHEN YOU BUY IT. IT WILL HAVE THE TIME YOU BOUGHT IT PRINTED ON THE FRONT. PICTURE 5 THIS IS A CHURCH IN THE CITY WHERE THE TRAIN CAN TAKE YOU. THIS IS WHAT IT IS LIKE NEAR THE SHOPS AND STORES ALSO. NO TRAFFIC, JUST PEOPLE WALKING. THERE IS ANY KIND OF STORE YOU CAN THINK OF. CLOTHES, SHOES, CANDY, A LOT OF BAKERY'S, AND THERE ARE EVEN A FEW PIZZA PLACES AND FAST FOOD IF YOU LIKE IT. PICTURE 6 THIS IS A PICTURE OF THE ROOM WE STAYED IN. SORRY FOR THE MESS, I TOOK THE PICTURE THE DAY WE WERE PACKING TO COME HOME. EACH ROOM HAS TWO BEDS THAT ADJUST, A PHONE BY THE BED THAT YOU CAN CALL OUT ON OR IF YOU IT 7 IT CALLS THE NURSE. ALL THE NURSES WALK AROUND WITH A PORTABLE PHONE. IN STEAD OF A CALL BUTTON THAT YOU HIT AND THEN WAIT, YOU CAN INSTANTLY TALK TO THE NURSE. IF YOU NEED HER OR HIM THEY ARE ONLY STEPS AWAY. THE ROOM IS CLEANED DAILY BY THE STAFF AND ALWAYS HAS A BOWEL OF FRUIT OF YOUR CHOOSING. THERE IS ALWAYS A SUPPLY OF BOTTLED WATER AND FRUIT JUICE ALSO. THE DOOR TO YOUR ROOM WILL BE CLOSED FOR YOUR PRIVACY AT ALL TIMES. THE NURSES AND STAFF WILL KNOCK BEFORE ENTERING. AFTER 8PM AT NIGHT UNLESS YOU NEED SPECIAL CARE. THE NIGHT NURSE WILL CHECK IN ON YOU ONCE BUT WILL TRY TO LEAVE YOU ALONE SO YOU CAN GET YOUR REST. PICTURE 7 EACH ROOM HAS A SMALL OR LARGE TABLE, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE ROOM. THE ROOM ALSO HAS A MOVEABLE TRAY THAT YOU CAN PUT AT THE SIDE OF YOUR BED. YOU CAN EAT YOUR MEALS AT THE TABLE, YOUR TRAY OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOU CAN EAT DOWN STAIRS IN THE DINING ROOM. THE HOSPITAL SERVES YOU BREAKFAST AT 8AM, LUNCH AT 12:30PM AND DINNER AT 6PM. ON YOUR FIRST DAY ONE OF THE NURSES WILL REVIEW WITH YOU THE MENU SELECTIONS FOR THE WEEK. THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO CATER YOUR MEAL TO THE TYPE OF FOOD YOU LIKE. SIMPLY PUT IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOMETHING YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED IT. THE FOOD IS PREPARED JUST AS IF A CHIEF WOULD DO IT. BREAKFAST USUALLY CONSISTS OF CEREAL, FRUIT, BREAD, CHEESE, YOGURT, JUICE, COFFEE OR TEA. LUNCH IS LIKE DINNER IN THE USA. IT IS A LARGE MEAL WHICH CONSISTS OF SOME SORT OF A SALAD, AND A MAIN DISH LIKE, CHICKEN, BEEF STEW, FISH OR PASTA. THEY WILL ALSO SERVE BREAD, COFFEE, OR TEA AND A DESSERT. DINNER IS VERY LIGHT. IT CONSISTS OF A FEW PIECES OF CHEESE, A FEW PIECES OF COLD CUTS, BREAD, COFFEE OR TEA. IF YOU WANT MORE THAT THEY GIVE YOU DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR MORE, THEY WILL BRING IT TO YOU. IF YOU WANT COFFEE OR TEA ANY TIME OF THE DAY, 24 HOURS A DAY, THERE IS A STATION LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM IN THE HALL. THEY WILL ALSO ASK YOU EACH DAY IF YOU WANT TO EAT IN YOUR ROOM OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EAT IN THE DINING ROOM. ITS YOUR CHOICE, SO EAT WHERE YOU ARE MOST COMFORTABLE. PICTURE 8 EACH ROOM HAS A TV WITH LOCAL CHANNELS ONLY. CNN IS THE ONLY ENGLISH CHANNEL. UNDER THE TV IS A TERRY BATH ROBE AND ADDITIONAL PILLOWS AND BLANKETS FOR YOUR USE. THE WARDROBE FOR YOUR CLOTHES IS JUST TO THE LEFT IN THE PICTURE ANT THE BATHROOM IS JUST TO THE RIGHT. THE LUGGAGE GOES ON TOP OF THE WARDROBE SO IT IS OUT OF YOUR WAY. WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF PACKING IN THIS PICTURE PICTURE 9 THE WARDROBE HAS TWO SIDES. ONE SIDE FOR EACH PERSON IN THE ROOM. IT HAS AMPLE ROOM FOR ALL OF YOUR CLOTHES AND A SAFE ALSO. IF YOU ARE GOING BY YOURSELF YOU WILL BE SHARING A ROOM WITH ANOTHER PERSON UNLESS YOU PAY EXTRA (80 EURO PER NIGHT) IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH SOMEONE, LIKE YOUR SPOUSE OR FRIEND THEY WILL SHARE THE SAME ROOM WITH YOU. THEY WILL SLEEP IN THE SAME TYPE OF BED AS YOU. (THE BED IS A NORMAL TWIN BED, BUT IT HAS BEN RETROFITTED TO ADJUST) IF YOUR FRIEND OR SPOUSE GO WITH YOU THE COST IS 80 EURO PER NIGHT AND IT INCLUDES THE MEALS ALSO. BE PREPARED TO EAT ONLY CLEAR SOUP FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER YOUR OPERATION PICTURE 10 THIS IS A PICTURE OF THE BATHROOM IN EACH ROOM. IT IS VERY SPACIOUS, UNLIKE OTHERS THAT WE HAVE BEEN IN EUROPE. THEY HOSPITAL SUPPLIES EVERYTHING YOU NEED, EXCEPT I DON'T REMEMBER IF THEY SUPPLIED THE TOOTH BRUSH PICTURE 11 THIS IS A PICTURE OF THE HALLWAY JUST OUTSIDE OF OUR BEDROOM DOOR. IT LOOKS OVER TO THE GRAND STAIRCASE WHICH LEADS DOWN TO THE DINING ROOM AND RECEPTION DESK PICTURE 12 THIS IS THE COFFEE, TEA STATION THAT WAS LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE OF OUR DOOR. THIS IS AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY. THERE IS ALSO EXTRA BOTTLED WATER HERE IF YOU NEED IT. PICTURE 13 THIS IS THE DINING ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. THE GRASS AREA OUTSIDE THE WINDOW IS THE SMALL PARK WHICH LEADS OUT TO THE STREET IN THE PICTURE ABOVE. YOU CAN EAT YOU MEALS HERE IF YOU CHOOSE. YOU CAN ALSO ORDER OTHER THINGS FORM A SEPARATE MENU THAT THEY HAVE. THE RESTAURANT MENU HAS SOME ITEMS THAT WILL COST YOU ADDITIONAL. WE FOUND NO REASON TO WANT TO ORDER ANYTHING. WHAT THEY SERVED WAS JUST FINE. PICTURE 14 ANOTHER VIEW OF THE DINING ROOM PICTURE 15 SERVING STATION IN THE DINING ROOM WE HOPE YOU FIND THIS INFORMATION HELPFUL. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, YOU SHOULD FEEL FREE TO CONTACT DR KRUSCHINSKI OR ONE OF THE PATIENTS ON THE CONTACT LIST. THIS IS A MAJOR DECISION YOU WILL BE MAKING AND THERE IS NO REASON TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE MAKING ALONE OR WITHOUT ENOUGH INFORMATION, BECAUSE IT IS AVAILABLE TO YOU. POSTED BY KEITH AND BONNIE 3-28-07

Great news Doc! This makes all those late nights banging away on the keyboard truly worthwhile! I must tell you that people who have never heard of adhesions are reading the book as well...and, as knowledge is gained, this illness will be brought to the forefront!
Karen

Looks like Kruschinski is making money hand over fist, good for the bank and back taxes!
A.) So why is his family losing their home due to past depts?
B.) And what happened to Shirli Homburg Kruschinski recently when she was seen was bruised and battered?
C.) Why would Karen believe that her books are being purchased all over the world?
Answers:
A.) Kruschinski is a "Deadbeat Dad" BIG TIME!
B.) Kruschinski is a wife beater!
C.) She doesn't! She only placates Kruschinski, as always!

IHRT placed a call to Zuckerburg, ONLY one International patient admitted there! That one is "Frank Bolt!" The "others" are in Kruschinski's imagination!
Lets wait for pictures as they should be good this time!

NEW ARD SURGICAL CENTER OPENED IN EUROPE!!!

Facts surrounding the adhesiolysis of Frank Bolt...
Frank was the ONLY International patient admitted into this Klinik
Frank's surgery was NOT performed by Kruschinski, but rather by another surgeon,
Franks surgery was NOT performed by "Lift-laporoscopy"
There IS NO proof that Frank did in fact get any SprayGel as Kruschinski owes the company money!

IHRT wished Frank, and all who struggle with ARD, but only time will tell if this adhesiolysis will be effective. Far to often Kruschinski made claims of 100% cures, only to have 95% of his ARD patients reform adhesions and live a life of hell.

STAND BY FOR BREAKING NEWS OF A "NEW" ARD
"Center of Surgical Excellence..opened NOW in Europe!"

Franks surgery today: as his case is very educational. we have his and his wifes permission to post it again: He had developed pain on the right side in the deep lower right pelvis and we could confirm that his pain was due to the remaining adhesions on the right pelvic brim and the pouch of douglas.

All the adhesions in his pouch of Douglas, as well as the ones on the right pelvic brim (where he had pain) and most of the interluminal ones could be taken down now in his 3rd surgery and complete the very difficult case of SEVERE ARD:

Heaven Help Frank Bolt-

Kruschinski caught in another LIE!

IHRT is concerned about Frank after discovering that Kru lied to Franks wife, Beth!Sandy and Bonnie get a 5 start Klinik, complete with Chef, in fact it was so wonderful that Sandy went into depression from having had to return home to the USA! (You know what they say, if you don't like it here, leave!)

IHRT's concern is that Frank is walking into a very serious situation in Germany, as though past patients to Kru staunchly try to discredit IHRT's claims of Kru's criminal and unethical activities, they remain true!

Again, something is greatly amiss in this communication between Frank's wife, Beth and Kruschinski!

Can someone tell me if there is internet access at the new hospital in Hanover? Frank is going next week and bringing his laptop and we were hoping he'd be able to email me when up to it.Also, will there be a phone in the room, or is he given a cellphone again? Lastly, anyone know of the cheapest way for me to call him from the states and him to call me? Thank you!!
Beth,

Kruschinski, and ONLY Kruschinski responds with these words......

The truth is, Beth, that both Braunschweig & Eilendriede Klinik's HAVE Internet!

Hutter, Venenspezialist (Phlebologe) medical director: In one of the best situations of Braunschweig convenient, in a fantastic park landscape, the hospital at the sugar mountain offers the optimal environment for the execution of highly-qualified interferences. Our operating rooms were furnished completely again and fulfill the highest to today attainable purity requirements. They are cared for by highly-qualified specialists with experience of many years in the individual special fields. Our maintenance personnel is dependent and always anxious to arrange you your stay as pleasant as possible to meet and your individual desires.
The friendly patient rooms and our service remind far more of a comfort hotel than of a hospital.
All rooms are when desired equipped with fax, answering set and an Internet connection. Our entire team and I make us happy to be allowed to supply you with us competently and on highest medical level as well as comfortably.

Room equipment: The hospital verf?gt more?ber styleful and comfortably equipped 1-2 bed room, in calm situation with a friendly Ambiente, with TV, telephone and InterNet connection and direct terrace entrance.http://www.eilenriedeklinik.de/index_/ausstattung.php

Beth,
IHRT cannot stress enough that YOU maintain constant communication with Frank, he is in some facility without Internet, and Kruschinski claims he is, he needs your help, watch out! Either Kruschinski does NOT want you to keep contact with Frank, or Frank is not in either of those facilities! Abd, once Frank is under the knife, he has no clue who is doing his surgery, the same for Bonnie and Sandy! It is NOT Kru for sure!

IF FRank IS in one of those facilities, why did Kru lie to you?
Frank IS NOT in either of the facilities listed above! If Frank has problems, PLEASE do not hesitate to ask for IHRT's assistance, we can help him! If you are not comfortable with that, MAYBE Helen will help get him to Korell:olddad66@runestone.net

Beth, Read these posts below by Kruschinski! THIS is the man you have sent your husband to, he is not mentally well!! Like it or not, Beth, he does NOT hold a current license to render medical care in Germany! (Contact the German Medical Board and see for yourself!) He IS drinking all the time, stalking his wife Shirli, not paying his depts. (His own son said they were losing thier house because of the morgage not being paid, yet Kru IS making lots and lots of money!) and Kru is NOT performing "Lift-Laporoscopy's" as others "elude" too!

No one saw Kru perform surgery, and no one to date has seen surgical operative reports stating HE is performing surgery on them! NO ONE! Kru bashed the lady from India as being a "Troll," yet she is the wife of a Dr. in India! Kru is paranoid & dangerious!

This "psycho" mind is handling your husbands medical care!
Kru also stated that the man in the photo is the "manager" of the hospital, well, this man is not the manager of either Kilinik in Hannover!Beth....IHRT is not saying this stuff for fancy, these are facts, cold hard facts...and Frank is in the middle of it, unless he really didn't leave for Germany as you stated, as maybe you too are going the way of those who do not care to check out the facts in IHRT about Kru, but rather, play games with other peoples lives!

There is an email going around form the trolls, who are trying to get details about their surgery from our patients on the contact list. First they write a little bla, bla, than an email like this comes in:Quote:("Res. Madam, Dt.09.02.2007 I am a patient of severe adhesions and so far 3 laprotomy and 2 laproscopic surgeries are carried out. However, adhesions could not be cleared due to non availability of good adhesion barrier in India. I am living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, Asia. I came to know through website that you were suffering from adhesions and the same were cleared after surgery. Kindly inform in detail about the problems faced by you chronologically and various surgeries carried out. Kindly tell me the following so that I can follow your advise and can clear the adhesions. Earlier surgeries and its result? Where and when final surgery was carried out and what was the result of that surgery ? Are you feeling well now without pain or any problems of adhesions? Which medicine or adhesion barrier was used on your body? Any side effects noticed after using this adhesion barrier. Can you send any photos of surgery, if taken. I would be highly thankful, if you kindly confirm the above details at the earliest because as a patient you knew better about the pain of adhesions. Please send the details over my email address geethauppili@sify.com.")A real patient would never ask data like this, so please don't provide them with any details !They are intelligent enough to play games like this and to collect data about my surgeries, but they can't count 1+1 together, as the results, if they get information, would be false, as simply NOT all patients are listed in the contact list !!! Trolls, please stay under the bridge and please behave nice and don't collect false statistics ...--------------------Daniel Kruschinski, MD

Kruschinski Plagiarizing Everything in this "NEW" Article

New publication about adhesions at OutpatientsSurgery...
http://w1.hidemyass.com/index.php?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.endogynserver.com%2Fcgi-bin%2F210%2Fcutecast.pl%3Fsession%3DyQlqB2bu1RhManKVBsHdRfA3tI%26forum%3D2%26thread%3D4541

The desire for fame hath no shame!
Not only are most of the pictures copyrighted, but the whole article is plagiarized!

What a sicko Kruschinski is! Talk about "desperate," Kruschinski knows his peers will see this crap, and yet, he is only focused on how it feels to himself when doing this type of con stuff!

IHRT supposes that even brief self- gratification can make a lonely day go by. All Kru has left in his life is his fantasies and a computer, lap top at that, sitting in a room drinking and feeling needed, so, stuff like this is all he has left, thus, no shame!

He is not at any facility in Hannover, nor Fuldi, nor Carpi Vitem nor Witten-Herdecke! KRU did not perform surgery on Bonnie, Sandy or any other patient in 2007! Kru will NOT be performing surgery on Frank or anyother patient currently in Germany, someone else is doing that and it is NOT gass-less!

Like it or not, these are the facts, unless someone can prove IHRT wrong, which they cannot do. Even Sandy has admitted that the post op photos claimed to be of her surgery, were not!

Beleive nothing out of Endogyn, believe nothing out of Kruschinski's mouth, believe nothing out of his "crew" as no matter what they say, it is eventually proven wrong!

IHRT was correct when stating that:
** Kru IS a deadbeat dad....as he is making money selling contra-lift laporoscopic equipment from China to India, selling his "book" reaping 10,000.00 per patient for every "alleged" patient to Endogyn,
yet his family is losing their house due to non payment of depts incurred by Kru and Michi!
IHRT didn't say that, his son David said that!
**Kru never applied for bankruptcy as he claimed, never! He just didn't pay his bills.
**Kru stole the Mercedes from Emma Klinik, and also said he could go back there at any time, but now he tells patients they must wait for him to find a facility to perform their surgery in, better yet, he asks the patients to find him a facility and then he will do their surgery for them!
** Kruschinski is not divorced from Shirli, just cheated on her and now dumped her and his two babies in a slum, destitute on top of it!
** Kruschinski has no address, not even a P.O. box...he communicated ONLY via a PC and cell phone! And he has secured an LTD for the "medical" company called Endogyn..which is listed as ownership by Michi Katzer!
**LTD is against the law for any medical facility in Germany to use as identifying itself as a legal business. Endogyn IS NOT registered as a legal business in Germany.
**All domain names associated with Kruschinski web sites are owned by Mishi Katzer, not Kruschinski!
** Currently Kruschinski does NOT have permission from Katzer to be posting anything on her web sites...however with her being in Australia, and he in Germany, well, why would he respect her wishes!
** IHRT noticed that Kruschinski has removed Karens book from his web site! To much compitition with her, Daniel or was your (Michi's) web site turning into Karen's publicity web site??

To date, EVERYTHING IHRT has stated about Kruschinski is 100% correct!
Like it or not......we like it!

1st of the Kruchinski "Hoorah" club to post about the article! Watch 'em come out of the woodwork for this one folks! LOL! LOL! LOL! However it IS the reason Kru does this stuff, to get his fix of attention and applauding from his cult members, always the same ones too!

"Believe It Or Not!"
Hey, Connie Haber..This "article" IS plagiarized, copied, other peoples words, a sham, Connie!
What is it in this "article" that you have not seen before written by everyone else, now taken by Kruschinski?
Are you that dense, or "brainwashed" that you are blind to plagiarizing that you applaud it?
Connie, you need to get out more!

Posted Sunday, March 25, 2007 @ 05:25 PM
That was great!!! Educating the surgeons in the states and around the world is the first step to combating adhesions and ARD. Thank you for working hard on that paper. Thank you for helping the ARD suffers!!!!

Dandy Sandy - A Real Dandy Indeed!

The most recent and revealing post to come from "Dandy Sandy" to date!

IHRT is of the opinion that this lady is about as credible of a reference to Kru as any of them come....it does parallel to Karen to a high degree! The only difference between Karen and Sandy is that one admits she is well dependent on drugs, thus the many inconsistencies in her posts in Endogyn, with the other, well, she is just obsessed with her daughters ob/gyn!

Some "interesting" inconsistencies in " Dandy Sandy's posts"
1.) "I had THREE adhesions lysed while in Germany" - but look at the "supposed" pictures of her adhesions as posted by Kru! THREE????"
IHRT takes Sandy's word for this one, Kru lies again!
2.) They have a "guest" room in the camp, and didn't have guests for 15 years?
3.) After two surgeries, she was on all this medication? Still is? Not from ARD lady, and NOT from having a hysterectomy either! Just doesn't require this kind of stuff following a hysto...and no side affects either!
4.) NO guests for 15 years, 15 years???? When was she in the Marines, in Italy, all over Europe under "clearance??"
5.) Her poor husband, she is better off when he is NOT around then when he is...her "La, La" life becomes tranquil when he is not around? Poor man, is it a wonder he bargains for things having both his wife and his mother on anti-pyschotic drugs!
6.) Sandy creates her "fantasy" world, both while in Germany and at home, as if she was so ill for 15 years....and NOT with ARD, then why all the play things, boats of all kinds, tubing, skiing, shopping....
7.) Sandy and her husband have added "beautiful guest quarters" to their camp, but they burn WOOD to save on money??
8.) Sandy, there are "Chestnut" trees in Mass, and also trees over 250 years old! But you wouldn't know that, you have been in for 15 years! But they are out there!
9.) She has a Shepherd III, and a lawyer living across her yard ...and she says the lawyer is her protection from stalkers??
10.)She walks her husbands Shepard, but does not use a name for it??
11.) She had to "bargain" with her husband to get to Germany, "a dog or her health" no wonder she is on drugs! Nice guy!
12.) Sandy, you just opened yourself up to massive redicule by Kru when you start to complain that your pain and symptoms return, and they will return IF you had a "Lift-Laporoscopy!" (See for yourself, Sandy as here is what Kru had to say about his own patient advocate when her adhesions returned...)...

Hello Everyone,
I see that you all received the same email from Daniel. I am deeply disturbed that he portrays me
as a stressed out alcoholic that smokes!!!!... nothing could be farther from the truth! I told him he
needs to get his facts correct before he says things like that to so many!! I need to clarify that
what he says about me, simply IS NOT true!
THE ONLY REASON alcohol was brought up in my situation is because I was told that I had
chronic pancreatitis, and we were looking for a cause! I do drink OCCASSIONALLY, if we go out
for dinner,I may have a drink or two, sometimes not any. We OCCASSIONALLY "party" with
friends when we get together, but I consume no more than 3-4 drinks , sometimes not even that!
So yes I do drink alcohol, MAYBE 4-7 drinks a month...I didn't realise this is a factor, and I'm
the only one that drinks occassionally!
I have had alot of stress in my life this year, more than usual. I've had problems with my
immediate family(son) and my extended family(father) but most of that stress was last fall, some
residual I guess, but like everyone else, you learn to deal with it, adjust to the changes and move
on...I'm not a complete mess because of the stress in my life...
Yes, I do smoke(i know, shame on me), but is that a factor in adhesion formation???
I was deeply offended by Daniel's portrayal of me, and I want to be sure you all know his
opinion is wrong!!!

This "Dandy Sandy" list can go on and on and on, however, for some real "Jeckle and Hyde" reading, spend some time reading THIS stuff!

Far to many things wrong with the "Sandy" picture of existence!
But then again, it does seem par for the course of recent patients to Germany, full of fabrications and lack of responsibility and truth!
Sandy IS A Dandy....no wonder no one responds to her dippy posts, they are just full of her "fantasy's" to be believable.

Dear Guest,
My NP gave me Gabapentin for the pain. It helped the two days I took it but I was in the process of planning for surgery with Dr. K so I stopped it because I didn't want to confuse the symptoms I was having.
As far as Prozac or Zoloft, I felt awful on that stuff.
I was reved up and nervous. The problem I think was that those drugs are adrenergic,,, they increase epinephine and my body couldn't handle any more stimulation than the adhesions were already giving me.
I take and took 60 mg of Paxil, it is more calming for frazzled nerves.
After my hysterectomy, I went crazy by day 6 post-op so I was given premarin and by day 3 I was myself again. Problem was even though I had a complete hysterectomy the Premarin made the endo return.
I had a U.S. surgeon remove the adhesions and endo 7 months after the hyster. That was Nov 06, by Xmas 06
I was dying of adhesion pain and endo pain (feels like a jelly fish sting).
I took myself off the premarin which I had already weaned to a very small dose. I emailed Dr. K xmas eve and made the trip to Germany by Jan 17, 07.
He removed the 3 adhesions that had reformed
(see "about the results of my surgery" on the message board. He also found endo implants again even though It had been 3-4 weeks of no premarin. I was given Mirtazapine (remeron) to try to help me sleep just before going to Germany.
My NP told me to drop my Paxil by 20 mg and take 15 of the Remeron. That didn't work, I was so reved up I thought I'd freak out.
I went back up to 60mg of paxil and 15mg of remeron. That didn't work, I still felt overly anxious. I quit the Remeron and decided to just go Paxil and used that for about 2 weeks, but I still felt depressed.
I took the Remeron to Germany because it does give a fitful nights sleep and with the time change it helped me.
When I got back from Germany I quit the Remeron and tried another drug with the paxil. That didn't work and I fell into a severe state of depression.
I mean I was about to admit myself to the Famous Mclean hospital because of how terrible I felt. I figured that if James Taylor could spend 2 weeks there then maybe so could I.
I thought maybe I was having a letdown by being home alone all day versus being in Germany with Nurses and Foodstaff coming in several times a day which was the most company I've had in 15 years.
My husband was getting depressed looking at my decline and he said go back on the remeron, it was helping you.
So I did but this time I stayed at my 60mg. of paxil and tried 15mg. of remeron the first night and cut it in half the 2nd night, alternating down to 7mg and then 3.5mg. every other night.
By day 3 I was cleaning the house and organizing messes.
I'm newly on this regime about 1 week and I think it is my level because the remeron can give too much kick causing anxiety and the paxil increases the effects of the Remeron., as stated in Epocrates.com drug digest.
I'm told by ex-hyster sufferers that it takes about 4-6 months to adjust to coming off the Premarin.
Get lots of drugs they told me, you will go crazy. They are right.
It'll be 4 months off the premarin by the end of the month, but I,m going to stay with this 60paxil and 3-7mg of remeron for a few more months.
I've always had depression so maybe I'll be a lifer like my dear Mother-in-law. She started Prozac at 40yrs and still takes it at 76 years old.
I hope that isn't the case but I hope at least to drop the amt of paxil because it makes me draggy alittle.
All this tweaking of meds is mind-bogling but the alternative is to be miserable the rest of my life.
Alcohol makes one feel good for about 30 minutes but then you start crashing after that just like candy because alcohol is the purist form of sugar, so you don't want to go there. B vitamins are water soluable and help with depression especially B-6 and Thiamin.B-3?
I think it is. I was also taking bently for IBS but my NP and I discovered it was making me jittery.
Fennel Tea works wonders for IBS and I thank the German nurse Marina for introducing me to it. It's hard to find in the U.S. Keep an open mind, don't give up hope and use your intuition when trying these meds.
The health care people can sometimes want you to try too many things and think in Black and White when the dosings are concerned.
They will say OH that dose dosen't do anything or this is the way you should take it, but you have to train yourself.. you know better than you think.
Good Luck Sandy

2 months post-op=no adhesion pain

I had 3 adhesions removed on Jan 17th 07, It's now Mar 22nd and I'm not having that awful pulling on my bowel, pain after even a glass of water etc. I can eat anything I want now and I believe in Dr. Kruschinski surgical expertise. Anyone can email me through the message board to have more information.
The cyberbullies who challenge the medical professionals are delusional, hystronic. committeeaholics with borderline personality disorders. They are mean-spirited, envious, grudging humans. They are control freaks and compulsive controllers. They are highly adept at and manipulative at poisoning peoples minds. They flit from topic to topic, adept at creating conflict,, they exhibit unusual and inappropriate attitudes to sexual matters, sexual behaviors, and bodily functions, arrogant, haughty, high-handed and know-it-alls. This is just a sample of the Behavior Profile of a Serial Bully. Go to www.bullyonline.org to find out more about IHRT (2 crazy ladies) so-called organisation, which is totally unorganized if you read the beginning to end of the bizarre rantings. Don't believe their emotionallly troubling crap.
It should be called IDIRT, not Ihrt.

Master Gardener Course
Posted Monday, March 12, 2007 @ 08:17 PM
Last late spring I completed a Master Gardener Course. I couldn't do any of the field/volunteer gardening in order to recieve my certificate but I think I may be able to this Spring after my Adhesiolysis with Dr. Kruschinski this Jan 07.
I walked my first mile yesterday after so very long of being crippled. I hope to dig in the dirt this spring and run with my new shepard. I remembered that the American Chestnut Tree was in our Gardening lecture.
Around 1904 a blight was discovered at the Bronx Zoo in N.Y. The airborne fungus spread 50 miles a year and in a few decades killed billions of American Chestnuts. It is estimated that less than a 100 American Chestnuts of 60' in size exist in America today. I was walking the front yard at Klinik am Zuckerburg and saw the Burr of the chestnuts on the ground.
Up til then I have never seen them except in photo's. I was so pleased to have found a new plant that I never experienced befor.
The Trees in the front are so wide, they must be close to 200 years old. There is a white birch tree that is enormous and they are a short lived tree. I love trees so I really enjoyed my first ever experience of seeing a chestnut tree in Germany.
Regards to all Sandy

I didn't want to mention that some people fear plane trips but the security oversea's has always been more thorough than in the U.S.
I spent 10 years in the military and almost 1/2 that time oversea's.
That didn't make me any braver to venture oversea's that anyone else who travels nowhere. I felt nervous about the trip but once I got the tickets I was fine.
I still have many military friends oversea's and have worked under a secret clearance. I may take some time to contact my official friends and see about investigating those "stooges" who slander Endogyn.
My highschool friend works for the CIA. I will call him about this matter of IHRT stooges. Who knows,,, what goes around comes around.. Why would a so-called "professional" OBGYN be affiliated with these morons. Yes I could go to Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania if more adhesions arise and have hardly any cost but I don't want people with evil in their blood to touch me because then that evil will reside in my body. I wonder how many people had to have an Exorcism done after letting this ARD specialists go inside their body cavity. Hostility breeds Hostility. I'd rather sell everything I own and live underneath the Mystic River Bridge by a metal fire barrel and go to Dr. K, than a Self-Important Dr. who displays BAD Spotrsmanship and want the glory and the "ball" all for himself. I think it's time he and his stooges "take their ball and go home" since they are shooting dirty pool. What a disgrace he must be for his family and for the state of Pennsylvania.
Don't get me going IHRT!

Hello to all the wonderful people who work at Klinik am Zuckerburg.
I miss seeing all your faces everyday. It was like having a large extended family there. Everyone was so enveloping with warmth and humbleness. I sorely miss the human interaction I had while there. Dr. Kruschinski did an excellent surgery and he visited me everday. I felt like the Duchess of Brawnsweg. American Doctors don't visit everday for 14 days! My accomodations were 5-star there at that clinic. I used to live in Italy for 4 years and studied Italien Rennaissance Art at the University of Boston extension at Naples. I throughly enjoyed the architecture. My experience from an inward sentiment is like the "Separation of Light from Darkness, Michelangelo, on the Sistine ceiling, the last scene directly over the altar on which mass was celebrated and for the only time is painted as if viewed from below.
Although I'm a backslidin' christian, said to me by my dear Marine corp comrade CPL Lowe from Texas, (baptist), said with a texan accent ; pain really developes your spiritual awareness ten-fold. So, now whenever my hopitals ask me if I have a religious status I just say "I'm a backsliden Christian" (said with my best southern drawl). The last nurse replied "Ya aren't we all". Anyway...my surgical experience was like... "light shineth in darkness. Don't drink the bubbly water the eve before the surgery, too much gas...the tap water was fine. I didn't know the mesh-like cloths used for panty's were panties so I used them to remove my make-up until I was told they were disposable underwear. It looks like cheese cloth. Speaking of cheese, tell them you don't like Brie if you hate malodorious cheeses.
By the end of the last week I was creatively inventing my own concoctions of the foodstuff. For example, Put nutella and honey in the yohurt,...delicious. Save jelly's and bread/butter for a midnite snak. Try buying some pastry in the hosp restuarant, they are delicious. Well I don't have any more to say other than it was worth every penney and if I should have a reoccurance then I will go back to Germany but this time I"ll start in Sicily and head up through Italy via nitecoach train, Stop at Naples, Capri, Ischia, Florence, Venice, Italian Alps, on up to Germany. Thank you Dr. Kruschinski. Sandy

Hi Keith, can I post the pictures of you and bonnie with us all together on the website. I enjoyed shopping with you as Balweg Damm stop. I wish we had more time to spend together. Well maybe you can come up to our 2nd home in Maine this summer. We've added beautiful guest quarters and our New Sea Ray Sports boat has been great compared to the old junk boat. We going tubing and skiing, antique shopping. I hope to get a couple of Kayaks because crystal lake is so tranquil for a morning row. We have a Sail fish type catamaran also that I've been anxious to use. It's a 2 person. God we have limitless lakes to choose from to boat on.<Sebago, Long, Crystal, Moose Pond, Keewaydin, Raymond., too many to remember. Pleasant Mt is where Shawnee Peak Ski area is, hiking is there also.
This is 12 minutes from our camp. North Conway is 30 mins away and has many stores, an Amusement Park "story Land" waterslides, canoe rental for the Saco river. Canoeing the River is a big draw of the Mass people.
You can take the tram to the Top of Mt. washington, beautiful.
There are also dinner train rides from N.Conway.
I'm glad to hear from you both. Give my best to Bonnie Love Sandy

It's is absoluteeelly freezing here in Boston. When I went to Germany I took my Irish knit sweater, 2 pairs of gloves, 3 scarves, boots, a hat, and thermal underwear but It was warm in Germany compared to Boston. It was below zero celcius in Boston while I was in Germany.
In fact, I went for a little walk to see the different species of vegetation and there were flowers on the shrubs! I couldn't believe the difference in climate. If you go to Germany bring warm clothes because the temperature finally dropped there.
There were ice storms in Boston that week and people lost electricity. I could never have imagined that warm weather.
Well, I got our woodstove going and my husband loaded up the front porch with firewood. If we can beat the oil company we'll get money back. Then I can go shopping!
Yehh. Speaking of shopping I did go out one day and walked too much. I was almost in tears as my husband supported my weight until we got to the tram. The tram is very close to the Klinic but my advise is to take a cab and go only to one store that sells everything. There is one just after the Brewery but I forget the name,,,Extra maybe. The other gallerias require alot of shopping. Go to Ristorante Senza Nome, Balweg stop. I got the Frutta di Mare which is my favorite dish. The cappucino's are just fabulous. I wished I had hopped a bus just near the clinic and just rode around. It goes up and down the residential areas and would have been a nice change from living in the room for 2 weeks.
It's a good idea to send the husband into town for pastries, postcards, anything...each day because your going to need a Marriage Counselor after being couped up for 2 weeks.
While he's gone listen to your favorite music that you need to bring, play make-up, bring maps of Europe and brochures from the travel agents and plan your pretend trip all over Europe.
I have a desire to see the Newweinstein Castle which Walt Disney copied for the Magic Kingdom. Another trip I'd like to do is cruise down the Rhone/Rhine River.
If you have a laptop dvd player bring it with movies like the other American couple did. I wish I had a softer bed so my husband gave up his comforter to me to put underneath the bed. The CNN channel is in English but I love the King of Queens show and watched that in German. Quiz Taxi was another show I enjoyed as best as I could understand. At the airport be sure to book a wheelchair especially for the Amsterdam airport. That's as long as the Boston Mararthon.
When you finally get on the plane and they give you the Bavarian icecream with the meal, ask for a coffee and make a coffeechino. That icecream was the best. I gave my meal to the Danish men sitting across from me because I wasn't hungry...don't push the food after surgery, it causes discomfort. Any way the Danish fellow next to me was going to Boston for Business. I enjoyed chatting with him while my husband slept the whole was. He looked just like Pierce Bronson of James Bond. I told him so and he laughed.
I love to meet new people from other countries. On the way to Germany I sat across from a lovely girl from Copenhagen who went to Boston to check on colleges. She happily boogied with her headphones on from the airplane music selection. I tried to figure out what she was jammin on but I didn't see "my humps" by Fergie of the Blackeyed Peas or else I would have boogied in my seat also. Young people are so refreshing.
Well my husband had to search for a German Shepard while in Germany. That was the "deal" I had to cut with him in order to go. That gave me a day of luxurious solitude. We are now proud owner of a Sch 3 German Shepard named XIn or Zin. My two chiuhuaha's hate him so while I'm recovering I'm doing alot of scolding to the three of them.
Well the Chinese say in life there is alway a bad side to anything good...The Ying and the Yang... Ditto. I'm praying that Dr. K. stays alive and well because there isn't anyone else that does this procedure. Hope you all find Peace and Painfree life as I am experiencing now. Sincerely Sandy

Speaking about the results of my surgery....my surgical photo's can be found on the message board. Look for entry 1-31-2007 title "Adhesion reformation after surgeries with Adhesion Experts
http://www.endogynserver.com/cgi-bin/210/cutecast.pl?session=MKLJK0YdCDSMUY5UdJ8SHD9f4I&forum=2&thread=3374 I had just had adhesions removed on Nov 06 and by x-mas I could hardly walk. I had a horrible X-mas and If it wasn't for a patient of Dr. K's answering the phone xmas eve and Dr. K. emailing me both x-mas eve and x-mas day I would have been so desperately depressed. I thank them both.

adhesions reformation after surgeries with adhesions experts...

Our last international patient had surgery for ADHESIONS just last November.
This were the findings: adhesions between the small bowel and the cervical stump (after supracervical hysterectomy).
